Unsere Mission ist es, Ihnen einen ruhigen und friedlichen Urlaubsort zu bieten, an dem Sie und Ihre Mitmenschen wirklich entspannen können.

Aqua-Schlafzimmer: Klimaanlage, Kommode, französisches Bett, Schrank und angrenzendes Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung soll zum Schlafen einladen und zauberhafte Erinnerungen wecken - ja! ☺. Badezimmer: begehbare geflieste Dusche. Haartrockner, Handtücher, Seife zur Verfügung gestellt. Liegestühle und Strandtücher werden im Schrank aufbewahrt.

Sunset Schlafzimmer: Klimaanlage, französisches Bett, Kommode, angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung soll Sie zum Schlafen und Entspannen bringen. Badezimmer: an das Zimmer angeschlossene Badewannen- / Duschkombination mit gebogener Duschstange für ein großzügiges Duscherlebnis. Liegestühle und Strandtücher im Schrank des Aqua Bedroom.

Lage: Die Eigentumswohnung befindet sich am östlichen Ende des Grundstücks, der ruhigsten Lage in ganz Pacific Shores. Es gibt sehr wenig Fußgängerverkehr, keinen Lärm vom Pool und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Berg. Haleakala.

Aktivitäten: Stehen Sie am Eingang zum Pacific Shores und gehen Sie über die Straße zum Charley Young Beach und zum Kamaole Beach I. Gehen Sie nach links oder rechts zum Fine Dining, zum Casual Dining, zu Bars mit oder ohne Musik, zum Einkaufen, zum Surfen und zum Mieten von Strandartikeln , Eis und Eis rasieren! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar ...

Küche: Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen und Mixen von Getränken benötigen. Granit-Arbeitsplatten geben ein geerdetes und entspannendes Gefühl. Die Spülmaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank sind aus Edelstahl. Es gibt eine stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner mit Frontlader.

Hauptraum: Das Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz zum Joggen, Tanzen oder um die Euroliege vor der Terrassentür herauszuziehen und den Mond- oder Sonnenaufgang über dem Berg zu beobachten. Haleakala.

Umweltfreundlich: Es werden umweltfreundliche Reinigungsmittel verwendet, damit Sie leicht atmen können. Wir verwenden nur parfümfreie Waschmittel - gut für die Umwelt und den Menschen.

Nice Location near beach/restaurants

We had a great stay at this property. The only downside was my wife had to clean some utensils before using, because they had dried food on them, and there were few places to hang damp clothes to dry, but overall it was a great stay!

Great homebase for Maui adventures

Great spot near the beach and with available beach chairs and other accessories to make the beach visits more comfortable and fun. Convenient location to use as a homebase for various activities.

Christmas by the sea

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The condo was quiet and easy to get to. The living room got a bit hot since the AC units were in the bedrooms, and our daughter was sleeping out there, However, the fan helped. There were lots of dishes and everything needed to cook (just bring your own spices.Would recommend staying here.

Great stay in Kihei!

The hosts were responsive and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location with the beach across the street. We loved the cinnamon roll place (in walking distance) for breakfast! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

4 Friends Annual Trip to Maui

Unit was great, well equipped. All amenities were as advertised Great location Very close to a great beach, close to many good restaurants, bars and food trucks Couch was comfortable, one of us sleep on it the entire trip. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Love coming here

Second time at this property—we love the convenience of it to everything we want to do, plus all the amenities we need to make our trip manageable (washer and dryer, kitchen, space for everyone to spread out). If we decide to do Maui again, this is where we want to stay.

Lots to offer in a small space

We were two couples staying here. The space accommodated us well, although it felt a little small for easy movement inside. The decor and physical upgrades were pleasant and fun. The beds were okay, and memory foam pillows work for some but not everyone! Some options would be helpful. The shade on the balcony is awesome for dimming the heat in the daytime, and the mini splits were helpful at night. The pool is lovely and nice to hang out, with warm showers down there too. Easy walk to the beach any time of day. Assigned parking spot is also helpful, as are the shopping carts to bring things upstairs. Four stars because of the tight quarters (for 4 adults), beds and pillows that could be more comfortable, and a couple of not-so-clean kitchen drawers/cupboards. The rest is great.

Second stay

This was our second stay at Stephen and Cynthia’s condo. Both times we had a great time. The unit is in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted. The condo was also very well stocked with most everything you would need including toys, floats, towels and mats for the beach. Another plus is that there is almost no noise in the condo area!

Loved the Grand Van Kleef

The property was very clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The Kihei location is central to all attractions and has all the amenities one could want. Steve and Cynthia were always very responsive. We hope to come back and stay here in the future.

Great location

Great location, clean and owners were very responsive. Only negative was the air-conditioning setup. The units could not keep the rest of the condo cool and the one in our bedroom was very noisy.

Great Stay!

Close to amenities and beach. Well equipped with beach equipment and children toys if needed. Was able to contact owners via phone when needed. Air conditioning was louder in one of the rooms but didn't affect our sleep much. BBQ was convenient on site - some BBQ tools would have been helpful (we couldn't find any) but we made it work.

Wonderful location and condo

We recently stayed in this condo for two weeks with two adults and 2 kids. The location of this condo is perfect. You can walk to the beach, the park, shops and restaurants. You really can't ask for a better location in Kihei. The condo was clean, organized and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. This condo is situated at the back of the complex so there is no road noise to worry about and a perfect view of Haleakalā. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub and was kid friendly. We would mighly recommend staying here.

Great location for amenities and proximity to Charlie Young Beach

My husband, toddler and I shared this two bedroom, two bathroom clean unit with another couple and their toddler. We all love this location and having access to the pool is a great advantage with the two little ones. It's a quick walk to the beach and the property owners have thoughtfully provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards. I'd give this rental 5/5 stars had we been staying without the kids. The only shortfall we found was that the dryer took a minimum of two cycles to properly dry a light load of laundry and laundry seems to be a must with kids😂 We weren't sure if the machine needed to be updated or if it's just the way it's vented in the building. Otherwise an amazing place to stay and we'd love to stay there again!

Could be better

Check in is easy. No Advance notification that the pool and grill was closed until the night we arrived and was closed the whole month we were there. Refund was insufficient given the huge inconvenience this and other issues caused. Issues with termites in 4 places including kitchen and dining area. Broken cooler that was previously noted Older shower areas and broken toilet for a few days that caused a bad smell. Owner responded to bathroom and termite issue however the termites persisted. Had to rewash some cutlery and crockpot before using. Dusty air purifier and fan. Small coffeepot. Constant dust with door and balcony door open to keep it cool. Location is good.

We met here on Maui through a mutual friend. We are now married and loving every day together. Our mission at our condo is to provide a space where couples can come to fall in love with their spirits, each other, their passions and nature. We live, work and play here on Maui.

Our condo is where we developed our relationship, created the beginnings of our adventures together and where we formed a deep and lasting bond. We've spent hours down at Charley Young Beach playing in the waves, laughing, loving and dreaming about future plans, all while we caught waves body surfing - yes! We feel so blessed to have met in our mid-40's, we thank the Divine daily for our meeting.

What we love about our condo is the 'reverse sunset' - where we watch the ever-changing colors of Mt. Haleakala as the sun sets. The pinks, blues, purples, whites and oranges never cease to amaze us, especially when the full moon is rising as the sun is settting. When there is a full moon rising, we turn off all of the lights and we watch the moon rise as it illuminates the condo, all from the private comfort of our home. Truly breathtaking, touching the spirit in a a way that only nature can. You will see only nature and not large condo buildings from the living room.
