Excellent Stay in Grand Cape

The property was excellent and included EVERYTHING we needed for a great stay. I would describe it as clean, comfortable and bright, perfect for couple. The location was great and the included golf cart and bikes were all we needed to get around the island. The communication with the hosts was smooth and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the island. I would highly recommend this property!

First time in Turks and Caicos!!

My wife and I were greeted by a very friendly and helpful host. She showed us around the Villa and explained how everything worked. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed quiet evenings on the deck. It was great having a golf cart to get around at our own convenience. Stores were close by as were the beaches There was an unexpected surprise guests, two dogs Bo and Tammy that made our stay feel more like home.

Paradise!!!

Impeccably designed, functional, aesthically lovely and an overall beautiful accommodation overlooking the sea to the east for sunrise embraces. The unit was comfirtable and complete with all amenities, including the invaluable use of a personal golf cart for the duration of our stay to explore and get around the island. The hosts were incredilbly helpful and responsive throughout our stat. We cannot recommend the Villa Kaya more highly.

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful Villa Kaya is and how amazing Teresa and her family are!! Very clean. Stocked with most anything you need for your stay. The view is worth a million $ ✚ The most priceless part about our stay was having the golf cart to explore the island. The people are super friendly and very helpful. We are in love with the Villa. And plan to return soon! Extra thanks to Brandon for being superior during our stay!!

Amazing time

Our stay was perfect. The villa was modern, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The golf cart was a bonus! We used the beach chairs and cooler provided daily. We are animal lovers so meeting Boo (and his occasional friend) made our day. He greeted us when we would return to the villa. The day we left , he had not come by for his "breakfast" but no worries , we left him a snack. Anything we needed or had a question about was quickly answered. A taxi was arranged for us to get to and from airport also. Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay

Theresa and Renato have put a lot of thought and care into the design of this lovely property. The apartment is one of two, but isolated from each other and have wonderful views over a multi-coloured sea landscape. Grand Turk is a great place to stay - the vibe, the people and the wonderful beaches all combined to make our stay just perfect. The standard of equipment for self catering is very high, the bathroom has a great shower, plentiful towels for both the apartment and for the beach. Even have some beach chairs, parasol and a cool bag! Bed was lovely and comfortable and everything was top quality. Nice table and sun loungers for chilling out before the day kicks in! The use of a golf buggy made it so easy to go from one side of the island to the other (the lee-side) and to get to ships, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend the Arches restaurant just 5 mins down the road (10 minutes in Island time!)

Grand Turk Paradise

We can’t say enough good things about the accommodations, the hosts and the island. Everything and everyone was wonderful. We had a great time at multiple beaches, each offering its own unique experience. If quite and seclusion are your top priorities then this island and accommodation will exceed your expectations. If you desire more action and people you can easily visit the cruise port and join in the festivities, it’s worth a look. The host recommended several restaurants and all were as described and we enjoyed the different food and experiences at each location. The island is a friendly laid back location that we definitely will be returning to meet our new found friends, both hosts as well as locals, part timers and fellow tourists. Our first visit but definitely not our last. Thanks again to our hosts Theresa and Renalto for opening their house and making it a home.

Golfcart a plus!!

Wonderful, quiet jewel high on cliff, & spectacular views. Small but very clean & efficiently stocked. It is definitely an excellent quality for the price. Outdoor shower to rinse sand off, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, ice chest, ice packs, filtered water very drinkable, comfy bed, & large hot shower were so appreciated. Golfcart makes it easy to access to gorgeous beaches & yummy restaurants, like 'The Fisherman's Wife', on the West side. Just keep it full of gas, & dodge the donkeys & dogs on roads...lol... Owners are available for help, when they are in town, but not intrusive at all. Very sweet people. Villa is super close to best restaurant on island, 'Arches'. High, open air, & breezy spot, with 360° views of island. We ate there almost every night. Fresh & local culinary treats by Ed. His daughter, Amanda, waited on us & such a delight to get to know. What a vacation to treasure, always!

Absolutely Perfect Villa

While the Villa was spectacular, accommodations perfect, ocean views beautiful, I made the mistake of high tide season so the beach was un-inhabitable, full of seaweed and all the ocean garbage at your footsteps. The golf cart was a huge plus, you could zip into town and go to the clean side of the beach. I would definetly go back, but ensure that it is while the tide is not washing in that beautiful spot. Hosts were amazing, thank you Renato & Teresa! You are perfect hosts and the birthday balloon on the 4th was absolutely the sweetest! I'll be back!

