HILTON HEAD ISLAND VERMIETUNG. Dieses spektakuläre Hilton Head Island Haus befindet sich am Robert Trent Jones Golfplatz in Palmetto Dunes. 18 Stufen führen zum Eingang dieses fabelhaften Hauses. Gewölbedecken und große Fenster machen dieses Haus zu einem der einladendsten auf der Insel. Betreten Sie das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit drei Sofas, Kamin und Flachbild-TV. Direkt neben diesem Zimmer befindet sich eine Küche mit allen Geräten aus Edelstahl, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Sitzgelegenheiten für 5 Personen in der Bar auf der Insel. Das Esszimmer befindet sich auf der rechten Seite der Küche und ist mit einem schönen Tisch für zehn Personen ausgestattet. Glasschiebetüren von diesem Zimmer und dem angrenzenden Wohnzimmer führen zu einem privaten Poolbereich mit Spa, Grill, Platz für Mahlzeiten im Freien und Faulenzen mit schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz.

Auf der linken Seite des Eingangs befindet sich das erste Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Flachbild-TV mit eigenem Bad. Auf der linken Seite dieses Zimmers befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, zwei Stühlen, Flachbild-TV, Französisch Türen zur Terrasse und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Jacuzzi-Badewanne. Gegenüber dem Haus ist das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad mit einer Dusche.

Auf der zweiten Etage befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Höhle und eine kleine Büroecke. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Dusche. Durch dieses Zimmer ist eine Höhle mit Schlafsofa und Flachbild-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV, einen kleinen Balkon mit Stuhl und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Jacuzzi-Badewanne. Dieses Strandhaus ist der Ort für diejenigen, die einen ruhigen, erholsamen Rückzugsort suchen.

Our family had such a wonderful time even with the pandemic. The house was so beautiful and we needed every inch for our big family. So close to the beach even the little ones could walk. The outdoor space was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!🙂

November 2020 Thanksgiving Stay

Beautiful home with plenty of room! Great location! Easy walk to the beach! Our only suggestions are a larger living room TV and updated TV's in the bedrooms so guests can log into their personal accounts to watch Netflix etc. and a stronger WiFi signal. We had issues with the WiFi signal by the pool, on the front porch, and upstairs. The WiFi speed was slow as well. WiFi is super important with our entire group. Otherwise a great experience!

We returned again but FORGOT how bad the mattresses were. Shoulda read my last review. Terrible all around. Get new or Mac daddy two inch covers from Costco for those beds. Terrible Oven still broken master sink still foul But, no ac for 24 hours. No WiFi 24 hours cause no one told us new pass and the pool was not cleaning or circulating til wed cause it was broken. It’s Our last time at 9 sea lane. 3 rd bust your out. If island getaway had just told me ac swapped out, it would take a day to work I would have been nicer. Nice house but needs beds addressed. Oven and a lot better communicating w/ renters. Don’t tell me “It work great last week?” My husband slept on couch and his back still hurts. Sorry. Great Spring Break visit. House is gorgeous. We are returning August 2018. Four teens had the best time. Loved the porch. Paid too much for pool heating but it was very nice. My only disappointment- the master mattress is very sub par. I will bring a $14 Dollar General egg if I come w/o my

June 2021 Stay

We were here for two weeks. Location was fairly close to the beach. It was a 10 minute walk. The house was spacious. Plenty of room. A few suggestions though. The master bedroom French door from the hallway had no latch locking it into the door frame. Thus the door could not be locked. The tiles in the kitchen/living area have some damage. They need to be replaced. The stove knobs need to be fixed. One wouldn’t stay on and another wouldn’t work at all. The front middle burner gave off a gas smell too. The treads on the steps down to the pool need to be replaced. Other issues brought up by others still exist too. All in all, we enjoyed our time and would like to rent this house again.

We have a great time at 9 Sea Lane. The home was great, rooms are spacious, pool is nice, and the ocean was a short 5 minute walk away. We have been coming to the is.and for over 20 years and this might have been the best house we’ve stayed at.

WE had a very nice time, weather was hot and sunny, lots of laughs and some crying. 11 guys who went to school together were in town for a golf weekend. Golf courses were in rough shape due to maintenance, but everyone was happy to be together. Christine did a great job, trying to help us with our special needs. JM

August 2017 Stay

First, the house is beautiful & we had a great two week vacation. But, there r items in the house that need to b addressed: Cleaning Service did a horrible job. We had to run the sweeper in every room, also the Swifter & we had to dust! They never ran the sweeper because there were no sweeper marks on the carpeting. All rugs need replaced---multiple stains on all of them. Master bathroom--foul odor from sink--mold in shower. Jacuzzi jets & lite do not work. Front Porch--Mold & Moss on all of the entry steps--Railing rusted out & dangerous. Garage---Multiple mold areas on ceiling. Kitchen stove handles keep falling off. Sprayer on kitchen faucet is broke--sprays everywhere.' Tom Santacroce

Great Spring Break visit. House is gorgeous. We are returning August 2018. Four teens had the best time. Loved the porch. Paid too much for pool heating but it was very nice. My only disappointment- the master mattress is very sub par. I will bring a $14 Dollar General egg crate next visit. Great home.

We started out bumpy with having only one burner working in our rental home but Island Get-Away staff was quick to assist in getting the problem solved. We loved the rental property (9 Sea Lane) and would recommend if you have a large group. We will definitely use Island Get-Away again when looking for properties on HH Island. The house @ 9 Sea Lane was beautiful as well as the property. A few comments: there were dead palmetto bugs all over the living , dining and bedrooms. A pamphlet from the exterminator indicated he had serviced on 9/26. A quick look through by your rental agency or maintenance people if the home is vacant that long might be in order. The pool and spa had become heated to same temp.making the pool way too hot for us to go in. Adequate instructions were not provided for the use of the living room tv / cable so we had to call for someone to come out and show us how to use the tv. Being that we paid extra for the pool heating and were not able to use it for our stay, I feel we are owed a refund. I will follow this up with a letter with additional details. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would do it again. P.S. My fault but I did n ot request a no-smoking home and there was a strong odor of smoke in the house. Sincerely, Mary McCauley

Big house, our family had a great time. But the house needs some tlc and repairs. The kitchen was not well stocked with cooking utensils, silverware, or baking pans. The kitchen faucet handle fell off and you could tell it had been repaired. The dining room table top finish is completely gone in spots, fabric cushions need a good cleaning, no can opener. We had to call for a broom & dustpan, there was nothing to clean the floors with. The spa was an extra $25 a day. Needed a better cleaning job in bathrooms & floors. For the price I expected it to be in a better condition and quality of furnishings.
