Mateos Gago II ist eine einzigartige, komplett renovierte und möblierte Wohnung. Sie befindet sich in der Strasse Angeles, einem der privilegiertesten Orte im Stadtteil Santa Cruz, direkt neben der Kathedrale und dem jüdischen Viertel.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa. Durch einen Flur kommen Sie in die Küche, komplett neu und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Das Apartment hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ausserdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, das eine ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, das andere mit einer Dusche.

What a wonderful place to stay! A bright, clean, very comfortable apartment with every amenity we could have wanted. The location was fantastic, just steps from a lively street full of charming outdoor cafés, with the Cathedral only a few blocks away. The only drawback was the front door to the building, which was extremely difficult to open. Each time we returned, we crossed our fingers that we’d get in without a struggle. The locks definitely need attention.

Party of three, stayed one week and had the perfect vacation. Property in excellent conditions, few steps away from dozens of restaurants and tapa bars yet the apartment is quiet and silent, 2 short blocks away from the Cathedral and Alcazar. Last but not least, the customer service is great (Teresa). Just relax and enjoy it.

Excellent location, very nicely decorated

The apartment location could not have been better. Seville weather in August is very hot and the location enabled us to come back for resting in the hot afternoon/early evening hours. The apartment was decorated very tastefully, entire building looked like newly remodeled. Very comfortable, air condition worked great.

The property at Calle on Angeles was superb in every way. Location, location, location, 30 steps from Mateo Gagos and 300 steps from the Catedral and La Giralda. The property had a secured entrance, elevator, washer, updated and clean apartment. plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, and kitchenware if you choose to cook. An added bonus was about four days into our stay. The host provided a quick clean and linen change. Our stay was amazing and overall a five star there was plenty of space to sleep six if needed. I would highly recommend this apartment and plan on coming back to Espana soon.,

Fantastic location! Spotless apartment!

Loved the location of this apartment!! In the middle of everything and yet very quiet. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for us. Theresa met us at the apartment upon arrival to explain everything. Loved Seville! Taxi stand was less than a block away. Giralda and cathedral was a block away. Perfect place to explore the city! Restaurants literally just outside the front door. The only issue was the shower water temperature fluctuated for no reason. Thank you very much!

There were two good things about the apartment. Location fabulous. Main bathroom very nice. Inadequate second bedroom and bath. Not a very well supplied kitchen. Not a very warm welcome. All other VRBO’s I have stayed greeted us with bottle of wine and breakfast in the morning. Nothing here😩

We can fully concur with prior reviews. The accomodation was perfect for our family of 5. Ideally located in the heart of Seville, we could easily enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer. Fantastic location

This apartment is right in the centre of Seville's historic district. We were a one minute walk from the cathedral and a two minute walk from the Alcázar. The best restaurants in Spain are right outside the door. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a family of four. Esther and the Genteel Homes staff were very friendly and very helpful especially when we needed help with some travel complications. We were pleasantly surprised when Esther had our documents printed and waiting for us. All in all a fantastic stay.

Wonderful stay in the center of Seville

We are two families of 10 people that stayed in Seville in July. We booked two apartments placed in the same building (Mateos Gago Terrace and Mateos Gago II). Our stay was wonderful, the apartments are placed in the heart of the city and the company (Genteel Home) offered us an excellent service. The staff was very helpful for us because Reyes recommended us the best restaurants and places of Seville. Both apartments are totally recommended!
