Aloha und willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies im Luana Kai. Unsere Einheit ist einzigartig, luxuriöse Wohnung am Meer mit Blick auf das Meer und den Pool.

Wir haben eine offene Küche mit Ahornschränken und Granit. Es ist vom Schlafzimmer durch die Veranda gefliest. Die Badezimmer haben neue Schränke und Granit. Im Hauptschlafzimmer und auf der Treppe befindet sich ein Holzboden.

Sie haben einen schönen Blick vom Lanai auf das Meer mit unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergang. Große Veranda, wo Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten mit einem schönen Ambiente und einer herrlichen Aussicht haben können.

Excellent place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The place was very clean and had everything we needed while we were here. Easy chick in and out. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely, well looked after condo with all you need

Really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It was really nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the location relatively convenient but is a brief 5 minute drive to beaches for surfing and swimming, food etc. Host was very obliging and easy to contact.

Winter break 2024

Good location, easy drives to all our activities in Maui. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and close to several grocery and convenience stores. Washer/dryer was nice to have. Easy stroll to beach, lovely sunsets every day. Pool and hot tub were nice to have at end of day. Grills by the pool were nice to have for evening dinners. Would stay here again.

Just right.

We loved our stay in Carolle's home. It was perfect for our family of four. Our boys loved having beach access at the back of the property, spending time in the hot tub and pool, and it was very convenient to shopping centers and other lovely beaches. We hope to return someday!

Great vacation stay.

Amazing get a way

Such beautiful accommodations. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked. It is the perfect Kihea location, literally just steps from the beach. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai. it doesn't get any better!

Clean comfortable with a fantasic view. Conveniently central location for all our activities.

Recommend replacing the pillows. Recommend adding additional lighting in the area of the table. We really enjoyed our time, Mahalo to Carroll for providing a great vacation property.

I will look to change the pillows but it is always difficult to choose pillows people would like because some like them hard, other puffy, etc. For the lights in the table area it is very difficult to do something because of the cathedral ceiling and because we always eat outside I was not aware of the problem we will try to think for something to have more lights around this area. Awesome views for sunsets and close to everything we wanted to do. Several beaches close by to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The floor was dirty & sandy when we arrived. The sofa wasn't very comfortable for sitting, the sides sagged to the middle.

The kitchen was well stocked. I could not find an elevator. Luckily we didn't really need it and got lots of exercise instead. Nice place.

We loved it

We loved this place and location. We did have an issue with the toilet (wouldn’t flush and continuously running) in the loft and it was fixed the same day. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we found the entire space to be really nice. All the extra kitchen amenities were great. ie basic cooking spices etc We will look at staying here again.

Great property

This was a great property with good amenities and simple access and communication with the owner. Our only complaint is no AC so it got pretty toasty some times even with windows open and fans on. The second bedroom is actually a loft upstairs, not a full bedroom but again, it wasn’t a problem for us. We really loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Thanks for your review and I am sorry for the air conditioning, but you have to realize the price would be much more because the electricity in Maui is very expensive and usually they charge $40.00 more per day for the air conditioning. I am presently at my condo and it is cool enough with the ventilators. Carolle

Nicer than the pictures

This is a nice 3rd floor condo in a quiet part of north Kihei. I’ve stayed in probably 5 different condos in the area across different vacations and this was definitely on the higher end for the price. It seems like the condo is likely actually used by the owner based on the furnishings. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the lanai, and the condo has reading lights for each bed, which made for a comfy evening for our family. There’s a trunk on the lanai with several boogie boards, brand new (Dec 2023) beach umbrellas and 4 beach chairs. There’s also a generously sized cooler bag to bring your lunch to the beach. Communication re check in was super easy- I got all the details well in advance so I wasn’t worried when our flight arrived late.

Comfortable and Well Stocked

The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The one issue we had was arriving very late with kids to find the beds unmade and wet sheets. It looked as though the cleaning service forgot to finish. After drying the sheets and making the beds we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The location is great and the view from the lanai was very nice. The grounds are manicured and the complex is quiet. The pool and BBQ area were nice and the little beach area was calm and safe for kids to wade in. We really appreciated the snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and beach towels. The 3rd story location was a little challenging with my bad knee but the property description states no elevator so I knew in advance. Having AC and a washer/dryer was a definite plus. I would definitely recommend this property.

wow!!

I loved it here! The location was great to get to just about anywhere on the island. Parking was NEVER a problem. The Condo had everything we needed.. plenty of beach towels, well stocked kitchen with every utensil you can imagine. plus containers for leftovers. There was a cooler to pack lunches and ice packs too........ Beach chairs and toys, seriously, we walked in and didn't need anything. (except for the usual shampoo/ cond , soap, sunscreen - personal stuff) I can see where people get hot because of not having air conditioning, but I am a wimp and I heard that the week we were there was the hottest...oh well..... shower before bed and cool off, there are plenty of fans and you can open the windows. Like I said, I am a weather wimp and I would 100% stay here again. The pool was a little small and crowded so we didn't go in as much, but then again we are always really tired each night after exploring so it was good to jump in, cool off and head back to the room. We went in the hot tub a couple of times and there was always someone in there, but not overly crowded. We also didn't swim on the beach in front of the condo because there were much better beaches other places and close by with easy parking as well. The Patio was great with a really nice view, we had dinner out there and I had coffee in the morning. The check out was also super easy.. you take out the trash, close the windows and if you can wash the sheets great, as long as you can dry them. We had an early morning flight so we couldn't get the sheets done. They make it really easy to vacation here.

Clean place with great views

Very nice and clean place to stay. Beautiful views from the balcony, you can see the ocean and Haleakala. Great location, grounds and plenty of parking, minutes away from most of Kihei. The beach within walking distance is nice to get your feet wet but that's about it. Most everything in the condo was very well maintained and in good working order. Some of the plumbing fixtures upstairs could use some maintenance but it was no biggie. Only complaint was the upstairs king bed was not very comfortable. Great communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Nice condo in Kihei

My wife and I stayed at this condo and enjoyed our stay. It was just as described - not fancy or luxurious, but plenty nice with everything we needed, and very good for the price. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great for the price, a few things weren’t stocked

Overall, this place is great: the view is unbeatable and the facilities were adequate. The manager responded immediately when contacted but a few essentials were lacking upon arrival and took over 24 hours to obtain….TP (!)), dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags……I was shocked that they weren’t there upon arrival. Communication from the owner included that I should be stocking those items myself, but the manager made sure they were delivered on our second night there. Overall, we were quite happy but thought folks should know this may happen to you

Great condo in a great spot

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and some of the beach extras were great to have. The place was just as represented, and we are so glad we choose it. It was in a great location for getting between beaches and close to groceries/supplies, restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

We have this property for so many years and we have many repeated customers. I am an accountant and my husband is a radiologist. Both are Canadians and Americans. We have 2 adults children. We travel to Maui at least 3 times per year and Europe one or twice per year. We love traveling and we are windsurfer, tennis player, skier, etc.

This condo has a gorgeous view on the ocean and we have the sunset in front of our beach in winter time and you can see the whales from the lanai. We take great care of your condo and keep it updates.
