Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer kleinen, intimen Insel mit großartigem Tauchen und einer wunderschönen entspannten Atmosphäre sind, kommen Sie nach Grand Turk.

Der reine weiße Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und jeden Tag ein atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang.

Einige Leute kommen nach Grand Turk zum Weltklasse-Tauchen (ich tat es), andere zum hervorragenden Angeln, andere nur, um sich zu entspannen und das Inselleben zu genießen, ungestört in der Sonne.

Blue Breeze wurde sowohl als Ferienhaus als auch als permanenter Wohnsitz gebaut. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von einem Haus erwarten würden. Es wurde 2014 von Grund auf neu gebaut, aber die Architektur verdankt viel der traditionellen Architektur der Inseln.

Die umlaufende Veranda ist von vorne nach hinten vollständig abgeschirmt, sodass Sie das Abendessen oder einen abendlichen Cocktail im Freien genießen können.

Eine kühle Brise hält das Haus die meiste Zeit sehr komfortabel, aber es gibt Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude, so dass es immer Zuflucht vor der Nachmittagshitze gibt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Wohnzimmer über eine Futon-Couch, die sich zu einem Queensize-Bett ausklappen lässt. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen.

Kaffee ist auf drei Arten erhältlich: Tropf, French Press und Espresso.

Zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, um diese wunderschöne kleine Insel zu erkunden.

Just a lovely cottage/home that fully met our needs and more! We are "ice" people and the icemaker was a wonderful addition for us. We were comfortable in all aspects of the location, home and furnishings. It was a 2nd visit to the island for us but not in this home. We would return here in a heartbeat. The shower area is clean, spacious, and perfectly appointed. The kitchen has it all - absolutely lacked for nothing. The most luxurious point of interest in this home is the deck! We did not need to run the AC and had the doors in the front and the back wide open with the most heavenly breezes flowing through. We LIVED on that deck! We had a friendly kitty who adopted us the very first day (we are cat people so this added so much charm for us) and were so sad to leave her. Other folks mentioned the dogs nearby but they were actually entertaining with their singing and barking. It is not a deal breaker. To have such close access to the beach was awesome, as well as the beach chairs and bicycles that were available to use. Our only issue was trying to use the remote for the AC, but we ended up not using it happily as the weather was brilliant. We hope to return soon enough next year, same time but for a longer time period. It is THAT lovely of a place!
Gotta keep the gates closed or these guys will come in!

Absolutely wonderful home with incredible ocean views.This newly renovated property is truly a gem. With beach access literally around the corner and just a short walk to downtown, the grocery store, restaurants, and the fish market, the location is unbeatable. Everything you need is right at your fingertips, yet it still feels peaceful and private.What really sets this home apart is the owner’s attentiveness and hospitality. From coordinating airport pick-up and drop-off to checking in to make sure everything was just right, he was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. He genuinely makes you feel like a welcomed guest in his home rather than someone staying in a rental property.We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to enjoy the ocean.

We loved the house and the location. Lisa was very helpful getting us oriented. It was our first time in TCI and our Grand Turk time was short, but we plan to come back to Blue Breeze again for a longer stay, we enjoyed the vibe and all the amenities. This house is a beautiful slice of paradise with a spectacular view as the living spaces are on the 2nd floor making the vistas ideal. The locals are welcoming, the accommodations are super roomy and comfortable. Everything is close by if you use the bikes provided. It is a great location on a one-way street which helps reduce traffic.

Blue Breeze is a very very nice vacation home! It’s much nicer than the pictures even. The view is gorgeous words and pictures can’t do it justice. The kitchen is very nice to cook in and is well stocked with seasonings and tools that you might need. It has a very nice gas grill on the back deck. Bathroom is updated. King bed. We had a great stay and would love to stay there again. Note, the island is home to donkeys, dogs , seagulls, horses,, and roosters that make noises. If that is a problem for you then go to another place for your vacation. We found it fun and enjoyed every bit of it. There are even wild flamingos on the north end. It’s an amazing place and Blue Breeze made it even more enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book your stay.

Great place…close to everything, bikes were a plus and sunsets from the screened in porch were fabulous! Gor fresh caught lobster from fishermans market right across the street and grilled them right out on deck on gas grill!!

Perfect location

Blue Breeze is a lovely,spacious and well equipped property. A huge bonus is the deck area which has a bug screen all around it meaning that you can enjoy evenings outside without getting attacked by bugs. The hammock is a welcome addition. Comfy bed, adequate shower. Essential to rent a golf cart to explore the island and to buy essentials from the large supermarket. Would definitely recommend this property.

