Amanda, Thank you so much for your great review of this property. We are so sorry that you did not find the cottage to be equipped for your party's needs. We would've gladly assisted you with anything that you needed during your stay. We try really hard to do an inventory of all items between each guest, however that is very difficult to do sometimes. In the future, please give us a call so that we can have a chance to assist you with remedying any missing items or help to get you what you need. We do supply kitchen linens for each guest so they should've been on your kitchen counter with your start up of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to help your stay get off to a good start. If those items were missing, we apologize sincerely for that and wish that you would've alerted us so that we could get those items to you. Thank you again for the great review aside from the issues and we hope that you were still able to have a great stay with us. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Patty, Thank you for your awesome rating and review of your recent stay with us in this great property. We are so sorry you had issues with parking during your stay and hate the information provided was unclear to you. We try our best to explain so guests can understand the reason we must charge for parking and the 3rd pass costs so much. Parking is limited on site and this is the only way we can keep owners and guests from parking everywhere and it getting chaotic on the property. We are happy to know you found the cottage to be all that you anticipated and that it provided you and your group a pleasant home away from home. We hope you will come be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer all of our loyal, returning guests. Thank you again for your excellent review! Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Crystal, We are so glad you enjoyed this spectacular cottage and all it has to offer! We hope you will come be our guest again soon. Be sure to mention our returning, loyal guest discount for future bookings! Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Philip, Thank you so much for the great score despite the issues you mentioned in your review. Had we known you found the unit to not be clean upon arrival, we would've happily had housekeeping handle any issues promptly and also bring you items you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. Thank you again for the great review. We hope you will return and be our guest again soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Johnnie, We are so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience in this beautiful cottage because of the parking issue. This summer has been very busy with so many guests on site and the association had to come up with a way to keep the parking under some sort of control. The parking pass situation is not making very many people happy but every complex has to have rules that guests must abide and adhere to. We hate that the parking situation made you so upset that you will never stay here again, just know this is something completely out of our and the owners control. Our sincerest apology for your experience with parking. We are just so glad that we have an option to offer our guests that is free of charge and a secure place for parking extra vehicles. Thank you! Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Brittany, Thank you for your excellent 5 star review of your stay with us! Come back and be our guest again real soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
