Located in Graça, one of Lisbon’s most charming and historic neighborhoods, this beautifully decorated and cozy apartment sits on one of the area’s most picturesque streets. With two bright and comfortable bedrooms, it offers a welcoming atmosphere and an excellent location.

Graça is situated on Lisbon’s highest hill, offering stunning views and easy access to famous landmarks. The iconic Tram 28 stops just around the corner, making it easy to explore the city!

Sara’s apartment in Lisbon was so perfect for my trip to Lisbon, everything you need is at the apartment, clean towels and sheets, air condition, an amazing balcony as well as the best pizza downstairs. I am so grateful this VRBO was available for the time I needed. It was perfect.

The only reason this was not a 5 star rating was the loud music at night coming from the restaurant below. Otherwise it was perfect! Communication was excellent, the size of the apartment was nice and the restaurants literally in the area below the apartment were perfect!

I wish you had let me know during your stay — I would have immediately spoken with the restaurant owners to ask their staff to lower the volume or turn it off. By law, music is only allowed until 11 PM, and it should never be excessively loud. I will make sure to remind them again to be more considerate with the volume in the evenings. Clean and roomy and well done. In a good location for the Graca neighbourhood. However lots of stairs and steep climbs from downtown. But the apartment itself was great! And Sara is great too!

Graça Perfect Stay

Everything was exactly as described in this beautiful and easily accessible apartment in old town Lisbon. The host was extremely accommodating and fast to reply about anything requested. A gorgeous apartment atop of a quaint and groovy strip. Music and hustle until just after midnight in the restaurants below and then all is quiet for a restful sleep. I'll certainly be back for another stay!

Great Stay. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown. There was ample room for the 3 of us. The apartment could comfortably fit 4. The balcony was a nice feature as well as the washer which had a 15min wash cycle. The area it self is quite lively with tonnes of places to eat. The waiters were friendly and service was good. Its very close to a lookout point and walking distance from the downtown. Sara was responsive and we had no issues while there. Overall we were happy with the stay and would return.

We stayed at the apartment for one week at the end of September 2025. Location was great. Within walking distance to shops and many local restaurants and wine bars. Also within a short walk from one of the best vistas in the city as well as bustling Alfama. The best pizza we have ever had is located in the building!!! There is no car traffic on the streets and there are many quaint restaurants and wine bars. Couple of bars are open till 2 am, but with closed windows and AC on it was very quiet and we slept well. Windows are great at noise blocking. There is also a small bakery next door and we loved the smell of freshly baked bread! Large and comfortable bed in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds and a lovely small terrace! All photos were very accurate. Four of us were very comfortable and had plenty of space. Apartment was very clean and had an adequate supply of dishes, glasses and cookware. Having a washer and an iron was super helpful as well. We loved the location, the apartment and hosts (Sara and Manuel) were responsive. Easy check in, the key box code was sent to us at the time of check-in. Our apartment was only one flight of stairs up. We highly recommend the place!

Eine schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt, nahe dem höchsten Aussichtspunkt der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt und sauber. Man erreicht in 1-2 Minuten die Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl es abends lange laut war in der Straße.
