Dieses künstlerisch gestaltete Haus liegt auf einer Düne über dem Strand und bietet einen Panoramablick auf das Meer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche öffnet sich in den geräumigen "großen Raum" mit Boveda-Decke, umlaufenden Fenstern und Kamin. Das angrenzende überdachte Deck ist ein perfekter Ort zum Lesen, Cocktails, den Strand unten und einfach nur abhängen. Es ist ein idealer Ort, um den Fischadler und die vorbeifliegenden Pelikane zu beobachten. Das Schlafzimmer auf der Eingangsebene hat ein Doppelbett und ein angrenzendes Bad / Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das "offene" mittlere Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einer Tür direkt auf ein Unterdeck. Neben dem offenen Schlafzimmer befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad / Dusche mit Meerblick. Die zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss öffnen sich auf eine große Terrasse, die zu einem privaten Weg zum Strand führt. Direkt unter dem Haus befindet sich eine Palapa, wo Sie den Tag am Strand verbringen können, im Schatten der Sonne und von der Meeresbrise gekühlt. Das Haus verfügt außerdem über eine Garage für zwei Autos und eine Dachterrasse, die sich ideal zum Beobachten von Sternen eignet. Im großen Zimmer finden Sie WLAN und einen DVD-Player.
Das Haus steht für Aufenthalte von mindestens drei Nächten zur Verfügung.

The kitchen was fully loaded lots of organic items, I liked that. The rooms were clean enough not my clean. Considering the time between guests I think they did their best though. I was disappointed with no use of the tub as the tub was one of the main reason we picked this property.

When you corresponded with us about your stay there you wrote, "We had a great time, the house was clean." So we're confused now by your report that it wasn't clean enough for you. Also, we're sorry that you were disappointed about the tub. It is fully useable. If you had communicated with us about your difficulty using it we could have resolved that issue for you. Anyway, we hope that you enjoyed spending time under the palapa and hanging out on the balcony and the rooftop deck for sunsets. And how about that view!

We can't recommend this property enough - my spouse has stayed here 4 times and I've stayed here 3 times. It's a perfect location, a roomy, comfortable house with plenty of room and lovely amenities, and what feels like a private beach. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in -- we can't wait for our next visit!

March ‘25 trip

This is our 3rd stay at the Starship and as usual, it was perfect! My husband, two dogs and I spent 5 days there. The location is perfect, has direct access to the beach & the house is clean and well stocked. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Relaxing get away

Celebrated Thanksgiving at the Starship. Proximity was close enough into town but felt much more relaxing without all the crowds. House was great with amazing views and patios galore.

Family vacation at Rocky Point

It was our first time visiting Rocky Point and Michael's place was just perfect for us. We had easy access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The waves are gentle and tide pools formed daily which made water play more fun for my toddler and dog. The property was as described and it was well equipped for making meals. The views from the house were as good as we had hoped for. There is a giant Walmart nearby that made last minute shopping easy. Would love to stay here again!

Our dear friend Alan built the Starship Beach House in 1991 and infused it with a wonderful spirit, much like his own. The beach here is graced with gentle waves and is a great place for long walks and shelling, kayaking and swimming. It's a perfect spot to escape and relax at the beach.

The decks of this house are magical. If your timing is right you can sit on the roof deck and watch the sun set at one end of the beach and the full moon rise on the other, with the Sea of Cortez in front of you. Down below, sitting under the palapa is THE perfect place to watch the waves, read, sip a beverage and enjoy the ocean.
Please note: This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach but the Las Conchas HOA prohibits renters bringing and/or using ATV's in the Las Conchas community.
