SCHÖNE fünf Schlafzimmer erhöhten Haus in einer ruhigen Cul-de-sac in wilden Dünen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt! Perfekt für Familienurlaub und Golfreisen! Die Gäste können eine teilweise Meerblick vom Master Balkon genießen. Weitere Features sind: Kürzlich aktualisierte Küche und erweiterten Wohnbereich (Fotos in Kürze), ein eigenes Bad und TV für jedes Zimmer, Wireless Internet, DVD, Stereoanlage, und 2 Stall Garage w / Duschen im Freien. Gasgrill. 2.452 sq. Ft. Die Leinen eingeschlossen waren. Keine Haustiere. Rauchen verboten. 2016 Wild Dunes Sportscard zur Verfügung, die den Zugang zum Fitness-Center ermöglicht es, Tennisplätze, Kinderprogramme, Palm Cove, Swim Center Pool (Grand Pavilion Pool erst nach 16.00 Uhr), gegen eine Gebühr.

A Great Beach House Getaway!

nice rental house

Kitchen was scarce in equipment. There was no spices, salt,pepper etc. Most places we have rented had wine glasses, beach towels, and beach chairs. The house did not.

Perfect place for draft weekend

Overall a great property and 8 of us slept here comfortably. Very convenient location as steps from the beach and in close proximity to wild dunes golf courses. Fantasy football draft was a success and the only thing that wasn’t good was the belly button ring that the loser had to wear all weekend. Would def recommend it and would love to go back!

Summer Dunes Lane 2 Beach House

Great location and plenty of space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had a fantastic location with ample parking and just a short walk to the beach. There was more than enough room for our group of 10 to be comfortable. A few maintenance issues did greet us upon arrival — the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the sink drained slowly, though maintenance came the next day to fix it. The kitchen faucet handle was broken, making dishwashing and handwashing a bit difficult, and it seemed like it had been that way for some time. Aside from those items, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for its location, space, and overall convenience.

Each bedroom has a private en suite and the extra bathroom on the main floor that isn’t shared with a bedroom is a nice bonus. There is tons of pantry and cabinet storage in the kitchen. The house is a short walk to the beach. The only downside is the lack of beach view but the house is so nice, it would not deter me from renting again.

Gorgeous Property

The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We loved it. The only drawback I can think of was not enough bath towels. We were constantly asking “who has a towel?” And running loads of bath towels. Also, the management company didn’t reply to two emails I sent them through VRBO which was frustrating but ultimately not a huge deal. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

The Perfect House for a Family Vacation

The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the stove and the refrigerator. Needs serious TLC

We were very happy with the location and size of the home! Unfortunately, those are my only positive comments. This poor home is absolutely falling apart, and because of that it feels dirty. I was told by the rental company that this home was in good condition, so I would be interested to see what a home that isn't in good condition looks like! If you can get an amazing deal on the rental I would stay there, if not look elsewhere!!
