Wundervolle karibische Villa, die alle Vorzüge von Providenciales ausnutzt. Auf einem der höchsten Punkte der Insel gelegen, bietet die Sunrise Ridge Villa einige der besten Ausblicke auf die türkisfarbenen Gewässer der Caicos-Ufer und des Ozeans. Neben der unglaublichen Aussicht ist das Haus perfekt positioniert, um das ganze Jahr über die kühlende Brise zu genießen. Mit einem großen Pool, einer Wasserrutsche und einer überdachten Hängematte im Freien sowie Gartenmöbeln ist die Sunrise Ridge Villa der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Turks- und Caicosinseln zu erkunden.

Sunrise Ridge besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern / 3. 5 Badezimmer
* Master mit einem Queen-Bett, begehbaren Kleiderschränken, eigenem Balkon und großem Bad.
* Queen-Bett mit eigenem Bad und großer Außendusche
* Großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Dieses Zimmer hat auch ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Es gibt ein großes offenes Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer neben einer Gourmetküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was Sie für die Zubereitung fantastischer Mahlzeiten benötigen. Dies ist keine typische Ferienwohnung, sondern ein Ort, an dem wir auch Urlaub machen und der daher sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es gibt einen 52-Zoll-Fernseher mit DVD-Player, Computeranschluss (HDMI), XBox, Roku und Surround-Sound.

Der Pool ist über 35 Meter lang. Es hat auch einen schönen großen flachen Teil gut für Kinder oder einfach nur im Wasser chillen.

Bitte beachten Sie: Eine Klimaanlage ist in der Regel nicht erforderlich, da die Brise so stark ist. Wenn Sie eine Klimaanlage benötigen, wird diese mit dem gleichen Tarif gemessen und abgerechnet, den wir dem Energieversorger zahlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ocean Drive und ist eine ruhige, sichere Gegend mit schönen Häusern und Freiflächen. Der Leeward Highway ist mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus sind alle Providenciales bequem zu erreichen.

We had an amazing trip to Turks and Caicos! This house is wonderful! The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities as described! The house is fixed on top of a hill with the best views! The infinity pool is a perfect ending to your day after you’ve been at the beach all day! The rooms cool down quickly and the breeze flowing throughout the house is perfect. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The views are breathtaking. We loved the kitchen as well as the outdoor grill and space to enjoy our morning coffee and grill our fresh fish caught on our charter. We loved stopping by Bob’s on our way home. This home is located on a road with beautiful properties. We loved the private beach which we drove to below the home. Hope to be back soon!!!

Extraordinary view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house and the view were just as beautiful as pictured. The kitchen was well appointed. Allison was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The only downside to this property was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but we quickly adjusted given how great everything else was.

Great Property in a Great Location!

Great home for a family vacation! The views were spectacular and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. This was a great spot for our family vacation. We rented a car and this was very central to many of the local beaches, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the open air feel that the property has to give you a true Caribbean experience! Highly recommended for families and friends. They provided many amenities that we enjoyed; outdoor grill, snorkel equipment and some chairs for the beach. Bob's Bar is right down the road and was a fun spot to hang out in the evenings. We'll definitely be back to T&C!

Truly magical

Spectacular views will leave you speechless. The villa was so lovely but also felt very comfortable- just really good energy and vibes filling the space. We enjoyed the private beach every evening before dinner to swim and catch the sunset. Just breathtaking. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners in the kitchen and on the grill. The villa had everything you could want. We did add some extras to the spice rack for others to enjoy. :) We will be back that’s for certain! The owners were so gracious and easy to communicate with. Can’t recommend this property more!

A+ vacation for my 40th bday

This was an idyllic setting for my husband and I, as well as my sister and cousin and their spouses. Hacienda style home felt open/airy yet safe and private. Manager was friendly and responsive. Very few downsides that were no big deal (water temp/pressure, grouchy guests at neighboring property) . The positives were endless— Super fun pool/slide, beautiful breeze, great kitchen with a lot of different spices, Plush beach towels and extra sunscreen provided, easy to operate TV. My suggestion would be to bring your own Bluetooth speaker which we did and enjoyed poolside tunes. Also thought the Guest manual provided before check-in was super helpful and detailed. Highly recommend!

Great house with a million dollar view. Well equipped kitchen and pool are fantastic. I was worried about AC and water usage but we only needed the AC at night. My only knock is not on the property itself. We found it difficult to know where public beach access was to all the beaches. Maybe provide a map or listing of where the public can access all the beautiful beaches on the island. Towards our last of 8 days there we had found access to most of them but it was a bit of a hunt. I would also recommend the other 2 smaller studio and cottage houses on the property if you have a smaller group

A week in paradise!

