Wenn Sie nach einem besonderen Ort suchen, um Zeit mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden am Strand zu verbringen ... haben Sie es gefunden! Beach Heaven II ist eine neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, die Ihnen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis bietet. Von Ihrem Balkon in der vierten Etage werden Sie von der Aussicht beeindruckt sein und die Ruhe des Meeresrauschens genießen.

Die drei Schlafzimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und herrlichem Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett und das dritte hat ein Doppelbett. Ein Schlafsofa lässt Sie für 9 schlafen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen TV und das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen TV und einen DVD-Player. Vor allem aber werden Sie das unglaubliche Geräusch des Ozeans hören. Dies wurde neu eingerichtet, um Ihnen das Beste für Ihren Aufenthalt zu bieten. Es wurde der "WOW" -Faktor gegeben und lädt Sie ein, Spaß zu haben, sobald Sie diese schöne Wohnung betreten.

Ob Sie für einen Urlaub kommen oder Schneevögel sind, die keinen Schnee schaufeln möchten, diese Wohnung bietet Ihnen so viel. Neben dieser wunderschönen Wohnung haben Sie einen schönen Außenpool mit Kinderbecken, großem Innenpool und Sauna, Grillplatz, Tennis, Backgammon, Sauna und Fitnessraum und befinden sich in einer wunderschönen Lage in der Nähe vieler anderer Annehmlichkeiten.

Phoenix 7 is a great location! This condo was great for my family of 6! There was plenty of room for us all. We even had other family members come to eat dinner several times and had plenty of room with them there, as well! We will definitely consider booking this condo again next time we come to OBA!

Beach heaven with a heavenly view

Fantastic beachfront condo with lots of beds and great ocean view. Phoenix VII has indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball, small fitness room, outdoor tennis/ pickleball and a basketball hoop. The complex was quiet and clean. We enjoyed being on 4 th floor and not too high and windy. Super helpful and gracious owner. Loved staying so close to St Thomas by the Sea Church for Easter.

Beach Heaven at Phoenix VII

We enjoyed our visit, and actually met the property owners as we checked in. The unit itself needs some updating, but all in all , everything was sufficient. The cleanliness was not up to par, but I've reached out to the owner to let them know so they could contact the cleaning company.

Wonderful vacation spot with a Beautiful view!

My husband and I stayed with our two children and 6 other family members. This condo was so beautiful and spacious. We knew right when we walked in it would be perfect! We loved the view from the big balcony. Seeing the ocean each sunrise made it the best vacation. What made it even better was that it was safe to let our children play in the condo, on the balcony, and in the kiddo pool outside which is fenced in. We enjoyed it so much we are vacationing in this 3 bedroom condo and the 5 bedroom condo the owner also owns. She was so fantastic to work with, and we are excited to rent from her again!

One of the best places in orange beach!

We had the best time. This property is spacious, clean, and offers a beautiful view. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions! We had 6 people on our trip and we have no complaints! They provide everything you need during your stay. The Phoenix VII is a very nice condominium. The pool is very large and offers lots of seating, and the beach is nice and also has lots of seating, but neither are overcrowded! This is our second stay at Phoenix VII and we will back! The location is nice because it’s away from the busiest part of gulf shores, but there are so many nearby restaurants around this orange beach area; you can even walk! 10/10 for the place and stay!

Family vacation

The room was spacious and everything we needed was at hand. The only complaint that we have is that the beds were HORRIBLE. The mattresses were so bad that even the children didn’t sleep. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as well. No support when you sit. But other than that, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Heather, I am glad you found some things to your satisfaction...I love Beach Heaven and sharing it, so I take very seriously the comments made. I was surprised about the mattress comment, as I often get just the opposite comments from people who stay on how comfortable they are. I am going to look into more to see what might be the issue. They are not very old, as is the living room furniture. Sometimes when a couch has a hide-a-bed some may think it is too firm, but your comment on them being to uncomfortably soft, I will look into that as well. Thank you for your comments, and for staying at Beach Heaven.

Perfect Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful condo and host. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 1 year old grandson were traveling together. Gerarda was so helpful from the very beginning and incredibly kind. Everything was clean and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was so great! We especially enjoyed the rockers. The closet full of chairs and beach items were so helpful and a welcome surprise. It is clear that the host truly takes a lot of pride in their condo and cares about their renters. The building and location is absolutely wonderful. We could enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony every day and it was so peaceful. The views were stunning. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo and this amazing host. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Orange beach is wonderful this condo not so much.

Orange Beach is amazing. This condos view was beautiful and the living space was nice. Other than that it wasn't great. It wasn't clean. The cleaners came while we were there to tidy up again bc black mold was on doors and windows of one of the bedrooms. This condos had A LOT of deferred maintenance. We paid top dollar (not worth it) - Not comparable to others in the same price range.

We were concerned about the issue with the cleaning when you arrived, and they came right away to take care of it, and you indicated all was well. We LOVED Beach HAVEN!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. We actually were done 2 weeks ago in a different condo. It was nice, but not as nice as this one. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the pots and pans were. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and plenty of linens. We loved being able to walk out on the balcony and see the beach. The only issue we had was checking in the computer system went down for a minute and they charged us for the parking passes, it was my understanding with our renter that we would receive two parking passes. Although I don’t feel like this has anything to do with the people we rented the condo from. We will definitely Be back, and WOULD DEFINITELY rent from these people again. Bonus if you have younger kids there is a closet full of beach toys! A play pen in the master bedroom and some sort of fold out mattress (my teenage son actually wants me to buy one of those, he said was very comfy and would be great when he HS friends over).

I will email you the information on that...we bought one for our home too as it makes a nice extra bed and yet folds easily into the closet. Just by chance...we discovered Orange Beach in the summer of 2014 and quickly fell in love. We are from the Midwest area, Iowa/Illinois and we are Tony and Gerarda (Lahey) Keppler. We have five amazing children and their spouses, and 14 grandchildren. After we fell in love with Orange beach we knew we wanted to find a very special place...and Phoenix VII is a very special place
Currently my husband is Deacon for our church, and works in the finance industry, and I(Gerarda) am a Psychology Instructor at Northeast Iowa Community College, have a nutrition business and do motivational speaking and training for companies. We feel so blessed to have our large family, and there is not enough space to tell you how wonderful and perfect our grandchildren are!

As Iowan's, many of us are avid Iowa Hawkeye fans, with an Iowa State Fan in the mix! Go IOWA!.



We are involved in our family and we love to have fun. The corn fields and country in our neck of the woods are beautiful, and I have a remodeled Barn House that we share close to home. It is VRBO 341015. We describe it as, "Where Heaven and Earth Meet" and now we have another place to share with others..."Where Heaven and Earth also meet" and it is over the ocean...in sunrises and sunsets, and the laughter of those having fun. We hope you come to Beach Heaven II. We also have a five bedroom condo in Phoenix VII, #729438 we just Beach Heaven. We would love to share our beach paradise with you!