The best relaxing get away

The place is very clean and we had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. There are beach chairs and an umbrella that you can load into the golf cart so you can enjoy any beach on the island. There are also coolers and ice packs to take beers and snacks along with you! We loved having the patio chairs to play cards and the lounge chairs to hang in the sun and watch the ocean before we headed into town for the day. There are lots of kitchen utensils which making cooking a breeze if you want to stay in. Hosts are also very responsive and helped arrange a taxi for us. We really loved the property and Grand Turk and would definately visit again.

Gorgeous!

Villa Kaya was everything we needed and more for a perfectly relaxing vacation! The beach chairs and umbrella made for a great setup when we ventured to other beaches around the island. The golf cart was a great addition and made exploring the island super easy and fun! The views off the patio were unrivaled and we enjoyed many relaxing evenings listening to the waves. Teresa and Renato were incredible hosts and assisted with anything we needed!

Small simple villa

My son and I stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a small villa so if you want space, this may not be the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice and comfortable property. You will need to take a taxi from and to the airport for 12 per person but the owners will happily arrange that for you. We were met at the property by Teresa who gave us a tour of the villa and showed us our golf cart. You must have a car or golf cart when you stay at Grand Turk so when I booked this stay, I specifically looked for properties that provided one or the other. The location is good, as it takes at most 20 minutes to get to any destination. The villa was clean with a contemporary feel. It is designed for two people so you have a loveseat sofa and a queen side bed. The bathroom is quite large with a nice shower. There’s also a hot shower outside for rinsing off before going indoors. The kitchen had pots and pans but we never cooked. There is also a small tabletop grill outside which we did not use. We are divers so it was nice having a sturdy clothesline with a sheltered area for drying our clothes, wetsuit, and BCD’s. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer but that would be more a luxury than a necessity. I thought it was a very nice villa to stay at with a reasonable cost given that it includes a golf cart. I would have no issues staying at Villa Kaya again.

Once in a Lifetime!

Villa was meticulously clean and ocean view is unmatchable. Bed is comfy and accommodations included everything we needed, even a few gallons of clean distilled water in the fridge, a nice touch. Great, quiet location from rest of island. We loved experiencing the true culture and community. The golf cart is all we needed to get groceries, explore the entire island and go to the beach. Owners are awesome and on the ready to help out in any way they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

An aura of quietude and an amazing fun escape

Everything about Villa Kaya was just perfect. We have a saying here in the UK 'it does what it says on the tin'. And that is exactly how I would describe how well the description of Villa Kaya met with expectations. The location is amazing with superb views and an easy golf buggy ride into town. There is generally very little traffic on the roads other than the donkeys!. The villa is superbly well kitted out. Fabulous bathroom, very comfortable bedroom, lounge area and kitchen. And the views, peace, quiet and tranquility were just want we needed. Out of the 9 nights we stayed in the Villa, we took several trips to Governers beach and we could not believe how empty this beautiful beach was. For sure, when the Cruise ships were in, it was slightly more busy. But compared to some places in the Caribbean, we felt super spoiled. We cannot believe so few tourists come to this fabulous little island. My partner and I are both scuba divers and we dived with Grand Turk Diving 4 of the days of our stay. We were lucky enough to be the only one's with our Dive Master on the boat, 3 days out of the 4. The island just does not seem to have any tourists when the cruise ships are not in. This was super for us avid divers, as the reefs and dive sites are completely unspoiled here. Renato and Teresa our hosts were very helpful for anything that we needed and taxi's were arranged for us to/from the airport. An absolutely amazing holiday. 5 stars.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary on Grand Turk Island. We're glad we stayed at Villa Kaya. Everything we needed was there. Teresa and Renato are great hosts. No complaints. The villa was perfect for us. We loved exploring the island on a golf cart.

Great views and a perfect quiet getaway

The view was both beautiful and very private. While there are nicer beaches on the island, but this is basically your own private vista. (Well shared with the other Villa if occupied, but extremely private) The villa delivered exactly what was promised and the hosts communication was perfect.

Fantastic getaway

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home with spectacular views. Location was quiet with an amazing breeze. Teresa and Renato were perfect hosts and were helpful throughout the week. Beautiful sunrise, perched on a cliff overlooking the beach. A save staircase to the beach made walks on the windswept east coast accessible. The provided golf cart allowed trips to the swimming beaches on the west coach and restaurants. The island is only 9 miles long and is a short flight from the international airport in Provenciales. The condo is comfortable with basic amenities and air conditioning in the bedroom only. The hosts are very nice and helpful.
