My family of 5 had an amazing week at this beautiful, beachfront condo. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. The beach attendant helped us get chairs and umbrellas. There is a convenient bar at the pool for cocktails, snacks and lunch. The location is perfect - easily walkable to restaurants, convenient store and souvenir shops.

I reserved this VRBO for a business trip and invited family to join me. I was looking for a view of Grace Bay and access to the beach. The facility also offered an amazing pool and hot tub which we enjoyed every day. There is a pool bar also where you can enjoy their local rum punches which we also enjoyed! The VRBO was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. We did rent a car for our trip but did not always need it. This facility was quaint, quiet and was above and beyond what I expected. I would come again! Thank you!

Beautiful stay

This villa is one of our favorites. It was our 3rd time staying here. We love the views, proximity to the beach, the pool and the tennis court. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The wrap around balcony is amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Great Week

Awesome Condo on Grace Bay

Enjoyed our stay in this 3 Bedroom Condo on Grace Bay. Views were fantastic. The location is great with many things to do close by. Perfect spot for our family. Pool and Beach were very nice and mostly not crowded.

Summer vacation

It was perfect for our family of 5! We had 3 teen children and we all loved every minute! Super close to all the restaurants and grocery was very close. We hope to visit again!!

A Little Piece of Paradise

One of the best locations on the Island. Our family has come back to Provo time and time again and Villa Renaissance doesn’t miss. Villa 301 views are absolutely amazing and the room is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The family loved this villa and we will definitely be coming back!!
