Fabelhafte Villa in Addaya mit Blick auf den Yachthafen, inmitten wunderschöner Gärten mit privatem Pool, Poolbar und Grillplatz. Zweistöckige Villa, bestehend aus drei Schlafzimmern, eines mit Ankleideraum, drei Badezimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Garage und überdachten Terrassen. Das Anwesen hat ein klassisches Flair, profitiert aber vom Komfort eines kürzlich erbauten Gebäudes.

Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage in allen drei Schlafzimmern, ein Ankleidezimmer und eine Lounge. In allen Schlafzimmern sind Moskitonetze an den Fenstern angebracht. zusammen mit kostenlosem Wi-Fi. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe eines Supermarkts und lokaler Restaurants. Es gibt viele Strände auf der Insel und einen, der eine zehnminütige Fahrt entfernt ist und einen spektakulären Blick über die Bucht von Arenal bietet. Ein Auto zu mieten ist ein Muss, um die Insel zu sehen.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this lovely, spacious villa. Loads of outdoor space with a great variety of seating areas for sunbathing or watching the sunset/sunrise. Great location and everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would definitely return.

Great stay in Menorca

This was an amazing property for our stay in Menorca. The backyard pool and patio was a plus where we enjoyed breakfast and just relaxing after beach, boating, hiking and touring. Shops and restaurants were just a short walk up the street and the marina and hiking a short walk down the hill. The owners responded quickly to my questions leading up to the trip and while in Menorca. This is a gem!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Roka. The villa was a great base with great accommodation, a lovely sized pool and fantastic views over the harbour. Plenty of seating outside for shade and sun. Facilities at the Villa were excellent. Location was perfect for us with a few minute walk to the harbour where we hired a boat for half a day and also hired a kayak and paddle boards. The bar/restaurant La Cantina great for Brunch and drinks throughout the day and evening. We ate at all 3 restaurants in town, all in walking distance from the villa, with our favourite being El Castilo. The villa was only a 25 minutes drive from Mahón which was worth a visit and 15 minutes drive from Fornells which was lovely for visit and evening meal. We visited the Aqua centre park which was half price after 3pm and kept our 15 & 12 year olds entertained for a few hours.We would highly recommend this villa and would love to visit again. Communication with June and Colin was great and we also appreciated the bottle of fizz which was in the fridge on our arrival!

Amazing holiday

Villa Roka surpassed all of our expectations. It is rare that a villa is even better than the description and pictures on the website but this villa truly is! The outside space is incredible. The pool is huge and the number of terraces meant everyone had more than enough space to relax . The outside bar is a delight to have and the gardens and pool are very well maintained. The pool and gardens are beautifully lit of an evening which adds to the whole experience. Inside the villa is also vast and the bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate for what we needed. The added luxury of having the villa cleaned during our stay was very welcome and isn't something that normally happens when you stay in a villa for two weeks. Our host June could not be more welcoming and responsive to all of our queries and emails and this helped both before and during our stay. The location of the villa is perfect too. Port Addaia is a lovely location. The port itself is a 3 minute walk and from there we were able to access various water based activities. The local supermarket was more than adequate for what we needed and within walking distance however there is a larger supermarket in Coves Noves which is a 5 minute drive away. There are four local restaurants which you can walk to and all have wonderful menus to choose from. Everywhere in Menorca is easy to drive to so the villa was a wonderful base to explore the island itself. We will definitely visit Villa Roka again .

Beautiful villa / schöne Villa

(Für deutsch siehe unten) Great house: Clean, spacious, got everything you need, big clean pool, only minus: 2 of 3 bedrooms don’t have AC. Description left different impression. Yet end of June temperatures weren’t too high, so ok for the kids. Tolles Haus: sauber, sehr groß, alles vor Ort, was man braucht, großer sauberer Pool, einziges Manko: 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern haben keine Klimaanlage obwohl die Beschreibunges anders vermuten lässt. Aber Ende Juni war es noch nicht zu heiß. Also kein Problem für die Kinder.

In relation to our property description, it clearly states that the Villa accommodates air-con units in the main bedroom, dressing room and lounge. As a general consensus, this is normally more than adequate for guests, as some people like air-con and some don't. However, we have now installed Aircon in all bedrooms due to the very hot weather in July and August. June Bridgeman

Very happy family holiday

We had no previous experience of HomeAway or other villa rentals so in a way it is hard for us to know what we should anticipate for our money however the villa far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked round to the pool and discovered all the different sitting areas in pockets around the garden we felt a sense of luxury. Nice sun beds, pretty plant pots, tidy pool, barbecue and little bar area was all appealing. Inside the property had everything you could need. And despite being extremely well kitted out it did not feel cluttered at all. What was needed was there and the rest was free for you to fill with shopping etc. We enjoyed the local port and surrounding bays. Plenty of tourist beaches, virgin beaches and bays to explore but one of our favourite places was Na Macaret very near by. It seemed much more authentic and Spanish. Recommend this property highly.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et très propre. la piscine est grande et très agréable. La vue de l'étage sur le port est très jolie. La superette juste à côté est bien achalandée ce qui est très pratique.

Spacious, homely, well-equipped with fantastic views

We really enjoyed staying at this villa. The lay-out worked well for the five of us as three bathrooms and generally spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed. Good sun loungers and outdoor furniture - we enjoyed sitting and eating under the terrace and also relaxing on the balcony which has beautiful views over the port. Excellent location as within walking distance of small supermarket and harbour. Within easy reach of Fornells and Mahon, two of our favourite places to visit. Would recommend staying here.

Very impressive and lots of space

W were very impressed with the villa when we arrived. 3 good sized bedrooms and plenty of storage space for clothes. We loved the first floor balcony and the very comfy sofa and chairs and downatirs, the living area was impressive with plenty of room and this would be a great villa for a large family or even three couples. The kitchen looks small on the photos but it is more than large enough and it was great having a spare fridge in the garage for all those cold drinks. The pool was great as well and was a lovely temperature, especially in the late afternoon. Air conditioning was vital particularly in the bedrooms as it got very warm during the night but it all worked perfectly.

We have been coming to Menorca since 1989 when our daughter was young. We are now taking our Grandsons to this magical place. We always stayed in Addaia because it is safe, friendly and family orientated. It has all the amenities on your doorstep, but if you want to move outside of the area by car, everything is easily accessible.
