Kommen Sie und genießen Sie unser kleines Stück Paradies in einem der schönsten Komplexe in Kona. Das Hotel liegt nur eine Meile südlich von der Stadt Kailua-Kona am Alii Drive. Die Einheit 1204 befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Gebäudes 1, dem besten Gebäude der Anlage mit Meerblick von beiden Seiten.

Diese verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer verfügt über einen 48-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player und Kabel-TV. Sitzplätze für 4 Personen am Esstisch im Innenbereich und Platz für 4 Personen am Lanai-Tisch. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Deluxe-Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Lanai. Gast Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten mit Zugang zum zweiten Badezimmer. Meerblick und Geräusche können von beiden Schlafzimmern aus deutlich gehört werden. Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden sowie ein Fön, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. The condo was a great place for a week long stay. The views were beautiful-can see the ocean from the lanai as well as the bedrooms. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Condo was spacious and clean. We love having the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear available for use.

We had a great stay in Building 1 at the Kona Makai. We have stayed in this complex several times over the years and enjoy the views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed from the well appointed kitchen and baths to enjoying a day at the beach. Great communication with the owners. Unit was easily accessible. Perfect Stay in Kailua-Kona

What a wonderful home base for our visit to Kona! Close to so many restaurants, shops and beaches. It was also centrally located for trips to Green Sand Beach and Waikoloa. We loved it!

Good location

The condo is updated and very clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen and to go to the beach. Good location but found it beneficial to have a car. Great views of the sunset from the lanai. If you are looking for a laid back and quiet vacation spot this is a good option.

Perfect for our stay

We arrived to welcoming island music. The condo is very nice with island decor. Beautiful view from both bedrooms and lanai. Did not need to use the air conditioner a lot. Bedding was comfortable. Perfect for adults not wanting to be around loud parties.

The location of the home was perfect for IM. 15 min walk and we were at the start. Also a great location to watch the run. Home was very nice. Great A/C. Wonderful Big Island Condo

This condo is amazing and in a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved every minute of it. The interior of the unit is immaculate and is stocked with everything you need. Daybreak and sunset on the lanai is special and shouldn't be missed. The grounds of the complex are well kept and quiet. We especially liked the BBQ area, which is right by the water. We'll be back for sure!

A Beautiful Aloha Place

I have been coming to the Kona Makai since High School. I now have grown children. My husband, daughter and I stayed here 2 weeks ago. This unit had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very well stocked. The view was beautiful and my daughter who had the back room could hear the surf and had a veiw out her window. The lanai was great as it was'nt really in direct sun. Wonderful Location and Unit

The property is a bit out of town, which we prefer. Its very quiet and has a pool and ocean front. The unit itself has everything that you could wish for, is well appointed and offers good beach stuff to borrow. There were a few small problems and the property manager was responsive. The ultimate question for us is would we go back? And the answer is yes for this unit.

Relaxing stay in Kona area

This two bedroom condo is perfect for parents with kids or a few friends. The location is awesome. Located on the ocean side of the main street, but due to the design of the complex it feels secluded. The complex is gated, the unit is on the second floor, and is easily accessed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is clean and adequately equipped. The complex pool and gas barbecues are nearby. Both are cleaned daily. The entire complex has beautiful landscaping and the views of the ocean are incredible. Sunsets every night are majestic and are the only time we noticed a crowd at the complex. The management team is super responsive and informative. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise.

Perfect and clean!

This condo was extremely clean, updated and fully stocked with anything you might need including all kitchen/cooking supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie board. Greg and Wendy were excellent to work with and their communication was always quick and effective. The management company does an excellent job of maintaining the property and pool. We were here for the Ironman and the location was excellent. You could easily walk or drive to the pier/downtown area or explore nearby beaches. We had this placed reserved over 2 years ago due to Ironman being canceled twice for Covid. Greg and Wendy always honored and moved our reservation forward to the next rescheduled date. In the weeks leading up to the race, we had heard many people having their reservation canceled last minute and left without accommodations. Greg and Wendy were in constant communication and verified our reservation. I cannot thank them enough for keeping our anxiety at bay and sharing their wonderful place with us. Highly recommend.

It is such a lovely place. My family and I spent a week here. Although rain and undesirable weather were our experience, this place was our home away from home. The children still enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. The condo also had sufficient materials that we needed for our stay. If we are ever coming back to Kona, we will definitely stay here again. En general todo muy bien, lo que si, muy mal equipada en cuanto a bolsas de basura, detergente y esas cosas, estuvimos 15 días y tuvimos que comprar, y ademas luego nos cobran por aseo, querían que dejáramos todo impecable y estuvimos 15 días pagando bastante.

I’m glad you found the condo overall very nice. But as per our check-in instructions you are provided a start up kit for supplies. We also had a conversation about that and you seemed fine with it. Also per our checkin/ checkout instructions you are to leave the unit fairly clean such as empty garbage, empty fridge, and at least make sure beach towels are laundered and put away. The condo was left a complete mess. I only charge what the cleaning company charged me. It’s a pass through charge.

We have been coming to Kona for over 20 years. It is our favorite place on the planet. We dreamed about owning a little piece of paradise someday and that has come true in 2018! We live in Northern California and look forward to our trips to Kona.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought this condo because we love Kona Makai. It is so beautiful and quiet. The grounds are immaculate. There is a security gate that is locked at night. Pool is very nice. Solar panels were just installed in 2018 to make it more energy efficient.
We chose 1204 because it is in building 1 where you can hear the ocean from both sides of the unit. We love hearing the ocean when we sleep.

This wonderful complex features and includes beautifully manicured tropical grounds, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security.
