Please accept our sincere apologies for the distress caused by the pest issues, A/C failures, lighting problems, and overall condition of the home. This falls far below the standard of comfort and care we aim to provide. We have escalated your feedback to our operations and property management teams. Our pest control specialists will treat the unit, our maintenance team is servicing the A/C and replacing all non-functioning fixtures, and a deep cleaning of the carpets is underway. We're happy you loved the spacious villa with its great Ocean Tower location, nice furnishings, and quality appliances - even if that electric cooktop took a little getting used to. We apologize that there was only one kitchen towel. If you had let us know, we could have dropped more off. Regarding the cockroaches in the master bathroom, we do regular pest control treatments at our properties. It's important to note that Hawaii's tropical climate naturally attracts various insects, and we appreciate your understanding. We'll address the kitchen towel situation and have our pest control team do an additional treatment. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!
