Great location, close to everything

Location is perfect for us. Lots of restaurants and close to everything. Space is enough for us for short time. Pool was small but kids still had a great time.

Nice apartment

Great location

Small but comfortable apartment up the street from Sagrada Familia. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. There is 1 washer available for the whole building on the first floor so not that convenient if you need a washer. The view was of an internal courtyard which is ok because if you have a street view it would be very noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to going on a 7 night Mediterranean cruise. The location can't be beat. One block away from La Sagrada Familia. We were able to walk to other points of interest (Gothic Quarter, La Rambalas). The property management company is great. It was very nice to be able to store luggage at the office prior to check in so we could explore the city before our apartment was ready. There was someone on site each day who checked in to see if we needed anything which was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this property group and this location.

Very nice apartment just steps from LSF

This is a very nice apartment just steps from the Sagrada Familia. It is nicely decorated, has two small but fully separate bedrooms, a convenient elevator and a lovely terrace with a pool. I gave it 4 stars only because the listing is misleading in stating there are 2 bathrooms. The shower and toilet are separated, but there is only one bathroom (one toilet, one shower, two sinks). We are a family of 4 with teenagers and I only considered properties with at least 2 bathrooms for our trip. It was disappointing to find only one in the apartment, and it was an inconvenience for our group. Other than that, I recommend the apartment highly for its location, cleanliness and attractiveness.

Loved location but not really big enough for 4 adults

We loved the location and convenience of the metro. However and this is probably more on us - the sleeping arrangements were a bit tight. The one main bedroom has a queen type bed. The second one - two twin beds. Not twin xl but twins - with a foot or so in between them. So not big enough for our young adult sons. There is a pull out sofa which one son did use but that them shrinks the public space in the morning. That and we thought that we would have a better view from our space. The one window looked out into the alley and laundry lines etc. The views are when you walk up to the roof level. Beautiful from there.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with the apartment and especially by the view over a dark and lugubrious back. Whether it was morning or evening, we had to turn on the light. We asked to be moved to an identical apartment with a view of avenue Gaudi but we were told that "it was impossible ..." So be careful of the photos that show the apartments that have a view of Avenue Gaudi... while this only applies to some apartments in the residence. Another big disappointment: given the high price of the apartments it would be logical for the residence to offer a luggage storage solution that allows tenants to enjoy their last hours in Barcelona. This is not the case: BCN Enjoy offers just a paid storage service in Barcelona.

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It is in a great location with a Metro stop literally just a few feet away. There are so many delicious restaurants/tapas bars within easy walking distance (our favorite tapas bar was literally right across the street... Inter Tapas was delicious). It is cozy and comfortable, quiet, clean, modern, and very well laid out. It is great for families of all ages. We have two young children (4 years old and 10 months) and it worked well for all four of us. The staff at EnjoyBCN are great. After realizing that there was not a travel cot in the apartment for our stay, I called the local office and they remedied the situation almost immediately. They sent someone to deliver a travel cot, along with a high chair (which I had not requested but was extremely helpful) within 10 minutes of my call. They were professional and very thoughtful. The check-in/check-out process was one of the easiest that I have ever done through HomeAway. The location is amazing and the views are perfect. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona, and will not hesitate to book it again if we ever return. All in all, it is a great place to stay!

Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum der Stadt

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Metro liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie ist in einem guten Zustand. Auch das Bad und die Dusche, die nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen waren, sind relativ neu renoviert. Allerdings wirken die Zimmer auf den Bildern deutlich größer, man beachte bei der Buchung die Grundfläche der Wohnung. Nachts waren im Haus durchaus länger Stimmen zu hören, was aber jeder kennt, der schon mal in einem Mietshaus gewohnt hat. Da diese Wohnung nach hinten liegt, kann man vom Straßenlärm nichts hören. Die Betten könnten nach meiner Meinung eine härtere Matratze vertragen, aber hier sind die Geschmäcker unterschiedlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Perfect location, next to metro

The place was exactly like the photos. Steps away from the sagrada Familia site. Easy access to the metro to get around all of Barcelona very easily. I do recommend purchasing a MetroCard for your stay duration while in Barcelona.

Nice small apartment, great location

The property is right on a wonderful pedestrian way super close to Sagrada Familia and excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean, good bedding and towels, kitchen with enough supplies to make dinner. The toilet and shower in separate spaces so good for four people. It is pretty small though. I am in wheelchair and the elevator barely fit. The hallways also tight.

Great location. Perfectly laid out apartment. They had the pull out sofa made for us when we got there for my son. Loved the curtain to create a bedroom out of that room so he had some privacy. Wonderful apartment. Laundry is downstairs but it is in the building and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Impeccable property, 2 steps away from the Sagrada Familia

Impeccable, quiet and confortable little apartment, comfy queen beds. 2 steps away from the Sagrada, the subway and grocery stores. Super clean, clothes rack available on the patio and many other kitchen equipments. Shared rooftop with small pool that was tremendously appreciated in the afternoon with the heat wave. One small thing that could be improved, there was a humidity odour in the apartment and main bedroom sheets but still everything was super clean and after opening the windows for a little while it was fine. Neighborhood is a bit quiet and touristic though, expect to take the subway to get to most cool places and restaurants. Owners were super responsive and very helpful with everything we needed. And cool bonus: their main office where we left our luggage upon our arrival is located in a high building where you can have great 360 views of Barcelona and an audio guide with the history of the city. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. I did miss that it isn’t exactly two bathrooms. But it was fine. The shower is one bathroom and the toilet is in another. Speaking of the shower. It was fabulous! Overhead rain shower with tons of water pressure. Just one block to LaSagrada. I would say skip the restaurants right on the block. The vibe was great, catching taxis was easy and the metro is right there too. Everything was very clean. The apt amenities were very well thought out by the mgmt.

Too Small for 5 stars but Perfect otherwise

This apartment has a lot going for it. The hosts were very welcoming. Shaun met us soon after arriving, showed us how the lights and AC worked and gave us some recommendations on beaches and restaurants. The apartment is clean with a great shared rooftop with a view of Sagrada Familia only a block away. We enjoy several evenings sitting on the rooftop after dinner with some wine we picked up at a shop right below us. Metro was close and we walked to many restaurants and even Park Guell. Can Pizza is only a block away and is some of the best pizza we ever had. For a family of 4 this is a 5 star, but with 6 the space fills up fast with the sleeper sofa taking up most of the living space and the bathroom is RV small. It works for 6 but if everyone is adult size just know in advance you're going to be living right on top of each other.
