Definitiv das beste der Wohnung ist seine Lage. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Fußgängerzone des alten Sevillana Judentum entfernt. The best of Andalusia

After more than 15 years of using VRBO (and its predecessor sites), this property is probably the best we have ever rented. Seville is a wonderful city, and this apartment is fantastically located, appointed and is lacking for absolutely nothing. Despite its location it has plenty of space, especially for a couple, and the photos provide a reliable guide for prospective guests. Fran is a very prompt and responsive host, and his parents were very welcoming - the apartment immediately feels like a home away from home. I cannot recommend this apartment enough - you will thoroughly enjoy your time there.

Location, Location, location

This is a fabulous location to explore Sevilla. It is in the heart of the Barrio, close to many cafes and restaurants. But the apartment itself is on a very quiet alley. We loved staying there. It is comfortable and nicely decorated, including with lovely artwork by one of the owners. The building is well maintained and has an elevator. We were there for the week between Christmas and New Years and enjoyed the festive lights and street scenes throughout the Barrio. Our 27 year old son was with us part of the week and the apartment easily accommodated 3 of us.

Awesome location

We are 70 retired travelers and have lived in many properties.Pro. Location in the middle of an exciting active area and easy walk to beautiful historic area. Easy walk to public transport. Very livable for two people.Nice feel of a typical spanish apartment in an old bldg. has an elevator.Con. Poor heating for winter, dark apartment designed for keeping sunshine out in warm summers.Overall we enjoyed our.stay. All kinds of restaurants and shops up and down pedestrian only streets. We love Sevilla and enjoyed our month in this apartment. Pros. Definitely outweigh cons.Fran and his parents are lovely people. Dolores (mom) offered some great suggestions on sites not to be missed!

PERFECT LOCATION

This apartment is in a PERFECT location to discover the glory of Seville. Just two right turns when leaving the apartment and you are in the most delightful square. One right and one left turn and a brief walk by some charming stores and you are in the Alfalfa neighborhood which bubbles with charm. I cannot stress enough how conveniently located this apartment is. We could walk to the Giralda and the Alcazar Real within ten minutes. The Parasol was almost around the corner. Our stay was enhanced by the ability to return to the apartment in the middle of the day and rest. Seville has a thriving cafe culture and there are so many places to eat and watch the people. Our stay was enhanced by the kindness of our hosts.

Wonderful location

The location of this property couldn’t be better. It’s on a quiet street, yet in the center of everything. And Seville is truly spectacular. The hosts are great and the apartment is lovely. However, it was chilly in February because there is no central heating. There are 2 space heaters which helped, but if you are used to robust American heating, it can feel uncomfortable. The apartment is also dark since the buildings are close together which doesn’t allow for much sun. This is an advantage in the summer but not in the winter. We would stay in this apartment again, just not in January or February. Overall, we had a terrific time and the apartment contributed to that.

We couldn't have had a better experience than this beautiful apartment in the heart of Seville. Shops, markets, restaurants and all major points of interest are all within walking distance, and it's just a 25 minute drive from the airport. The apartment itself is nicely furnished with the host's mothers artwork throughout - and she is a very talented artist! We were greeted upon arrival by the host Fran's parents, a wonderful, charming couple who were both inviting and helpful. We discussed places to see around the city, as well as the features of the apartment. Everything we needed was there and we cooked several delicious meals with fresh finds from the nearby Parasol market. The neighbourhood is very safe; you can walk around the streets at any time, day or night, in perfect safety. One thing to note is because the apartment is in the heart of old Seville, many streets will not accommodate cars, but a main taxi stand is just a 3 minute walk from the apartment, and there's no need to reserve a cab upon leaving as the same stand always has plenty of cabs readily available. We hope to return to Seville in the not-to-distant future, and one of the highlights will be to stay again at this lovely, charming - perfect - apartment. Thank you Fran, Delores and Paco for a fantastic vacation!

Our stay

Accommodation was in great location, however dark and cold only two small radiators. The shower did not supply enough hot water for one shower the second had to be 20 mins later. The washing machine door has to be fiddled with to get it to work. The voiles don’t really open. There is no headboard in the spare room so your head is against the artwork. The view is on to the street and apartment directly opposite. No real balcony barely standing room. All small things however put together I would not stay there again I’m sorry. Location great, host great apartment very clean.

Location and Price

This lovely little apartment is perfectly situated on a quiet narrow side street of the old town, steps from a busy plaza with restaurants, cafes and shops. It is a 5-10 minute walk north to Las Setas and a 10-15 minute walk south to the monuments district - the cathedral, Real Alcazar etc. Pictures of the apartment are very accurate. High ceilings, Dolores' colourful artwork, comfy couches made this a pleasant cozy place to return at the end of the day. We stayed in early March; with two space heaters and sunny days, it was quite comfortable. Well-provisioned (read the details online), it provided most of what we needed for our stay in glorious Sevilla. Owners are helpful and easy to contact. The only challenge was finding the street on our first day. Our taxi let us off at the Plaza de la Alfalfa which is actually a couple of blocks from the street. Once we realized that we had to walk down Calle Alcaiceria de la Loza to the Plaza Jesus de la Pasion where the street began (Bar Europa is on the corner), it was easy to navigate. All in all, this apartment is an amazing bargain for what it offers.

Niveauvolle Wohnung - perfekt für einen Städtetrip

Eine liebevoll- und vor allem geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig - für uns die perfekte Wohnung in Sevilla. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, es gibt zahllose wunderbare Restaurants und Tapasbars. Ob Churros zum Frühstück oder Schinken vom Eichelschwein zum letzten Glas Wein am Abend, alles ist um die Ecke. Zurück in der Wohnung fühlt man sich wie bei Freunden - alles ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Gemälde und Kunstwerke runden das Wohlgefühl ab. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und seinen zauberhaften Eltern, die uns die Schlüssel übergaben war sympathisch, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Das ganze Gebäude ist sicher, ruhig und ordentlich. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Thank you very much Fran for letting us enjoy your flat. We will be back, that's for sure!

Very nice apartment in the centre of Sevilla

We stayed at the apartment for a week in February. It is very nice - the photos correspond exactly to what the apartment is like. Contact with the owner was quick and friendly; we were even greeted with a food basket on our arrival! It is centrally located, close to sights, bars and supermarkets, but in a quiet side street, so not too much noise. Would definitely recommend.

Wir sind begeistert!

Wir haben neun Urlaubstage in dieser gemütlichen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Wohnung genossen und wären am liebsten noch geblieben! Danke für das Entgegenkommen beim Einchecken gleich nach Ankunft am Flughafen, für Kaffee, Brot, Wein und Obst in der Wohnung und für den netten Empfang durch Guillermo. Sevilla ist eine wunderbare Stadt, v.a. wenn man genug Zeit hat, um sich auch einfach einmal treiben zu lassen. Trotz der vielen Menschen wird man sofort von der fröhlichen Gelassenheit angesteckt. Und diese schöne Wohnung ist das i-Tüpfelchen: mittendrin, dennoch ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, konnten wir sämtliche "Glanzlichter" zu Fuß besichtigen, hatten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeder Art, Tapasbars, Restaurants und Cafés guter Qualität in unmittelbarer Nähe und konnten dann in der schönen Wohnung entspannen. Zum totalen Wohlgefühl haben die guten Betten aber auch die vielen Gemälde beigetragen!
