I loved staying here

I loved staying here. The location was perfect, the apartment was beautiful with awesome views, and the washer/dryer really came in handy. Laura, who gave us the keys and a brief intro to Lisbon, was a joy to meet. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Great place, but mind the 6th floor.

Loved the apartment, it had everything we needed. The location is awesome, close to all the main touristy spots. The owner was easy to reach. One thing to keep in mind - it’s in the 5th floor (6th, considering the ground floor) and no elevator.

Luis's place was fantastic

Luis's place was fantastic. It's a very nicely renovated attic space with premium trimmings, with a bath tub in the master bedroom as the cherry on top! The location is perfect, central to anything that you may want to get to in Lisbon and convenient to both Metro and the train station. Fantastic stay.

The host was great and it was clean. Being on the 5th floor with no elevator was a bummer. The unit was less than ideal in its furnishings. The washer was ok, but there is no “dryer”. A wire drying rack is not a “dryer”.

We thank you for the time spent in writing a comment as many guests don’t do it. Having read your comment we must say that it shows lack of accuracy. You mention that you didn’t like the fact that the apartment is on the 5th floor of a building without elevator which is mentioned in the description so it should not come as a surprise. The existing machine is a washing and drying machine. 7kg wash and 4 Kg dry. You just need to select a drying program for it to dry. Rating was influenced by the above which is really unfair for the property and doesn’t represent the exclusivity it comes with.

Great stay in Lisbon, close to everything we wanted

The apartment was great - lots of room, great light, AC, washing machine and drying rack. It was so central as well, we really enjoyed our stay! It is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator (which was fine for us, in Lisbon there were plenty of stairs in general), but just so you're ready!

This apartment is in a fantastic location to get to all sights in Lisbon. It's stylish inside, with nice areas to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Luis had great communication prior to arriving in Lisbon, and helped arrange a taxi pick up from the airport to take us to the apartment, where we met Laura, who helped check us in. The apartment itself is lovely and the location was absolutely brilliant with many restaurants, sights and nice streets to wander around. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Lisbon.

The apartment was great. Very clean, well equipped and stylish. It is in a great location with a lovely square just metres away and walking distance to lots of the places you'd want to visit while in Lisbon. Laura met us to show us the apartment. She was very helpful and gave us lots of good tips. Everything was perfect and the apartment looks as good in real life as in the photos. Very clean and slick and span.

Fantastic Exercise

This property was so cute and quaint. We had no issues with transportation from the airport, and the property manager was so kind and helpful. Super duper cute place. I would not recommend it for a 4 person stay. 3 is max amount it will comfortably be for a extended stay. Be prepared to get a good exercise in during your stay. There are no elevators in the building, and the unit is settled on the very top floor. 6 flights of stairs from the bottom with an additional mileage of steep hills and stairs that surround the building.

Great apartment except for the access

We loved this apartment and the location was great. We could walk to lots of restaurants and various sights. The accommodations were very nice. However, the long staircases that go for several flights to the apartment were very trying. Every time we went up and down it was really tiring, and it limited the number of times we'd want to go out. The hardest part was carrying our suitcases and groceries up several flights. There is no elevator and the unit is at the very top (fifth floor). Not for the faint hearted!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach super! Laura, welche die Wohnung übergibt unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung selber sehr sauber, gemütlich und speziell. Einzig warmes Wasser war sehr knapp für zwei Badezimmer, bzw. Badewanne und zwei Duschen! Ansonsten alles super. Wir würden wieder kommen.

La casa está muy bien situada, cerca del centro y de la estación. Está llena de detalles y la comunicación con Laura fue perfecta. Como únicos aspectos negativos, no mejorables pero que no han supuesto ningun problema para nosotros, son que se trata de un 5º sin ascensor y que es dificil aparcar cerca, pero esto no debería ser un handicap para disfrutar de esta casa tan bonita y cómoda

Lovely apartment

My daughter, her husband, and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a few days. The apartment, location, and views were all wonderful. Note that it would not be suited for people with mobility or fitness issues as it is on the top (American 6th) floor with no lift. Not an issue for us as it allowed us to eat the amazing food in Lisbon guilt free!

Parfait!!

Très bel appartement. Tout est bien pensé et magnifiquement décoré, très propre et bien entretenu. Il y a tout pour un confort absolu, les lits sont les meilleurs parmi tous les endroits où nous sommes restés. La location dans Lisbonne est parfaite, près de restaurants, et des beaux quartiers, tout se fait à pied. On recommande sans hésitation. Le seul défaut, que les propriétaires ne peuvent rien y changer, est qu'il n'y a aucun ascenceur et l'appartement est au 5ième...
