Welcoming, Comfortable, and Just Minutes from Disney

The house was very clean and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. It is conveniently located near Disney, grocery stores, restaurants etc. We liked that each king room had its own bathroom and that the neighborhood was quiet at night. Overall we had a great stay here.

Excellent Home, Excellent Service

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The home was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It's in a perfect location, close to parks, supermarket, and restaurants. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible, even allowing additional family members to stay overnight without exceeding the property's guest capacity. Communication was excellent, and they quickly helped us with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, comfortable, convenient and family friendly. Highly recommend it!

The rating would have been higher but due to cleanliness this is what we feel. Issues Sliding doors only 1 side could be used which was not clean, runners were black, and the closing at first does not close fully. Dust on top of fridge thick. Dust on top of TV in downstairs bedroom. Under bed was also dusty. Bath tub was dusty and on sills. Stair rails were dirty. We did go round and clean when we arrived. Overall the villa was fine but to keep standards cleanliness should be maintained. Thanks

Fantastic Kissimee property

We wanted to be close for our volunteer time at Give Kids The World, as well as central for our own activities. The home was perfect!! We did have issue with the Tv’s but were not there much to really care. Pool and outdoor space was perfect. Would come here again for sure!!

Perfect home for multi family vacation

This is the perfect home if you’re traveling with multiple families or a bunch teenagers. There is 4 master bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and 2 kids rooms that use the community bathroom. Showers have never been easier!

Family vacation

What a beautiful home and extremely comfortable to stay in. We usually travel to Florida twice a year and stay at a resort. After renting this home, we will never stay at a resort again. The privacy, having our own pool and the true comforts of home away from home was exactly what we needed to truly relax. The amenities, everything we wanted close by was amazing and we cannot say it enough, how awesome it really was.

amazing in all aspects

Amazing clean and fully equipped house. We were a family of 12 including 6 kids that had an awesome time in the games room. The house had everything and the host had prepared a welcome package with incredible welcoming touches and was always in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay, and had a great family holiday. 1315 SB we found to be a little tired and in need of a bit of TLC. Both children's wardrobes the doors had come off the runners, sinks in bathrooms either the plugs didn't work or took ages to drain the water away. Some furniture was looking a little worn. All the beds on the villa were very creaky and made noise when moving at night time. The property sleeps 12 people however there was not 12 of anything in the kitchen eg plates, cups, glass ware. The Air Conditioning we kept set at the requested temperature however the bedrooms did not seem to be cool and the air con cut out at night time making it hard to sleep. Pool area was lovely with great seating area under cover too, and we enjoyed the games room too. These things did not ruin our holiday just lots of little things which we did not raise whilst away as things that cannot be fixed quickly, plus on holiday and we just got on and enjoyed ourselves. Having been to Orlando several times always staying in a Villa this one I would not return too. I have however looked at other Villas you have for our next trip so not put off at all, and understand these are usually someone's home so all are different from one another.

4 King on suites!

The house was perfect for 4 couples. However there were several issues with how the home is maintained. The property management was great to address all of these issues. Having to deal with all of it caused me undo stress. I brought my office staff, 5 of us for a conference. When they left I have 3 couples come one of which is my best friend fighting cancer for 10 years. I needed everything perfect! Issues wereLarge patio door that was off the track fell on me. Thankfully my strong daughter caught it and was able to close and lock it! It had a small note hand written in pencil "please use living room door" It could have caused me great harm! It should have been safely secured. Huge liability for the owner! The pool and hot tub dirty and pool was not heated as per our agreement. Broken drawers and shelf holders in the refrigerator, my groceries came crashing down. The top rack of the dishwasher held on with a rusty paperclip, a full rack of glassware fell out when we opened it! Only 4 washcloths and hand towels, clogged drain in a tub, my husband pulled out a hair ball the size of a rat. I had requested extra sheets for changing over from my staff to friends, didn't happen. If I owned this home I would be very upset on the lack of care! It was a beautiful space great for my needs, just wish I didn't have to deal with all of this. Not a vacation for me!

Better Like it Hot

No one told us that the air conditioning couldn't be set below 74. While first floor was okay the upstairs where most the bedrooms were terrible. We bought fans and ice to help cool it down but that only helped a little. Then there was the broken tv, the tvs that had no connections, the toilet that took forever to fill, the broken sliding back door that could have easily been pushed in which in turn wouldn't let us set the security system. The shower in the main floor was backed up and the refrigerator had a broken shelf. We reported these items and they told us a new shelf had been ordered, they did take care of the shower drain but no one fixed any of the reported tvs. They also knew about the sliding door and told us not to worry about setting the security system. As a token for not fixing the tvs they said we could have a discount on our next stay. There won't be a next stay. The house was clean, we only found one kicking roach. The bed were okay except they all made noise, lots of noise like sleeping on a air mattress noise. There was no way to get in or out of bed without everyone hearing it. The location was good, near everything and the neighborhood was good. But the heat, oh my it was so hot.