Take Me Back!

I honestly can't say enough great things about Eric, Lisa - his prop mgr, & Delphine - taxi driver that took us to/from airport. Everyone was so kind & helpful. This was the perfect home/vacation for me (a single mom) & my 2 teen boys for a week on the island! You really can't get lost. Beach access is just a few ft across the street - we found a conch in the turquoise clear waters on the first day, which got my kids excited about our snorkeling excursion. Incredible ocean views/sounds & sunsets from the deck. Bikes provided got us to all the nearby restaurants, markets & museum on the popular Front & Duke streets, which the house resides on. Town opens on the cruise ship’s schedule, so just look up daily port schedule. We rented a gas powered golf cart from Paradise Carts (easy to book online once there - wifi & AT&T worked great). No need for a car (drive on left). We explored the entire island, every beach, the lighthouse, local hole in the walls eateries - beach towels, snorkels, chairs provided in garage. You'll spend about 25-50 per person on food at restaurants, so the grocery & fish market being 1 block away was super convenient, a larger grocery called Graceway is nearby. Most items are imported. I would suggest bringing sunscreen & cash. I saw a neg post about dogs - this was NOT our experience. Patty next door has a few sweet pups hanging on balcony. Neighborhood dogs in our area were few - the island dogs/donkeys are chill, lazy. Take me back! xo

The property was great, it had everything we needed. Bikes, beach chairs, water, etc. Beach was just steps away. Close to the fish market where local fishermen brought their catch. I highly recommend this property, great communication and even helped with a taxi to and from the airport. One thing I will mention is that the property next door has several dogs that barked a lot and we heard that they were getting more dogs.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The house is exactly as the pictures showcase which was great. Very easy to communicate with both Eric and Lisa (house manager) and they both were extremely helpful with general information about the island. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was an extremely tranquil vacation. We loved the easy access to the beach, riding the bikes from the house daily, and eating good while enjoying each other’s company. Just as many stated in their reviews, the porch is the absolute best part of the house. The view of the beach and sunset from the porch was so beautiful and serene that while at the house, we spent majority of our time on the porch catching the views, sunrise, and/or sunset. The hammock was a true added bonus. Please note: this is an EXTREMELY small island with not much to do outside of relax, eat, and enjoy the beautiful beach that is a short 30 minute plane ride from Turks & Caicos. Also, if you do not like dogs or donkeys, this is NOT the island for you. There were ALOT of donkeys and stray dogs (easily ten plus) that roam freely, bark often, and many times follow you around! If animals are your thing, particularly dogs, you will not have a problem but if you have any ounce of fear of dogs, then you should reconsider visiting this island.

Perfect relaxing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Breeze. Both Eric and Lisa were incredibly helpful every step of the way. The views of the water are incredible from the porch. The pictures really don't do it justice! We spent days lazily reading, cooking, and spending time on the beach with the stray pups by our side. The kitchen is very well stocked and the grocery store is a very short walk. You can walk to a few restaurants but the bikes help open up more options. We rented a golf cart 1 day to explore the island. The bed is extremely comfortable and we had no issues with hearing the noises of the dogs and donkeys from the bedroom at night. From the bedroom w/closed doors and the air conditioning you don't hear a thing. If you are looking for something where you can completely chill out this is definitely the place!

Absolutely loved Grand Turk!

We had a great time on our recent trip to Grand Turk. The house is beautiful, and it was easy to walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches. Be prepared for some noise, however, because there were quite a few early morning shenanigans from the local dogs and donkeys. 😂 Pack your ear plugs just in case and you’ll be set! We rented a golf cart to make getting around the island possible. Thank you for the great visit!

Wonderful Spot

Blue Breeze was an amazing place. The wrap around screened in deck made the place an amazing open air experience. Breakfasts overlooking the ocean and wonderful sunset dinners. We kept the doors open and let the breeze blow through the house. Close to restaurants, the beach was accessable 50 yards from the property. All-round amazing.