We visited Turks with our two small children and had an amazing time. This villa is beautiful. Most of it is “open air” meaning you walk into the front entry way which is technically outside. The living spaces and bedrooms are closed areas but have tons of windows with screens so it’s amazing to feel fresh air everywhere you go. (Don’t worry, there’s also A/C if you choose to use it). The view is spectacular no matter where you are—living room, hammock, infinity pool, bedroom. Even the landscaping around the house is tropical and fun. The check in process was easy. Hosts are responsive to your needs. We found all the amenities we could need for our trip from linens, toiletries, to fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs etc. It’s easy to drive places from the Villa. There’s a beautiful beach 2mins away and honestly we drove to a new beach most days to explore. So much to see and do but nothing beats coming home to this place. Our kids enjoyed the books, puzzles, games, wooden train track and pool toys, a nice little bonus to keep them entertained. They also loved to feed the fish in the indoor pond every morning. We cooked a few times at the house and the kitchen is very nice. We also grilled fresh fish on the outside grill which is top notch as well. Make sure you pack bug spray then enjoy the outdoors! It’s spectacular! I highly recommend this property.

This is why you come to Turks and Caicos

This is a case of: trust the photos. This place was terrific. Is the view really that good? It is: 180-degree views of the south coast from one of the higher ridges on the island, with water shifting from stunning turquoise to deeper shades of blue. You're not looking at high-rise hotels or tourists competing for beach space: just a few lovely villas and greenery in the foreground, then all those miles of ocean beyond. Is the pool as refreshing as it looks? Definitely: it's a good-sized infinity-edge pool with a large 3-4ft area friendly to your smaller family members, and a deeper 6ft section that lends itself easily to lap swimming (or, if you're like us, floating). Is the house comfortable? Absolutely. The deck offers tons of sunshine, 4 deck chairs, a large dining table and chairs, and a shaded area w/outdoor couch and hammock. The main living area has a well-appointed kitchen and a living room w/comfy couches and a large smart TV (no cable, but apps are accessible). The sleeping space includes 2 smaller downstairs bedrooms w/baths, and 1 larger master bedroom/bath upstairs. The location? A super-safe neighborhood of villas, 10 mins from a great US-style grocery store, 20ish mins from the airport or Grace Bay. Is it perfect? Of course not. Like everywhere in the Caribbean, water scarcity is real—so get ready to think long and hard about every flush, shower, and washed dish. Shower water pressure isn't great, either. But is it a great choice? 100% yes. No regrets.

We have 4 college and high school age children. The house was a perfect set up and well-equipped for our needs. Loved snorkeling at Smith's Beach and a day trip to the North Island. Mudjin Harbor is extraordinary. The hosts were responsive to our needs (though we really had none).

Most beautiful views of the entire island. We stayed in August which was very hot The living area has no A/C but with thr ceiling fans, fans borrowed from the bedrooms, and the breezes we were fine. Everything needed was provided.

Location is amazing, away from everything but you can get anywhere you want to go in 20 minutes or less. Pool is great for kids with a shallower part plus the slide.

Perfect Turks retreat

Beautiful villa with picturesque views of the ocean. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lots of space to spread out in the family room, dining and kitchen with laundry. Tons of beautiful outdoor space to truly relax. 10-15 minutes drive to beaches and tourist areas. We rented a car and it was easy to navigate and explore different areas of Turks.

My New Favorite Place

The pictures say it all. This is my new favorite place in the world. You cannot help but relax when staying at this villa. The views are incredible, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We loved the Mediterranean vibe, open-air living, stunning sunrises, and calm blue waters. Even the outdoor showers were fun (just know to expect cool showers, not hot). Terri and Alison were super attentive when we needed their help. We are already planning another visit to Sunrise Ridge!

Fabulous vacation

This was one of our best vacations as a family. Venetian road villa was all we could have asked for and more. The pictures are excellent but it is even better in person. The open air living quarters were comfortable and really allowed you to enjoy the fabulous surroundings at all times. The views were spectacular and the pool and outdoor lounging areas were such an incredible place to spend our days. The whole family cannot wait to come back!

Josh grew up in the islands, but attended high school in The U.S and played Junior Ice Hockey in the EHL. He returned home to Turks and Caicos in 2014. Josh’s love for boats and oceanlife, soon replaced his love for hockey which led him to start his own boat company, Okeanos Charters. Okeanos, means Ocean in Greek; (we have family in Greece and frequent the Greek islands regularly). Okeanos Charters offer private boat charters on a luxury boat called Ikigai. (Meaning true passion). Both Josh and I believe you should follow your passion, whatever it is. Ours is the ocean and helping others to appreciate and explore it. What better place to do so, than Turks and Caicos!

Apart from the views and the breeze, we really felt this house maximized the outdoors nature of the island and the Caribbean as a whole. You can be outside almost all the time in this house, even when you are inside!

Even when there is little to no wind on the rest of the island, we have a nice breeze on the top of the hill in Turtle Tail. Also this house is our home so it has all the comforts you would expect and is a wonderful place to relax after a day of watersports and beach fun.
