Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Straßen außerhalb Meer und 1 Block vom Strand entfernt, "Off the Hook" ist ein wunderschön renovierte 3-Zimmer-Ranch mit Designer-Küche Details, individuelle Bäder und stilvolle Einrichtung im gesamten Gebäude. Dieses Ferienhaus ist nahe genug, um all den Spaß, aber eingebettet unter den Eichen und abseits der Hauptstraßen ein wenig geben Ihnen einen natürlich einsamen Strand fühlen.

Gäste kommen zu einer einladenden Veranda auf der Vorderseite des Hauses und einer Veranda die Läufe der Länge des Hauses. Beide können Sie wirklich genießen Strand leben von Ihrer eigenen Stufen vor. Beim Eintritt in "Off the Hook", Sie mit offenen Wohn- und Essbereich Räume und gewölbten Decken begrüßt. Individuelle Einrichtung mit einem Wrap-around-Sofa, Flachbild-TV, zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten und aa Spaß schieben der Stalltür, um den zwei Gästezimmer geben einige zusätzliche Privatsphäre. Die Wohnküche bietet Platz für 6 Esszimmer mit zusätzlicher Balkensitzmöglichkeiten für 4 mehr. Die Gourmet-Küche verfügt über Edelstahl Geräte und Granit. Der Zugang zu dem Bildschirm Veranda ist direkt neben der Küche.

Hinunter den kurzen Flur ist der König Master-Schlafzimmer komplett mit Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad Master. Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, Granitarbeitsplatte, und eine benutzerdefinierte Fliesen Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner rundet dieses Ende des Hauses. Beide Zimmer sind direkt hinter der Stalltür. One ist ein Queen-Zimmer mit Flachbildschirm-TV und das andere ist ein Dual Twin Zimmer auch mit einem Flachbild-TV. Diese beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Gäste-Bad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Perfect Spring Break

This house was absolutely the perfect place to spend time with my daughters and granddaughters! One block from the beach and a short walk to Seaside made it so convenient for us. The house was clean and had a well furnished kitchen and bedrooms. We plan to come back!

Wonderful property!

Off the Hook was one of the best properties I have rented thus far. It was warmly decorated and cozy. Well-stocked with lots of outdoor seating and even some beach supplies. Well kept and clean...in a great location! We will definitely reserve again when we come back to the area!

Thankful for this house

This was our second stay at this house for the days leading up to thanksgiving. If I could have, I would have hosted thanksgiving dinner here! The kitchen was so well stocked. The layout of the house gave everyone their space, but still felt cozy. The location can’t be beat.

Perfect

We have been looking for the perfect place to stay for 15 years. We are always trying someplace new. We don’t need to look any further! Beautiful home with lots of natural light. Great set up for 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. Comfortable screened in patio that lets you avoid bugs and mosquitos. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach! It’s close to seaside so the kids could walk there. I can’t say enough great things about! We won’t stay anywhere else ever again.

Second Stay

We love Off the Hook. The location to the beach and Seaside and grocery is great. Enjoy the old charm of Seagrove right next to the restaurants and shopping of Seaside plus, the trails in Water Color. We like that it’s one floor. The kitchen is great for cooking in. The screened in porch is excellent for reading. We will likely stay here again.

Fall Break

This house was amazing. From the location to the cleanliness, everything was fantastic. The home is smaller than others, but extremely cozy and comfortable. Our older teenagers and adult child all complimented the comfort of the beds and home like feeling - pleasing teenagers is not always easy, so thank you for providing such a fabulous property. We loved the screened porch for morning coffees and evening family time. We will be back and wouldn’t think twice before staying here again!

The property super cute, clean, and comfortable. Such quick and easy access to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in every way. Only recommendation was be it needs a big pan and a big pot for cooking. Other than that it had every thing you could need.

Hidden Gem

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in Seagrove/Seaside. It is quiet and secluded, a straight quick walk to the beach; quick walk on back streets to Seaside Town Center. The Seagrove Market cafe is just a few houses down. The location is really great. The screened in porch with lights in the yard and running fountain is so peaceful. I read two books out there over the week. The house is all on one floor which was so nice. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook as much as you may want. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great master bath. The pictures in the listing almost don’t do the place justice. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again the next time we return to 30A.

Location location location

You cannot beat the location of this house! You can ride your bikes or we even rented a golf cart and it was only a couple of mins to seaside. Easy beach access! Only thing that I can complain about and it isn’t the house. The road going to the house is really bad. HUGE pot holes. So many that you can’t swerve around them. You cars definitely take a beating on the roads to the house. There is a lot of construction going on in that area so it is probably the construction vehicles causing the road damage so hopefully it will be fixed when construction slows down but I imagine that will be a few years. Overall all the house was great!

Three generation getaway

My mom, daughter and I had a fabulous time at “Off the Hook”. Although there were only 3 of us, the house could have accommodated many more. Off the Hook was beautiful and well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach and Seaside was a short walk and the included 2 bikes made it easy to venture into watercolor, grayton beach, and Seagrove. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time. This cottage is so lovely and comfortable. The kitchen has every utensil you might need. Quick walk to the beach and easy bike ride to Seaside or Publix-- we didn't get in the car all week!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean, Perfect Location

This place was perfect! The house was clean, spacious, and just what our family needed. The bunk room was loved by our kids. The master bathroom was a spa like sanctuary. We spent most of our time in the screen porch, perfect for meals, playing games, and relaxing under the fan. The house had plenty of beach chairs/toys and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving pieces. We can’t wait to book next year’s trip and stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect spot and a lovely appointed home

We loved our stay here and will come back. The house has a lovely open kitchen/dining/living area with three bedrooms which can easily sleep eight (four on bunk beds.) The kitchen was great with almost every utensil or tool you could need. Best part - it's a five minute walk from the beach and there's a Publix just up the road. Lovely home.

Our family loved this ranch style beach house!

It's been very hard to find a one story beach house for our family vacation in Seagrove. We were all very pleased with everything! It's so beautifully decorated and we felt comfortable right away. It was well stocked so were were able to cook a lot. This area in Seagrove has a special place in our hearts. We feel that it's almost like a hidden gem close to everything but much more peaceful. Everything was so clean which was a huge relief for my OCD with cleanliness. It allowed me to actually relax! We have decided we will make this our yearly beach house go to! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. We made some pretty great memories!
