Brand New Unit!! Just Listed!! Welcome to the best of Maui Vista, #3422! This beautifully remodeled condo is ready for your next Maui getaway! This 2 bedroom 2 full bath, beach chic condo is located on the top floor with elevator access, and is also a corner unit, that allows extra windows to take advantage of the natural light. The condo offers lovely ocean views from its spacious lanai and living area and is well appointed and stocked for anything you may need on vacation.

The fully stocked and gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, imported cabinetry, all sure to satisfy the chef in you. The floor plan is open and inviting with its contemporary design, quintessential Maui at its best. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience!

The master bedroom is on the main level and is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom is in the loft upstairs and is equipped with 2 twin XL beds, The living space has a queen size sleeper sofa couch. This is a children-friendly unit, and is stocked with a Pack-N-Play Crib for your baby's comfort. We also offer beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler for our guests, so you are beach ready at any time!

The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, one for each building as well as 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, and 3 sets gas grills for your use.

The Maui Vista Complex is located directly across the street from Charlie Young Beach voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beaches #1 and #2 just a little further down, so you can enjoy miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.

When not at the beach, take advantage of the many restaurants, shops and activities that are also just steps away!

If you are looking for a quite relaxed experience this is a good choice. My teenagers liked the new tennis courts. This unit is bright and clean, if you are looking for a super fancy resort feeling, this may not be for you. It feels more like an apartment. The ample free parking was great! Everyone was very friendly.

The property was not in a livable condition upon arrival. Gnats were present throughout the entire home, including the beds, kitchen, appliances, and living areas, making the space unsanitary and unusable.We were not informed prior to arrival that the property had experienced flooding, which was later stated as the cause. This material issue should have been disclosed in advance, as it directly impacted our decision to book.Communication with the host was unprofessional and unhelpful. Concerns were dismissed, and the only suggested “solution” was to turn off the lights, which did nothing to resolve the issue.Overall, the listing was not as described, and the lack of transparency, cleanliness, and appropriate response made the stay unacceptable.

We’re very sorry this guest’s stay coincided with the immediate aftermath of the unprecedented March flooding events Maui experienced island-wide. During this time, many areas across the island — including hotels, restaurants, condos, and homes — experienced a sudden surge of nuisance gnats due to the standing water and rapidly changing environmental conditions following the storms. This was an evolving island-wide issue that developed extremely quickly, and at the time of this guest’s arrival, we — along with many other property managers and businesses — were actively learning how best to mitigate and navigate the situation. Prior to check-in, the condo had been fully cleaned, inspected, and dusted, as were all of the units we manage. Unfortunately, because these insects were highly attracted to light and could quickly re-enter open-air spaces, additional gnats accumulated in the time between the standard 4:00 PM check-in and the guests’ late evening arrival. As soon as the guest notified us, we remained in communication, offered additional cleaning service, troubleshooting recommendations that were proving effective at the time, and ultimately refunded and relocated the guests in an effort to resolve their concerns and make the situation right. We certainly understand the frustration of arriving during such unusual circumstances, however this was not a condition isolated to this property, nor the result of cleanliness or lack of care for the home.

The unit is in the back (bldg 3), faces the last parking lot, and tennis courts. The bed linens (sheets) were very thin and scratchy. There were no extra blankets for beds for chilly nights. No extra bath towels (2 each) requiring washing and drying towels. Kitchen needs spatulas and a large non stick frying pan (only had 2 small pans). Close walking distance to shops and resturants and beach (that was positive). Unfortunately I would not return to Maui Vista.

I loved the location; Charley Young beach was my favorite to watch the sunset and the waves at Kam 1 were perfect for children. We enjoyed having all the beach gear/toys accessible. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Location

Location was great. The Charley Young beach is a short walk from the condo with beautiful sunsets every night! We found great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all within an easy walk.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Kihei. Comfortable and clean with beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Nice Maui Condo

Nice, clean condo with beach chairs, towels and gear available to use. Very quiet complex, plenty of parking and close to stores and restaurants. Property manager is very responsive and easy to work with.
