Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV, and ample closet storage. In the third bedroom, a twin daybed and trundle offer additional sleeping space along with multiple desks. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures convenience for all.

Living spaces
The open concept living area is framed by large picture windows that bring the outdoors in, filling the space with natural light and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable seating invites you to gather with family or friends, whether starting the day with coffee or winding down with the sound of the waves.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. The dining table is set for sharing meals and conversation, while in-unit laundry offers added ease for longer visits.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private covered lanai to take in unobstructed ocean views. This outdoor retreat is ideal for relaxing in the afternoon breeze or watching the sunrise. A direct access path leads you from the property straight to the soft sands of Crescent Beach.

Community amenities
During your stay, you will have access to a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and two free parking spaces. An elevator provides easy arrival, and beach essentials are available for your use.
