Es ist ein unabhängiger Block mit Klimaanlage / Heizung und WLAN im Herzen von Venedig, genau in San Samuele neben dem Palazzo Grassi, in der Nähe der Piazza San Marco. Leicht zu erreichen vom Flughafen Marco Polo mit der Alilaguna Orange Line oder vom Bahnhof oder Park mit dem Wasserbus Vaporetto n. 2.
Es besteht aus: 1. Stock Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Hidro-Dusche. Hauptbadezimmer mit Dusche. 2. Stock großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und zusätzlichem Schlafsofa (auf Anfrage), Dachgeschoss mit Schlafzimmer und drittem Badezimmer. Venice 2023

We enjoyed our stay in Venice and at this property. The host was very pleasant and was able to meet us at the Alilaguna stop and walk us to our unit. It was close to everything like the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. I would definitely recommend this place. The only negative, if I had to say would be the limited toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper and it was very difficult for us to find and buy some more since we were not familiar with the area.

Perfect location

Very cute, clean and great location! Close to the vaporetto and everything you need! We used the vaporetto only a few times, everything else was walking distance. Bring comfy shoes, Venice is a lot of walking! Thank you for the enjoyable and convenient stay!

Perfekt für eine Familie

Sehr schönes Apartment (eigentlich ein ganzes Haus) im Herzen Venedigs. Von hier aus ist eigentlich alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Bäder und Küche. Gerne wieder.

The property was exactly as promised. 3 levels of clean, comfort, and all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. The 2 bedrooms were air conditioned. Location was close to water transportation and restaurants. The host was friendly and available for questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, tucked away spot near the sights

We enjoyed our stay at this residence while exploring Venice. Located in a quiet neighborhood near cafes and restaurants, it’s easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful nights rest. The hydro shower was a welcome relief after a long day of walking, and the accommodations are clean and simple. Be warned that, like most houses of this age, navigation up and down the narrow stairs can be difficult. Andrea was a great host and helped us navigate the city and gave us valuable recommendations. Thank you!

Quiet and clean

I stayed with my family for three days at the end of May. The apartment is very close to the San Samule water bus station which was great. It was kind of in the middle of the Realto Bridge and San Marco. It was nice to be close to crowds, but we very much welcomed the lack of people where the apartment is located. I found Andrea very helpful prior to arriving and during our stay. Andrea met us at the water bus (which she provided excellent directions from the train station). Andrea even took us on a short walking tour of the area. The area is very quiet and a few ally ways from an open main courtyard that has many restaurants and a gondola station. No waiting for the ride which was great and away from some of the other more crowded gondola rides. The apartment was very clean, a bit smaller than I anticipated but worked for 5 adults. I am not used to the European terminology describing floors and anticipated the first floor was upon entry, when in fact we had a flight of stairs to climb to the first floor where the Master bedroom with bathroom and the second bathroom is located, just outside the Master room. There is a shower in the corner of the Master Bedroom as well as in the second bathroom just outside the Master. The room air conditioning units worked well. The top bedroom was a bit warm as the air conditioning unit is actually in the hall outside the upstairs bedroom. Keeping the door open helped some. No closet space but they had a portable rack with hangers if you needed to hang something. The main floor living room/kitchen actually functioned as a bedroom for us and where everyone kept their luggage as space was tight in the top bedroom. This was not an issue for us as we were a family. Wifi worked well which is huge since Venice, as a whole, has difficulty with wifi. Most establishments in Venice do not have wifi. This made it a bit of a challenge to communicate with Andrea, but certainly out of her control. We were able to call using my husbands international plan. You may also find using the application "Whats Ap" helpful when needing to communicate internationally. We took a water taxi back to the airport which I recommend, although a bit pricey, $135. The water bus would take an additional 30-40 min and we would likely not have a seat. The water taxi was prompt, private, took less than 30 min direct to the airport. Check out was easy and Andrea helped book the taxi. Donna Kavanaugh California USA

Chic!

The property was chic, elegant and well situated. Also, it was not found wanting, in terms of cleanliness. We were thankful that Alessandria waited at the waterbus dock to guide us to our destination, as Venice can be bewildering! Alessandria also responded quickly to a minor emergency. We were however, dissappointed with the sleeping arrangements. The property was listed as being "three bedroom", when it is in fact, two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the living area. If our party of four, were two couples, this would not have been an issue, but we were a couple and two singles who were both in the two bedrooms, which left my wife and I with the uncomfortable sofa bed! Extra (comfortable) seating is required as well as work space in the kitchenette.

GREATEST LOCATION IN VENICE.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO FIND THIS PLACE IN VENICE. WE HAVE THE GREATEST LOCATION IN MY OPINION IN VENICE BECAUSE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO ALMOST ALL MAJOR TOURIST ATTRACTIONS AND COOL PLACES. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED OF THE HOSPITALITY, KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF BOTH ALEXANDREA AND ANDREA IN ASSISTING US AND ATTENDING TO OUR NEEDS. THEY ARE VERY WONDDERFUL PEOPLE AND THE PLACE IS VERY MEMORABLE INDEED.
