The AC required servicing, which was completed promptly, and the system was confirmed to be functioning perfectly afterward. We understand the importance of this amenity and apologize for any temporary discomfort. -Toilets: Both toilets in the unit were fully operational throughout the stay. As an added precaution, our maintenance team tightened components to ensure there was no unnecessary sound of running water. -Second Bedroom Window: The window in question has a dual-functionality design (vent mode or fully open). Instructions for operating these windows are provided in the unit, and our maintenance staff was happy to assist, ensuring it was working as intended. We take pride in our proactive, on-site maintenance program, which allows us to promptly handle issues as they arise. While we strive to provide outstanding service, we recognize that not every guest will leave fully satisfied, despite our best efforts.
