1313 Ariola Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Dieses Haus hat einen unglaublichen ersten Eindruck, als Sie die Treppe hochsteigen und die Haustür öffnen. Das gehobene Dekor wird durch hochwertige Möbel ergänzt. Der erste Stock hat einen offenen, geräumigen Grundriss. Ein 22-Zoll-Wohn- und Essbereich ist mit einer großen Gourmetküche verbunden. Die Küche verfügt über Designer-Geräte und reichlich Granitplatten für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten.

Der Hauptwohnbereich, die Badezimmer, die Veranden und die Balkone sind mit Travertin ausgelegt. Hochwertige Möbel mit schönen Accessoires ziehen sich durch das ganze Haus. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel und verfügen über einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Jedes ist nach einem langen Tag am Strand oder am Pool sehr einladend. Überdachte Veranden und Balkone machen dieses Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Veranden winden sich auf drei Seiten um das Haus und bieten einen Blick auf den Golf oder die Bucht. Setzen Sie sich auf die Veranda in einen der Schaukelstühle und lauschen Sie dem Rauschen der Wellen. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben Zugang ins Freie. Gehen Sie aus Ihrer Schlafzimmertür auf eine Veranda, um eine Bucht oder eine Golfbrise zu fangen.

Vor dem Wohn- und Küchenbereich im hinteren Bereich des Hauses befindet sich eine große überdachte Veranda für Grillabende oder Shrimps. Das Haus bietet jetzt einen neu errichteten Gunite-Pool und ein Wasserspiel sowie eine wunderschöne Travertin-Landschaft für Familien.

This property is great! 4 Bedrooms each with own bath is really nice. It is just a few steps away from the beach with nothing blocking your view, although having a private pool was great with 2 infants too. House was stocked with lots of beach toys, a beach wagon, pool floats, a cooler, a baby pool, and lots of outdoor seating.

The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

Great Beach Teip 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful week at the beach house. We loved the beautiful space and having so many bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how close we were to the beach. It was easy to walk back to eat or relax in the pool or get out of the sun. Clean house, great location and great views.The only small issue we had was with downstairs bedroom fan/light combo. It seems to be an ongoing issue since it is in the instructions given for house. I think it needs to be reprogrammed because that bedroom didn't have a working fan due to light always coming on at night. Time needs to be taken to fix that.

A little bit of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here before and will again. We had 4 generations of family and all had a great time. Especially enjoyed the fabulous pool and hot tub and the front porch rockers! All we needed was provided and all look forward to next year.
