Das Hotel liegt im neusten Teil des Windsor Hills Resort, Pooh's Palace befindet sich auf einem Hügel - niemand mit Blick auf unseren Hof oder Pool. Die östlich gelegene Lanai, Pool und Spa erhalten die ganze Nacht den ganzen Tag und ist ein erholsamer Ort, um Ihre erste Tasse Kaffee zu trinken, während Sie die Heißluftballons und den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. In einer klaren Nacht sind die Magic Kingdom Feuerwerke aus dem Hinterhof (nach Norden) sichtbar. Eines der schönsten Züge von "Pooh's Palace" ist seine Lage im Windsor Hills Resort. Das Hotel liegt etwa 1/2 Meile von der Windsor Hills Clubhaus, "Pooh's Palace" ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, die nicht mit viel Verkehr und Lärm belastet ist. Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Pooh Palace. The owners were very easy to work with. The property was clean, had clear directions for check in and out. The property was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Wonderful

Perfect family retreat

We loved staying in Pooh's Palance. The home was comfortable and allowed for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available. Many small touches made the house more than a rental. There were K-cups and spices available - not huge items but made it a step above. The pool and hot tub were so welcome after a day in the park or just a day of enjoying the pool.

Excellent stay

This was the perfect spot for our trip. Plenty of room for a group of 5 adults, 2 children and a toddler. The house was immaculately clean. Our toddler loved the Pooh theming throughout and was obsessed with the little train table, while the older kids loved the Star Wars room and the gaming systems. The weather was a bit on the cooler side but we enjoyed spending time on the patio when we could. We hope to return again for our next trip!

A Magical Place

Everywhere you looked at Pooh's Palace there was a special pillow or picture or figurine! It was absolutely delightful for fans of the Hundred Acre Woods. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and so much fun. The Star Wars bedroom was over the top with decorations. We also enjoyed the pool table so much. This house is a 15-20 minute drive from all of the Disney parks so for a larger party it is really an amazing option.

Amazing Vacation Home

Pooh’s Palace was an amazing home for our family. There were six of us who stayed at Pooh’s Palace with more than enough space for our adult family members as well as our teen family member. The kitchen had everything and more to prepare and serve meals. The living room space was a great place to watch movies all together and even the outdoor space with TV was a great place to hang out. The beds were comfy and the pool / hot tub was so nice after a long day at the parks. Booking, gate access, and access to the home were all very easy. Thanks for making our family vacation magical!

Amazing Villa in a Great Location

We had an absolutely fantastic time here from the moment we arrived. The welcome hamper was a delightful surprise and really set the tone for our stay. The villa itself was clean and spacious, providing ample room for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pool area was a highlight – it was huge, and our kids had an absolute blast swimming and playing there every day. Windsor Hills Resort's location is simply amazing. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, with amazing facilities. Overall, our experience was top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Pooh's Palace to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly accommodation in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Thank you for a memorable stay. Loved everything!!!

This is third year of renting a home for the D2 Cheer Summit and we loved this property. The extended pool area was AMAZING!! Perfect for catching some extra days on sunshine. The girls enjoyed everyone having their own bedroom AND bathroom. Everything was in excellent condition and there was every kitchen appliance you could imagine if you were going to be there for a lengthy stay. We would definitely rent this property again and will highly recommend them without any concerns to friends and family.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Pooh's Palace! The owner was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house was immaculately clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, and even saw Disney fireworks and a shuttle launch from the backyard. Though we had some cooler weather, the heated pool allowed us to swim every day. The house is in a wonderful resort with a park across the street, large playground a quick walk away, and a main clubhouse with pool, hot tub, market/restaurant, gym, game room and water park. We took advantage of all the amenities and especially loved that the house was so close to Disney and local stores. Don't hesitate to book a stay here, it really is a fabulous rental home!

Perfect Stay

We were getting together for a friends 40th. There were four couple so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was ideal for getting ready. TVs in every room. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks and had a blast playing pool in the garage. They provided a bag of common items that may be needed and went above and beyond and setup an awesome gift basket and balloon for the birthday boy. It was an awesome weekend and we would highly recommend. Gave us a lot more time together vs all getting separate hotels.

