Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay. Your feedback is appreciated. Homes do have regular maintenance for weeds and deep cleans several times a year. We are sorry you had to do this during your stay. Highgrove is a gated community with security so we are sorry that there was noise disturbance but during a holiday weekend it is hard for security to control all vacationers. During non-holiday dates this is a quiet community. We look forward to hosting your stay again soon.

3/5 Villa rental ......16606lbl Not what I expected a villa to be. The place was not given a thorough inspection prior to our arrival. The washing machine was half full of water, oven light did not work, microwave not functioning properly, coffee machine unusable(had to be replaced), iron leaked all over our clothes (had to be replaced). The beds were uncomfortable and needed to be thoroughly cleaned as there were dust bunnies even under the mattress cover. The place was outfitted with the cheapest furniture and accessories. Not what I expect from what is referred to as a villa. It would have also been nice if a few cleaning supplies had been provided and not expect the renter to purchase these as well. The pool maintenance guy had to be called back to do his job properly as he spent less then 2 minutes on his first visit. He did not check the chemical balance or clean the filter on his second visit either. This was not done until 2 days before our departure when the pool heater was turned off. The villa in general needs a thorough cleaning and things need to be repaired and/or replaced.
