Welcome to spectacular Phoenix VII and our beloved Orange Beach and white shores of the Gulf Coast! We have named this condo Zen City.

This condo is direct beachfront and offers a king bed in the master, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full baths and a queen sleeper sofa.

Our goal is to provide you with a dream vacation and a wonderful booking experience. We provide a quick response and answer any questions you have.
The condo provides a spacious floor plan and is designed to easily accommodate up to eight people with A King Bed in the Master BR and two double beds in the second bedroom, plus a queen sleeper. We do recommend limiting use of the sleeper sofa to children ages 5 to 17.
Ideally located on the 9th floor, the condo provides magnificent, unobstructed views of "The Pass" area of Orange Beach to the East and Sunset views to the West. You'll love it!
The condo features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and those gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living, dining and kitchen areas, and, of course, great views from the balcony.
Stacked washer/dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony.
The condo features tile throughout and has three TV's and free, fast Wifi.
Parking: Two automobiles per reservation. Guests purchase a pass upon arrival from guest services. For 2022, parking passes are $55 per vehicle. Parking is not quoted on the rate. On-site security determines the costs of the passes and collects for them at the front desk.

Kenneth is a licensed homebuilder, master plumber, master gas fitter. Myra is a CPA. Myra handles all online communications and Kenneth is the guy you get when you text or call at 205-812-6168.
