Family stay

We were visiting our son and his family and stayed at this property so we could have time to visit and have fun in a pool. It was the perfect house, very clean and convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to visit!

Exactly what we needed!

Super clean, well appointed, comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was warm for night swimming. I liked the door for going from the pool directly to the bathroom. Being able to park in the garage was great.

Excellent property. Girls trip long weekend. Lots of kitchen equipment for cooking, comfortable rooms, beautiful bathrooms, comfy couches. The home was cool, not stuffy and hot like some rentals. Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and updated. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. Melanie was an excellent communicator. She even had new bikes delivered the same day I communicated 1 of the bikes was not rideable. I would highly recommend this house.

Relaxing and clean home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was very clean as well as the house. We had a 1.5 year old and the safety gate was perfect around the pool. We spent a lot of time in Ft Meyers and it was a quick drive from the home. Plenty of bath and beach towels. All the amenities you need! Thank you for a very relaxing and pleasant stay!

Great Place, location and amenities.

Just stayed at this property for a baseball tournament being held in Ft Myers over MLK weekend. Great location, amenities and overall space. Stayed with my 18 year old son and a friend and his 18 year old son. Plenty of room. The local restaurants stay open pretty late so that was nice as well. Short drive to Ft. Myers. Definitely would recommend and will be using again in the future.

Nice house

House is nice and as advertised. There was an old photo on the listing showing a screened in pool. Pool is not screened in. House was cleaned and nice. Could use some deep cleaning on soap scum on some faucets but it wasn’t bad. Turtles at the shore daily. Master bath and closet are wonderful!

Hi Katie, Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad that you enjoyed your time in the home. Yes, the day you booked the home you asked about a pool screen and I let you know that the pool would not be screened until the end of January. I offered to provide you with your money back, but you wanted to continue your reservation as you said it did not make a difference to you. I immediately took the picture down as it was an oversight on my part. I will definitely look into purchasing new faucets. It is hard water calcium and not soap scum. Thank you again for your feedback.

Perfect stay for our family vacation!!

Very impressive home, just like the pictures! Our family of 8 stayed here for week over Christmas and everything was wonderful!! The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. The pool was amazing at anytime of the day! Melanie was quick to respond to all questions. This was our first trip to Florida but hopefully not our last. We had the opportunity to meet our neighbors and they were phenomenal people that invited our family to their Christmas dinner. 💞💞 Such an amazing experience in every aspect!! Thank you to everyone involved in making our trip a huge success!!

Very very clean and kid-friendly

Great home that was very well maintained and clean. The property has a great setup for kids including a net around the pool for safety, floaties, bikes and chairs for taking kids to the beach. The house was well laid out with a large master and excellent kitchen area.The only things we wish the property would have had were was we couldn’t find a trash bin in the kitchen. Other than that and the sometimes frustrating garage door opener (minor things), the property was wonderful.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful in every step of the process. The home was impeccable and exactly as the photos show. Location of the home was amazing and close to great restaurants and little day excursions like jet skiing, boating and kayaking off Matlacha and along the Caloosahatchee River. Quaint little parks and nature trails very close by. Everything you need all within reach of this beautiful home!!

Exceptional

My husband and I rented this home during the winter of 2022 for over 2 months. The home is situated on a quiet street in a very nice and safe area in Cape Coral. The description on the VRBO site is exactly as described. The location is excellent. Every time I googled a place where we wanted to go, it was 10-15 min away. I can't say enough about the location. The backyard with the pool is very private, clean and heated as described. The kitchen is great to cook in and has all the tools required to make a wonderful meal. Beds are comfortable. Our children and grandchildren came down for a week and everyone loved the home. I could go on about this fantastic property but I have to say I have no complaints ( and I am a picky person). The owner and property manager (Melanie and Brian) were always available if I had a question. You won't be disappointed! I will be back!! Thank you!!
