Interesting that my worst guest in 15 years waited 5 months to write a review; full of untrue statements I'm sure shes hoping to deter next seasons guests. The truth: there was a tiny bit of poop left in a spot unseen by 2 month old puppy who had sneaked back inside as we were leaving; it could be cleaned in a heartbeat and sanitized with the cleaning supplies in my home. Apparently this malcontent guest expected immediate responses to her myried complaint I was in a conference with a judge and another attorney and responded as soon as it was finished. She wrote "several hours", I had an unpleasant conversation with her in less than two hours. I spoke with my housekeeper who told me the tub had been throughly cleaned the previous week. The linens and towels were all clean and it was unnecessary to rewash them. The trash situation was unfortunate but as soon as I made aware of it I contacted the superintendent who said there was a new person on the route; he came personally to clean up, he assured me it would never happen again and provided his telephone number. Kathy was very aware of the amenity card situation I advised her in advance of Fripp's increase in the charges for said cards. Kathy's description of my lack of commuincation is a blantant untruth I chatted with her on VRBO numerous times, spoke to her on the phone, exchanged emails and each commuication with her was argumentative and mean spirited. At the end of all of the above, I had a pleasant conversation with her husband. I and my family had deep cleaned the house, carpet cleaned, power washed the house and painted the front steps right before her arrival. I am very grateful for my wonderful guests (many repeat) who have constantly given me 4 and 5 star reviews.
