Bei Dutchies gibt es auch Grill- und Kinderspielgeräte. Wenn Sie Lust auf einen schönen Spaziergang im Herzen von Nelson Bay haben, folgen Sie dem Wanderweg "Bridal Veil" am Dutchies Beach und folgen Sie der Küste direkt in die Nelson Bay Marina.  Dutchies Haven ist auch ein haustierfreundliches Hotel, bringen Sie also die ganze Familie mit, der Hundestrand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

 

'Dutchies Haven' ist ein einzigartiges klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern in einer ruhigen Straße mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen auf einer Ebene. Es ist ideal für Kinder oder ältere Menschen und sogar für Ihr geliebtes Haustier.

 

Offenes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Deckenventilator und Klimaanlage, Fernseher, DVD-Player und CD-Player für Ihre Unterhaltung, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler sowie externe Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

 

Drei Schlafzimmer mit Deckenventilatoren, renoviertes Badezimmer mit 3/4 Bad / Dusche und separatem zweiten WC.

Draußen gibt es einen großartigen Essbereich im Freien mit Gasgrill und einem schönen, vollständig umzäunten Garten, ideal für Kinder zum Spielen. Das Anwesen verfügt über zwei überdachte Parkplätze in einem Carport.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden in der Unterkunft nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie können diese entweder mieten oder mitbringen. Haustiere sind gestattet. Es gelten keine Partybestimmungen.

Quite relaxing location in walking distance to Marina and beautiful beaches.

We felt instantly relaxed when we arrived. Happy with the Hamptons vibe and easy walking distance to Dutchies beach and the marina. Also close to Bagnalls beach for our dog to enjoy. Whole family enjoyed the stay from teen to Septagenarian.

Had a wonderful stay

Was very homely and comfortable, we loved it and will be back. The only improvements that would make our next stay perfect would be to have a handle in shower to ease getting in and out as well as a rail or something to hold onto to go down the front stairs.

Great location easy access.

The property was good, bed very comfortable the only thing we could say is that the lounges we after sitting for a little while were very uncomfortable. That didn't take the rest of the house being very comfortable and homely. A good time was had.

perfect location

perfect location. Short strolls to the coastal track into town and a child friendly beach. Super handy if you don't want to rely on your car whilst on holiday. The air con was very much appreciated. A very comfortable property to stay in. We'd love to come back.

Great for a quiet getaway

Easy to find, house in generally good condition, amazing back garden that would be great for dogs, walking distance to all relevant locations in Nelson's Bay. Bathroom is one of the highlights although odd-sized bath that is more of an over-sized shower tray. My only criticism would be that the furniture in the lounge is more like garden furniture than a proper couch you can curl up on for the night and that the house comes without many basic household items e.g bath-mat

Highly recommended holiday stay

The location and condition of the home were excellent. Everything was catered for. Having had a self catering cottage in South Africa, we were very impressed and dog friendly May I suggest two things. Replace the kitchen mixer tap. It is very stiff to operate and is leaking Also the shower is constantly dripping into the bath. Very minor issues but I thought you might like to be advised about them. Tariff needs addressing while property in current condition

Feel that property outside rear yard is quite overgrown resulting in too much shade,mature trees need lopping, Leaf matter on ground ideal place for Cockroaches to breed, the cockroaches enjoyed keeping us company in the house .Mortein is on hand to combat this, Tariff is too much for this, when food must be kept in fridge!

Our family with 2 Whippet dogs stayed 4 nights in this lovely home. The bedrooms are roomy, beds very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. We arrived a day after a big storm and power was out for a few hours, we were so happy to have the BBQ for cooking that evening! The nespresso milk frother didn't work (we reported this) but it wasn't too necessary. The yard is large, the side gate is hip-high (the only worry for any dog owners I think). We didn't have any problems with our dogs wanting to jump the side gate, probably as the gate is in line with the back of the house, not the front of the house where they would see people walking past with dogs. Dutchies beach is an easy walk, with no rough waves! The lounges are uncomfortable- that is my only criticism of the place. Otherwise, lovely house!

Dutchies Observations

The accommodation was clean on arrival and complied with all benefits listed in the online application. Minor faults/problems include: 1. The rear door is difficult to lock and required adjustment. 2. The only unpleasanr tiem was an odour of what smelt like stale urine, and pesisted no matter how may times we mopped all wet area fllors and deodorised all rooms. Someone told us it may rwesuklt from a nearby sewage treatement facility, o4r pehaops faulty plumbing albeit all plumbing seem to worrk correctly but unsure of drainage.

Great Location but needs a deep clean

The property is set in a great location, a few minutes walk from Dutchies beach and the dog friendly Bagnalls Beach. There is also a lovely 20 minutes walk into the d'Albora Marinas. However the property really needs a deep clean and dusting, for example stained bedspread and lounges. Another issue is we encountered a lot of cockroaches within the property so it really needs pest control. The property itself is lovely and if the issues above were addressed it would be a great place to stay.

Very clean house and close to amenities, also very comfy beds.

House was very clean in a very good location, walk to shops, beach etc. Only problem we were told there was no WiFi so we bought a dongle, then after arriving there is a note on fridge giving details of the internet. So $30.00 dongle of no use to us.

Great location for us with easy walk to shops, restaurants, marina and beautiful beaches including dog friendly beach.
