Thompson Ferienhaus

Der Thompson Ferienhaus ist ein drei Schlafzimmer drei und eine halbe Bad Haus in der Gemeinde Las Conchas gated. Ein Rollbett ist für einen weiteren Gast zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt auf der Straße über den Zugang zum Strand Gasse zwischen zwei Strandhäuser, Strand ca. 50 Meter entfernt ist. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Eine halbe Bad ist im Erdgeschoss neben dem großen Raum und Küche. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt; Kühlschrank, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen, Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Der große Raum befindet sich neben der Küche mit Küchentheke und Esstisch. Bequeme Sofas bieten dem Fernseher sehen, die Dish Network Kanäle bietet. Draußen sind drei Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer von Cortes aus verschiedenen Ebenen, die jeweils mit einem Tisch und Bänke haben. Neben der Terrasse ist eine Veranda mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Zugang zum Grillplatz. Sichere Parkplätze hinter Toren im Vorgarten. Las Conchas hat 24/7 Wachpatrouillen, so dass Sie hier sicher Aufenthalt fühlen.

Host was welcoming. Let us do an early check in. WiFi on Vrbo site isn’t updated, needed to look at router to find password. 2 of 3 the showers weren’t usable. One had no water and other just had cold water. The 2 two beds are fold out, small mattress’s were not comfortable. More bedding would be helpful for the foldouts. Kitchen and rooms was great, quite. Great ac system. Glad there were 4 bathrooms. Close to beach. Great closed in parking. Felt safe.

The Thompson Vacation Home is a great choice for families that want to be near the beach. Convenient, comfortable and clean.We enjoyed our stay and the host, Gary, was helpful with the recommendation of a doctor to see when our son wasn't feelimg well. Amazing!

I had a wonderful time here. Easy to find, smooth check in, close to everything, minutes from the new Walmart. The host was very kind and responsive. The house is literally across the street from the beach, making my morning and evening walks on the beach super convenient! The gates to the house closed, which was nice because I had my dog with me. Each room had a private bathroom, and there was also a half bath near the living room. The home was very comfortable, and I would absolutely come back!

Beautiful house just steps away from the beach, which was not crowded at all on Father’s Day weekend. Very quiet and safe area but conveniently close to the local Walmart to get groceries and other various items. We brought our dog and almost everywhere is dog friendly. We loved the space and multiple patios, bbq grill and WiFi. The malecon, boat launch and other water activities are about 10-15 minutes away. The resorts and some popular restaurants and bars are about 20 minutes. There are masseuse’s, drink carts and more that come right down the street and offer their service, they were all friendly but not overly pushy like on the other public beaches and closer to the resorts. My family relaxed, refreshed and would love to return to the Thompson vacay home. Highly recommend staying there if going to drive to Puerto Penasco.

Beach house

House was a good price,but we figured out why was so inexpensive,not very clean bathroom rugs so bad we did not use ,walls very dirty ,water pressure was terrible, lock on front door never did work, no broom so floors got really dirty we would have swept and cleaned better but no cleaning supplies. Location was good and we did have a good time, place just needs attention

Close to the beach!

This house worked out great for us. The dogs loved the terraces and the fenced yard and we all loved the short walk to the beach. It is also a nice feature that all of the bedrooms have their own attached bathroom.

Great view of the ocean & lots of space!

Great location and a huge house. The house is older and in need of much TLC. As a family we were able to overlook the crumbling plaster, old dishwasher, tiny outdoor coal barbecue (had to cook food in stages), but it was evident that the house had not been cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen sink was dirty as were the bathroom sinks, showers and bathroom rugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything and anything that one would possibly need but many of the pots and pans and silverware were actually “rusted” so unable to use (glad we packed paper dishes & silverware). We luckily had Lysol wipes to wipe down the bathroom’s & kitchen. I should have contacted Gary the host but I’m one that doesn’t want to cause any trouble. Overall, my grandchildren said that they had a great time.

Terrific

We love staying here. It's clean, comfy, close to beach and a great ocean view. What more can you ask for. We are just jealous of the people coming in next. We could easily stay another week. Everything we needed was supplied. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great for our family!

We came from Tucson (4.5 hours) for 4 nights of our spring break. We have 4 kids (ages 9-16) and LOVED the house and the proximity to the beach. We all had a spot to sleep and the couches were comfy for hanging out together. We enjoyed the super quick walk to the beach to explore the tide pools. The host was close and helped us get settled.

Comfy and relaxing beach house

House was perfect for us, our two little dogs and our friends! Super quick walk to the beach and great views from the margarita deck. The house is a little older and worn, but well stocked and clean. If you have bigger dogs and close the gate, it is fully fenced. My little Maltese mix could get under the gate if she tried. We’ve been coming to Rocky Point for years, and this is one of the best houses we’ve rented. We are hoping to be back soon!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! It is a beautiful home with en-suite bathrooms in every room, a powder room off of the kitchen, 3 separate level balconies to enjoy the breeze of the ocean, a built in outside grill if you decide to grill outside for dinner (we did), spacious rooms and bathrooms, I could go on and on about this home! Gary was extremely accommodating as is his home. We never had a problem, I did ask for a late check-out (noon) due to unforeseen circumstances and he was fine with it. 5 stars! Would highly recommend!
