Das Erdgeschoss Villa am Meer ist zwei kombinierten Einheiten in einer wunderbaren familienfreundlichen Urlaub Rückzug mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 4 Badezimmer mit WC. Die große offene Grundriss ist perfekt für Unterhaltung und wird bis zu 8 Personen beherbergen. Die Villa verfügt über zwei Master Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und eigenem Bad. Das 3. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Vollbad mit einem zusätzlichen Vollbad. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit auf dem Queen-Schlafsofa mit einem anderen Vollbad nur auf dem Flur.

Die große Küche mit 2 großen Kühlschränken wird die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zu einem Kinderspiel. Der Speiseraum, Spieltisch und Küche Bar reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten für die Familienfeiern zur Verfügung stellen.

Das Lake House at Seabrook bietet Zugang zu einem Außenpool, einem Kinderbecken und einem kostenlosen Spielplatz für alle Seabrook-Gäste. Es gibt auch einen beheizten Innenpool, ein Fitnesscenter, Fitnesskurse und eine Bibliothek (für die von Ihnen gewählten Aktivitäten fallen zusätzliche Gebühren an). Für den Innenpool und das Fitnesscenter wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von 15 USD pro Person und Tag erhoben.

Mit dem Club at Seabrook haben Sie Zugang zu den zwei Championship-Golfplätzen, dem Racquet Club, dem Equestrian Center, den Pools am Meer und allen Restaurants. Jede Eigenschaft ist in individuellem Besitz und verfügt über unterschiedliche Mitgliedschaftsstufen. Loved the unit but the people above us were very loud; also one air conditioning unit was not working and wasn't fixed until the day we left. The view was nice and we loved the beach. This wasn't exactly beach front, it was more like river front but it was nice for young children because there were not waves.

We had a wonderful time. The location was wonderful being so close to the beach. The only two somewhat negative dynamics that we noted were that the home had a mildew smell when we arrived. Leaving the doors open helped to air it out. The check-in for the passes was also somewhat complicated with the app but it all worked out ultimately. Thanks

The property itself is somewhat dated and has an interesting layout but is part of the charm. The location to the private beach in Seabrook can’t be beat. We had a great stay with family and had plenty of space.

Great trip

This was a lovely condo with easy access to the beach and golf courses. It was a perfect spring break getaway for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and the living area was quite spacious. The checkers table was quite a hit.

The views at this property were gorgeous, not to mention seeing deer feeding in the dunes every day! The property could use some updates but is clean, large and spacious-a great place for my family to enjoy time together.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The house was extremely clean, perfect location being right on the beach, and easy access to the condo to the walkway. The rental process was easy and there was consistently clear communication about the stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. It had perfect beach access, was on the first floor which made unloading/loading the car easy, and was quite spacious. The two porches had wonderful views of the beach. We were very happy with the location, quality of the property, ease of beach access, and friendliness of property management. It was well worth the money. We will definitely return to this same condo.

Great location

Six of us stayed for 4 nights over Mother’s Day. Watched deer and rabbits every morning. Quick walk over the dunes to the beach. Quite stay full of sun and rest. Good kitchen and living area. We will be back.

Ample room for our family of 7. The first bedroom has glass inserts around the top that allows light through, which is distracting if trying to sleep while others are up. The sofa and chairs are cloth and I would prefer other material so a wipe down could be done after each visit. Outside sitting areas are wonderful. Able to enjoy the view and feel the breeze. A bit further from the pool than expected. Overall, good rating. We enjoyed our time there

Seabrook stay

Loved the unit location! We always stay at Pelican Watch and will again A few things : the refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser did not work A few of the frying pans had not been washed Would have been nice to have more then one pitcher for cold drinks The bedroom fans were a bit noisy A few more plastic/glass storage containers would be nice

Perfect getaway

Condo was as described. Communication with rental company was fine. I had ordered beach towels and they were not at the unit on arrival. Emailed them that night and they were delivered first thing the next day. Would rent again!

Always love Seabrook!

Enjoyed our stay very much! We've stayed at Pelican Watch many times and always have a lovely time. This is a nice property in need of some updating. I know it's for sale so I'm sure an update will be coming. ;) Not sure why this property isn't dog friendly? Peter N.

Super Stay Along Edisto Way

Property was very neat and clean when we arrived. The large kitchen and extra bathroom are a wonderful bonus. We were very comfortable. A/C worked great. On the down side the guests upstairs were "heavy footed" but we knew that was a consequence to a lower floor accommodation. Also, we were challenged a bit by the dual control T.V. If there were instructions we could not find them but that was a VERY MINOR issue. We will be back and we will rent this unit again . It was great.!! Thank you

Nice view, but not nice condo

The view and location of this condo were awesome! Direct water views. However, the condo is in need of serious updating. The kitchen appliances were old and some were dirty. Couches in the living room were very old and stained! Doorknobs and toilet paper holders kept falling off the walls during our stay. Floors were very sloped and scratched. Bathrooms were old- the only bathtub had significant mold in it. Condo was not ready on time- I contacted management who spoke with the cleaning team and told me I must be at the wrong condo. We were not - we were at the correct location. Would not recommend.

The information you provided has been passed along and we wanted to take a moment to make note of the repairs and updates that have been/are being done in the interim. The main villa living area as well as the bathrooms and twin bedroom have been repainted to give the villa a fresh feel. The kitchen cookware, glassware, plates and utensils have been upgraded, and a new dishwasher was installed in December 2021. All the furniture has been steam cleaned, and updates are being made to the bathrooms as well! If you have any other comments or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! Love Seabrook Island

We absolutely love Seabrook Island. It’s a private beach & we have been coming for over 20 years. This 3 bedroom 4 bath condo was perfect for our family of 7. We had 2 covered patios which is great when it rains. We enjoyed dinners & coffee on the patios watching the dolphins & sunsets. Access to beach is so close. Kitchen & living room are plenty big. Couches are very comfortable. Wood floors through condo. Mattresses are a bit firm. Never ran out of hot water. They provide very few staples such as dishwasher detergent or salt/pepper. Luckily grocery store is 4-5 miles away. Neighbors are very friendly. There’s no lifeguard at beach however beach patrol does drive by occasionally. My children caught sharks & blue crabs. At midnight we would chase ghost crabs. We also rented bikes in which they deliver them to your door. Many great restaurants nearby Gilligan’s, Salty Dog Cafe & Pelican Nest. Charleston is 30 minutes away. Freshfields Village is great place for lunch or shopping.

Nice for a group. Some issues

We’ve been coming to Kiawah and Seabrook for 30 years and we have usually rented from an owner. We decided to try this agency because we wanted the same area as we had as last year but wanted a bigger place. The home is pretty but there are a lot of issues that were inconvenient. If you are going to work, the WiFi is very, very spotty and extremely slow. There were exactly 11 remotes and none had batteries that worked. We had no cable for 2 days. There were two ladies that came but said it was the cable and to call when it was back on, during business hours of course. We never bothered. We just rented movies and paid for them. The jets in the tub were very moldy. We were told that we would have our electric service cut Friday from 7:30 - 4:30 for service. No one ever showed up. The agency didn’t communicate to us that they weren’t coming or if the electricity would be cut on Saturday. It would have been nice to know. The island , as always is beautiful and we love it there. We just would use a different agency or go by owner next time.

Pelican Watch - deer watching

Nice property with plenty of room for five adults. We were surprised to see deer grazing just steps from the deck. We strongly recommend the Amenity cards.
