Kona Makai 3-203 ist eine schön eingerichtete 2. Stock Wohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick. Der Eigentümer hat vollständig das Bad mit einer begehbaren Dusche im Jahr 2015 neu gestaltet! Diese Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen ausgestattet! Ihr eigenes privates WLAN-Netzwerk steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung! Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer für Ihr Wohlbefinden! King-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer. Das Bad wurde renoviert, komplett mit einem herrlichen Spaziergang in der Dusche!
Gebäude 3 ist besonders groß, weil der Positionierung des zweiten private Veranda. Es ist viel kühler als jedes andere Gebäude in dem Komplex!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Kona and enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was clean well stocked and would love the location and pool. The managers were renters anxious to have us happy and we’re easy to get hold of if we need anything. We would stay here again

Perfect in Paradise

The check in and check out was seamless, the easiest we've encountered yet. The condo is beautifully maintained and extremely convenient. We enjoyed our breakfast in the lanai watching the ocean waves roll in. We will definitely stay in this place again.

Great Quiet Spot

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend 6 days on the Big Island. We loved being close to downtown and all the restaurants and in a spot that had its own coastline access, pool, and hot tub. The place was super clean and the kitchen tools and beach gear was excellent. We also appreciated having plenty of parking and a gate at night for added security. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place in Kona!

Fabulous condo! Highly recommend

From the moment I drove onto the property I was very impressed. The grounds are so lush and tropical and clean. I enjoyed the walk down to the unit that I rented it was an unbelievably beautiful walkway. The condo had everything I needed and more and I highly recommend staying here. And the property management company was exceptional so kind and so helpful.

Beautiful Grounds

My Husband and I stayed for 10 days at this property. The condo is a bit dated, but offered everything we needed. Beach stuff was included, which is a must for us. The grounds are very well manicured and the view of the sunset is perfect. The property managers were super good to deal with and answered and resolved any inquiries we had.

Perfect short stay

I’ve stayed at Kona Makai many times over the last 20 years and always enjoy this property for location, beautiful landscape, nice pool and ocean views. This unit was perfect for my last minute short stay needs, clean and secure for this solo traveler. I’d suggest the managers leave a welcome packet with a little more aloha, (lots of rules but little fun factor in their materials), some local coffee to start the stay would be nice. It is Kona after al!

Very comfortable, everything was very clean. Condo is well stocked for those cooking at home. Thoughtful additions such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and ice chests were great. Check in was smooth and easy, although the lock box was kinda sticky ( every Master lockbox I’ve ever used has had the same issue). Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

I was impressed with everything about this place. It is kept immaculate inside and out. The pool is warmer than most and the hot tub hits the spot. The grill and chill area right on the rocky beach is pretty epic. When I booked this place my only qualm was the carpet in the photos but that’s since been removed. Book it! Mahalo!
