Das atemberaubende, komplett renovierte und LEED-zertifizierte Cottage mit 3 Schlafzimmern liegt am malerischen Kiawah River in der Gated Community der Inlet Cove.

Sie genieƟen eine atemberaubende Aussicht und perfekte SonnenuntergƤnge von unserer abgeschirmten Veranda oder dem professionell gestalteten Hinterhof. Wenn Sie GlĆ¼ck haben, sind Sie vielleicht zu Hause, wenn die Schalen von Delfinen auf dem Weg zur Bucht von Captain Sam vorbeischwimmen. Angeln oder Krabben sind rechts von unserem Hinterhof ohne Boot erforderlich. Sie kƶnnen eine Leine werfen oder einen Krabbeltopf direkt vom Bootsanleger aus werfen. Dann wieder einfach nur entspannen und nehmen Sie ein Bad in der Pool-- sie sind beide nur ein paar Meter entfernt von der HaustĆ¼r.

The online photos truly represent the interior, with its high end appliances, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious baths. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils to prepare a great meal, plus an outdoor grill. The views from the living space and master bedroom are incredible. What a great site to wake up to! Whether spending time on the screened porch or down by the dock, Kiawah living does not get better than this location - watching dolphin, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. If you prefer the pool instead of the beach, it is conveniently located just steps away. I highly recommend renting bikes to make a quick trip down to the beach (just minutes away by bike) and to explore the bike paths around the island. Be sure to explore the many small ponds and nature habitats and gardens. I also recommend a low tide, late afternoon/early evening walk to the point where the ocean meets the river beyond Beachwalker Park to watch the dolphins and hunt for shells. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the dolphin strand feed (unique feeding ritual). This rental is a great place to enjoy all the beauty and nature of Kiawah Island with family and friends. In regards to the property manager, I cannot say enough about the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of Hillary. She certainly helped to make our vacation all the more enjoyable! We will certainly return to this rental.

Hilary sent me a link when learning I was looking to rent a house in the Charleston area, and I knew immediately that we would love this home. I would suggest getting a King size bed for the Master Suite, and leaving directions on how to access the plugs in the bathroom. The fireplace was perfect. The doors not shutting properly could be an issue for large groups. Iā€™m planning on renting this home again for a girls weekend. You wonā€™t be disappointed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are return vacationers to 18 Inlet Cove. The home is updated, extremely well cared for, and well appointed. To add to that, the view of the Kiawah River is amazing. Hillary, from ESPM, provided us with the best care. This trip was delayed due to Hurricane Florence but Hillary kept us updated in regards to when we could arrive, helped us with some gate code glitches, and even helped us in the end when we reached out with a dead vehicle. So from start to finish she was there to help! For activities other than the beach and swimming pool area, we highly recommend biking the island and taking in a little fishing (Canvass Pond is a great choice but beware there are alligators in the pond). Cannot wait to return to Kiawah Island.

We have stayed in this cottage a couple of other times and it has always been such a pleasure to be on the river getting to see the sunsets and the activity on the dock and river. We were so pleased with the new dƩcor and the beach theme. We never had a minutes trouble with anything with the cottage and had all the comforts of being on vacation. We definitely recommend this cottage for a memorable vacation. Thank you to the owners for making this cottage available for rent and thank you to Hillary for all the help to make the vacation an everlasting great memory.

Another Fabulous Vacation on Kiawah and Inlet Cove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our fourth year staying in 18 Inlet Cove did not disappoint. We appreciated the furniture updates as well as the well-appointed kitchen updates. This allowed for a very comfortable vacation. The location is perfect for our family (6 adults)...close walk or bike ride to the beach and the convenience of the pool and dock right outside our doorsteps. Sunsets from the screened porch are not to be missed. Inlet Cove community is a great place to unwind and relax. We highly recommend booking through ESPM Vacation Rentals. They are always great to work with. We look forward to our next vacation to 18 Inlet Cove and Kiawah.
