tolle lage

Wohnung wirkt auf den fotos viel grösser und geräumiger.für 2- 3 gäste aber ok.Im dezember war sie auch eher kalt. Lage sonst super. Eher etwas überteuert....

Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic trip to Barcelona! The check-in process was so easy. The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. We used the washer and dryer which was so convenient. The management even dropped off a little welcome gift! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood literally down the street from the Sagrada Familia. Very convenient to get around the city via metro stop nearby. Would recommend!

Perfect spot and sweet place

Apartment was really nice and worked well for 3. View from balcony of Sagrada familia was great. The square below our balcony was lively and fun but not rowdy; felt safe at night. We loved everything- apartment,location, service (prompt when needed)

Family stay in Barcelona

I spent 4 nights in the property with my family. Fantastic location with views of the Sagrada Familia. Also very close to the metro and a number of supermarkets. The apartment was well laid out although small for 6 of us (2 on the sofa bed). The terrace and pool were basic but pleasant to use.

Fantastic stay

I can't say enough good things about this apartment and EnjoyBCN as property managers. Excellent communication, lovely staff who stored our luggage in their very convenient office in central Barcelona and checked in on us with a gift bag after our arrival, absolutely fabulous apartment next door to Sagrada Familia, super clean, sparkling, overall perfect. Would 100% stay again.

Wonderful view and excellent location

The apartment was clean and quiet. Perfectly located a block away from the Sagrada familia. Taxies are always nearby and easy to hail. Laundry facilities are a single full sized washer and dryer downstairs on the ground floor. The cooktop is radiant and not induction. But that wasn't really an issue for us since we came to enjoy the food of Barcelona. The view of the Sagrada is breathtaking. There's plenty of room in the apartment for a family of 4. The check-in process was very easy. Communication was fast. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this apartment. The location, the view, the ease of check in, the communication with their team, the cold air conditioning, etc. The only thing we screwed up was not staying longer.

Can't beat the location

This apartment was perfect for my family of 3. The location is unbelievably convenient - a block from Sagrada Familia, so it was just easy to tell taxi drivers where to go! It is lively in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Sometimes that comes a lot of noise, but we didn't experience any noise that bothered our sleep or anything else. The apartment was very clean. We loved the view of Sagrada Familia, especially from the rooftop deck where we enjoyed some wine, cheese, bread/olive oil one evening. Besides the location, cleanliness and modern amenities offered by the apartment, I want to also give a shout out to the host for being so friendly and responsive! Someone was always available on WhatsApp with recommendations, answers to questions, helping with logistics of getting to the apartment, and so on. We very much appreciated the staff for giving us peace of mind while visiting Barcelona!

Lovely flat literally only 5 minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia. Basic but spotless. The flat is located on a pedestrian street lined with eateries, cafés, and souveneir shops. There are small markets (supermercat) and banks all over the neighborhood, so getting basic groceries, fresh fruit, veg, and bread, gift items, and cash is all in easy walking distance. EnjoyBCN is the property management agency for this building of holiday flats. I can't praise them enough. While planning a cruise departing from Barcelona, i found this flat run by Enjoy BCN through VRBO. Over the course of several months precruise, the EnjoyBCN staff responded to my every question in about 24 hours. I asked about airport and cruise terminal transfers for me and my traveling companions and they were able to arrange everything. (We needed a minivan taxi as we were several adults with carry-on and checked luggage.) I had already booked a couple of tours for our pre-cruise stay in Barcelona, but had i needed it, they could have helped with that too, as well as restaurant recommendations. There is a lift (elevator) in the building but the floors are staggered, so the lift only reaches the level of every other flat. A half flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the flats that are inbetween, so be ready for that. There's a communal washer & dryer for shared use on the ground floor. Our front door lock was temperamental but other than that, our stay was flawless.

Emplacement Génial !

L'appartement correspondait bien à nos attentes confortables et propres. Bien équipé. Le balcon filant avec vue sur la Sagrada Familia ainsi que la terrasse en rooftop et la piscine sont un plus. Y prendre un verre à la tombée de la nuit et admirer l'étoile qui s'allume sur la Cathédrale est magique. Proche du metro et de toutes les commodités. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Fabulous Location in Eixample

We would recommend this company and this building to anyone visiting Barcelona. 2 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and the Metro. Lots of restaurants and activity on the street. Apartment was nice and clean with the exception of the sofa bed linens not being changed from the previous visitors but management was very responsive and also had a plumbing issue repaired within the hour. I would suggest that dishes all be placed on the lower shelves. The high shelves were unusable. Also, for North Americans, you might want to bring your own ice cube trays as they were non existent anywhere we stayed in Spain. Overall, a wonderful experience and we truly Enjoyed BCN!

Perfect Location

In close proximity to the La Familia Sagrada and delicious restaurants and pastry shops. Quiet and clean space. I would stay there if I returned.

A great place with a beautiful view!!

Wow! This place is amazing! We absolutely loved it. The Sagrada Familia was our view from the balcony. Super clean, great location, the hosts were great to work with, and they even arranged our ride to the airport.

Perfect location!

Communication with BCN Apts was the best! Prompt attention to all my questions at all times. 1 min walk from Sagrada Familia. 8 min from the beach. 15 min to the labyrinth. Food all around so you dont have to travel far. Me and my kid finished our Italy and Spain trip here. Best decision. Only down side was a slight smell of sewage after using the shower but to be fair after 4 vrbos rentals and hotels, I realized this was a common thing at every location. I dont know why, either way I opened the balcony door and all improved. Thanks BCN apartments for your excellent hospitality.

Walking access: Just 25 metres from the spectacular Sagrada Família, the metro, shopping area, supermarkets and a host of cafés, bars and restaurants. Not even 8 minutes from the charming the Gràcia neighbourhood and the beautiful Passeig de Sant Joan.

By metro: A few minutes from the centre, Las Ramblas, the Gothic quarter, Passeig de Gràcia (famous shopping avenue) and Plaça Catalunya, 3 minutes from the Born district, Barcelona Cathedral, the Picasso Museum and about 5 minutes from the Parc Güell or Barceloneta beach.

The rooftop communal pool is 5.60 meters long by 1.65 meters wide.