Best Vacation Home

This is the second time we stayed at Quinn Vacation Homes. Both times we have had an exceptional experience. Deanna is great to work with, and the basket of goodies at arrival made us feel very welcome. We stayed with our children and grandchildren (total of 10) and there was plenty of room. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, all the amenities one could want were there, and the location was good for Disney, Universal and Sea World. We also appreciated the gated community for safety reasons. The grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and community water park, as well as the beautiful Pooh decor and Star Wars bedroom. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this home!

Fantastic villa in an amazing location

We had an amazing time at Poohs palace, the house was great and large enough for all 8 of us. We all loved the pool and the extended pool deck was a real benefit of the property. The villa was clean, the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels to use, as well as hair driers and even straighteners in the bathrooms. There is also a large washer and drier so we came home with clean clothes! Windsor hills is a great location 10-15 mins from Disney and only 20 mins from universal (traffic dependant!) The communal pool and splash park wear also clean and safe for the kids and only a 10 min walk (or you could drive over). Walmart and a range of restaurants are 5-10 mins drive away. I would recommend staying here and Deanna was quick and great to deal with.

Great Rental Home!

We rented Pooh’s Palace for 2 weeks in November 2022. This home was very well stocked compared to any other home we’ve previously rented. It was nice that previous renters left their left-overs (non perishable) and the owners left supplies also. The house was well stocked with towels etc. Any questions we had were answered immediately by Deanna. Coming from Manitoba, Canada, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor TV every day for many hours. The grandchildren never wanted to come out of the pool. Having a special door alarm for the pool door was added security that we welcomed. We were a family of 9 consisting of parents, adult children and grandchildren and there was enough space for everyone. We’ve been to Windsor Hills before and like the location and short distance to the parks. We really only used the clubhouse once as we didn’t have much time. Wonderful Vacation Rental

We are yearly Disney vacationers and have always stayed on property. This was the first time we rented a house off property, and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the Quinn’s and their beautiful, perfect home. From the proximity to the parks, the decor of the home, the large space with plenty of bedrooms, and the pool my kids had an amazing time in. Deanna was so wonderful to work with, even having a gift box delivered to us. I will absolutely return, and give this rental 5/5. Trust me when I tell you to BOOK THIS PROPERTY, you will be so glad you did.

Pooh's Palace- we love you

We stayed 22nd Oct 2022-5th Nov 2022. We had the absolute best time in this villa. Property was cleaned to a good standard. It felt very homely and not like you were staying in a rental. The kids loved the themed rooms. We couldn't work the pS3s and we could have sought help but we were busy at the parks etc. The first day the pool was cold, Deanna got straight on that and someone repaired the switch. The hottub was such a lovely addition. I don't really have anything negative to say. The extra prams were brilliant and super helpful. Windsor hills is very secure and we felt very safe there. It was very quiet, we all slept so well. The beds are very comfortable. Very close to the parks. Thank you so much Deanna

Beautiful week!

Another fantastic week at Pooh’s Palace which is becoming our favorite home away from home. Love the bedrooms with their own bath, perfect for large extended family. And of course the kids adore having their own pool. Well appointed kitchen, lots of space for everyone!

This is the home for you and your family!!

We stay here every year during our Disney World vacation and love this home so much! The amenities and large size are unlike anything you will find on Disney property. Absolutely amazing!

Where do I even start. This house was amazing. All the beds were so comfortable. They had every utensil you could think of. The TV by the pool was a huge plus for us. The location was PERFECT after long days at the parks. Would definitely stay here every summer!

Amazing place to stay

My family of 6 stayed at the Pooh Palace. It was everything we could ask for. We spent lots of time in the pool. The amenities around the community are great also. The house was very clean when we arrived. Deanna was quick to respond to all of my questions. All in all we had a great time and would definitely book there again.

We are a family of 4. My husband and I met on a "blind date" set up by a mutual friend. The rest is history :) Our 2 girls are avid softball, baseball and Disney fans. Even at 30 and 25 they still love family vacations and visits to the Magic Kingdom! The best part of having a Disney home and family is that we now get to share Pooh's Palace with our grand children!

Our love for Disney knows no bounds! As "original Disney Vacation Club members, we had countless magical moments over the years. Our entire Disney outlook changed spring break 2006 - when we needed our 'Disney fix' and were out of DVC points, we stumbled upon Windsor Hills Resort. Renting a condo turned into a life-changing decision and planted the seed for Quinn's Vacation Villas in Windsor Hills Resort. We soon found ourselves choosing a lot, floorplans, colors and furniture. We devoted countless hours and effort crafting the perfect vacation getaway for our guests.