A paradise in pristine nature

My husband and I had a wonderful 4-day vacation in Grand Turk. Blue Breeze, the house was absolutely wonderful, modern, airy with everything one would want: very comfortable furniture including patio chairs and hammock, kitchen with anything you would want, great bathroom with luxury towels, and screened porch all around the house. The house has lots of light and is so airy. We did not have to use the AC. You sit on the top floor, on the screened porch, with beautiful views of the turquoise water. What we loved, absolutely loved, was the quietness and authenticity (not touristy) location, close to supermarket, fish market and restaurants. It came with four bikes so unless you want to go around the island, there is no need to rent a golf cart. Eric, the host, made our stay most comfortable, always responding to questions before we got there, organized transport from the airport to the villa, and making sure we were all fine once we arrived. Lisa, the Manager, was there on arrival and made us feel at home right away, sharing some ideas and advice. Our stay surpassed all of our expectations and we want to come back! Besides the wonderful house, we loved sitting on the beautiful beach-totally deserted and swimming in the clear turquoise waters; snorkeling with the sting rays at Gibbs Key with B&R Watersports-Franky; snorkeling with Blue Water Divers; visiting the museum (a must to learn a bit the history of the island); having a rum punch at the Sand Bar; dinner at Bohio Resort; biking around the salt flats, watching the flamingoes and other birds...and having a great massage (above the Blue Water Divers). We needed a break...Blue Breeze was our paradise. It was hard to leave. We are coming back. Thank you Eric for sharing your home and making us so welcome.

Whale of a Stay

Due to COVID we had to move our trip from January to March and Eric was accommodating and easy to work with. The house had everything we needed for the week. We especially liked the screened porches and open doors. We did not use the bikes but the beach chairs, towels and umbrella were great. In Canada we live in a rural setting so staying in the house in town was noisier than we are accustom to. The donkeys and dogs woke us up a couple of nights. Being able to see the whales from a boat tour, the beach and at the lighthouse was exciting. We rented a car but could walk to restaurants, grocery store and shops. We had a great week based out of Eric’s house.

Fabulous!

Cockburn Island (GDT) is simply fabulous and so is Eric's property! We rented a golf cart for the 8 days we were there and toured around. Everyone is so friendly! The property is just as described. We absolutely loved it! Thank you to Lisa who greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. We loved the fish market was right there, my husband loved to chat with them all. And the grocery store was right around the corner. We found there was better "deals" at that one closet to the house. Just amazing! Thanks again Eric, for sharing your diamond of a property with us. We would come back in a heart beat.

We loved the place. Had local restaurants within walking distance. We cooked breakfast at home Hotel restaurants were only a few minutes away, and the beach was superb. Only drawback was my wife wants to buy there. The beachhouuse Is quaint clean and comfortable. The perfect romantic getaway

A Slice of Heaven with a Hammock

My husband and I just returned from 6 nights (Dec. 20-26) at Blue Breeze and I couldn't have found a more perfect home for our peaceful Christmas for two. I do a great deal of research on various travel sites and forums so we are usually pleased with my selection but my husband and I both agree that I hit this one out of the park by selecting Blue Breeze! Perfection. The location was perfect and convenient to everywhere we went on the island. The view was stellar. Oh, those sunsets! The house was such a great size and design layout, All the furnishings are comfortable and in perfect condition. I have never (66yrs old) rented a home that so completely and thoughtfully equipped and supplied- from 3 types of coffee makers, plenty of fluffy bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, 4 bicycles and every little thing that one never knows might or might not be there (dishwasher soap, laundry soap/softener, plentiful bars of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, great cookware/dishes/utensils, etc). I was amazed- from Kleenex to safety pins to q-tips, spices, OFF spray, and first aid supplies- Eric thought of everything to make a guest comfortable ! The appliances were new and high end (Bosch dishwasher) with a great gas range. We did not grill but the gas grill was conveniently located on the back deck. We spent many hours on the front porch just enjoying the view, the breeze, and the beautiful flowers surrounding the property. Lisa, the property manager, was so friendly and informative- she even wrapped some Christmas lights around the porch rail and put a small tabletop lit tree in the living area for us- such a sweet and festive touch! We needed for NOTHING but another week to spend at this fantastic island paradise home. Thank you, Eric, for sharing! PS Covid comment- Like us, I know everyone is apprehensive about travel during these last long 10 months but we felt so safe in Grand Turk. Everything was sparkling clean and all of the islanders were very mindful of keeping things beyond sanitary. Eric's house had large (new, sealed) bottles of hand sanitizer, cleaner, wipes, plentiful soap and a baggie full of masks. Every grocery market or restaurant had someone outside the door with a spray bottle of cleaner to insist on cleaning everyone's hands before they entered- every person had on a mask- it was so much more aware and careful than our own home town. GO-TRAVEL to GT!

TO GET HERE:
Grand Turk is small and precious, and it is a very different place from Providenciales. You need to take a short local flight (about 20 minutes) to get here.

Take a major air carrier to get to Providenciales (PLS) from North America. Then take a local airline to get from PLS to Grand Turk (GDT). The local airlines are Intercaribbean Airways and Caicos Express Airways. The local flights are booked directly through the airline websites.
