Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise vom Balkon, spazieren Sie über die Straße zum Strand oder genießen Sie den Pool direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Der Freeman Park, in dem Sie mit dem Allradfahrzeug am Strand fahren können, liegt nur 2 Häuserblocks entfernt. Spring Break

My daughter and grands enjoyed a lovely stay here. Everything was perfect and clean - the bed and futon were so comfortable. We were just minutes from the beach. It was nice the way the bathrooms were conjoined. And, it as nice having the coffee and tea provided. So thoughtful! Would definitely stay here again if there were just the 4 of us. You won’t be disappointed should you choose to stay here.

Great for a short getaway

My partner and I were looking for a lowkey place to take a much needed break before summer ended and this place was perfect! It’s the perfect size for two adults. I think anymore than 2 adults would have ended up being a little cramped - but do able! Everything was very clean when we checked in and the host was kind enough to have binder with all the information we could possibly need in the kitchen. The kitchen was a little sparse in terms of tools but not a big deal for us because we ate simple sandwhiches or just ate out. We also rented bikes while we were there and this place is perfect biking distance from all the little local shops and restaurants. Which is super convenient because parking at Carolina can be difficult and pricey. The walk to the beach from this little gem of stay was super easy too! We had no trouble finding a good place to sit. We unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use the pool but it looked very nice and well maintained. We would absolutely come back and stay here and are so grateful this place was available :)

We stayed overnight. Never turned on the TV, but the WiFi worked well. The beach was close and easily accessed. The owner was very responsive and welcoming.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway

We had a wonderful time here. The rental was clean, organized and I really appreciated it was stocked with small things like dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels. The neighborhood is quiet and if you want to be social there is a tiki bar walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Beach vacation

We come to Carolina Beach each summer with our grandson and this was a good location for going to the beach. The pool was a great addition when we were done with the ocean. Since we were two adults and one child, the space was fine. I think 4 adults would be crowded.

A wonderful trip. The Gem had everything you needed. Parking and distance to beach was great! The only thing I would add to the Little Gem is a chair in the living room for us old folks who need to put our feet up. lol...Everything else was awesome!!!!

Small cozy condo that was perfect for 2 day getaway with my granddaughter. Location just a few steps from beach with ocean view to the right side from the outside deck. Fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

I purchased a 2 day stay fir my mother and grandmother. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. My family said they had a great time and that is all I could ask for. Great location and a cozy home away from home. Highly recommend!

Great Location

I absolutely enjoyed my "unplug" weekend at this location. No phone, no work, no social media, etc. for me. My goal was to be on the beach as much as possible. And it was a 1 minute walk away!! The condo unit is small but it was perfect for 2. I could hear and see the ocean from the balcony!! Lots of restaurants closeby. I visited in early May so the town wasn't overly crowded. The weather was beautiful. I even walked down to the boardwalk. I think it was a 45 minute walk, but I walked slowly on purpose...(and I was admiring the houses and the water.) I wasn't in a rush to do anything. Very relaxing. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed for the weekend. The hostess was excellent!! I look forward to returning again.

Great Location for sun, fun & relaxation

We booked last minute for quick Mother’s day weekend and couldn’t be happier about selecting this GEM! Steps to the beach and all the things you’d need for a vacay- comfy bed, great view, and all the essentials. We really didn’t need anything but food. OCD mom got to fully relax because the place was so clean, even the balcony! We’ll mark this as a fave for sure!

Gem in Carolina Beach

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! Perfect for a couple. Location is great, right across the street from beach access, owners very friendly and responsive, clean, and all the necessary kitchen items for cooking. We hope to be back again!

Quiet Getaway

The stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner even had beach towels, hair dryer and shampoo. I had seen comments about the stairs but it didn’t bother us even with 7 year olds. We were steps away from the beach. The beach entrance closet the condo was a bit rocky but manageable with kids. We were about 3 minutes driving to the boardwalk where you could find ice cream and some of course Brit’s Donuts. We decided to drive with kids and public parking is $6/hr between 9am-8pm. We are already planning use this place again.

Lovely spot

This is my 2nd time staying here and it really is a wonderful place to stay in CB. Clean, well furnished and well equipped kitchen. Great location. Even when CB is crowded and in full summer season, this area is quiet. Will be back.

Amazing

We had a great experience at the Gem. The property was in such a great location on the north end of the island. The walk to the beach was almost nothing (and I’m no athlete). The property is overly spacious but it was perfect for two of us. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, great communication, easy check in and out, and they were extremely thoughtful. I would stay here again, no question
