Bluewater 702 ist eine schön eingerichtete 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung mit ca. 1500 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche. . Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich.

Das Bluewater verfügt über einen großen Außenpool sowie einen Innenpool und einen Kinderpool. Das Anwesen hat auch einen Fitnessraum, eine Trockensauna und einen Grillplatz.

Hinweis: Der Bluewater-Innenpool, das Fitnesscenter und die Toiletten sind vom 12. bis 26. August 2019 geschlossen. Hiermit werden die Bodenbeschichtung und kleinere Innenanstriche abgeschlossen.

* STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN: Die Bearbeitungsgebühr von 89 USD wird niemals zurückerstattet. Stornierungen, Änderungen des Aufenthaltsdatums oder der Unterkunft innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Ankunft führen zum Verlust der Anzahlung. Really great place. We will stay again. The “Stay and Play” option was not really defined when we got there, so we didn’t redeem it, but there was enough for our family to do without it. So quiet without the hustle and bustle of gulf shores!! Orange Beach is excellent!

Beautiful beaches. We love having indoor and outdoor pool options. There were a few spots that needed some extra cleaning attention so we sent pics when we left of those areas. We would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The patio and view were the best part of our stay. There was trash behind the nightstands in two of the bedrooms. There is nowhere to walk for dinner or any activities. The property was very dated. I have stayed in many beach condos, and even though it was clear that we were to bring all of our supplies, a little bit of "extras" would go a long way. Most condos have a few extras such as salt and pepper, a few coffee filters, and a few beach toys or a couple of chairs. We left these items in hopes that these items would be left for the next guests.

We were pleased about that. The main door lock needs to be fixed asap! Couldn’t get in had to call. Help was fast and I was glad I could talk to a human and not just leave a message. Bummer the hot tub, it was broken and wish there was an outside hot tub too.

Great location and complex

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Bluewater complex is very conveniently located, with grocery and restaurants close by, and it’s not too big. The beach was never crowded during our stay, and the elevators seemed to run very quickly. The unit itself was updated, but the guest beds were not very comfortable as has been mentioned in previous reviews. The pullout sofa was pretty much worthless and bowed up in the middle. My only other complaint was that I was charged for two parking passes when I placed my reservation online. I called the office to let them know that I probably only needed one pass, and the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and said to just call back later and let them know. When I called back, I spoke with a different gentleman who was very rude and was unable to credit the second parking pass that I didn’t need. I would definitely stay in this complex again, but I am not sure if I would book a property from this rental agency again.

All reservations automatically include charges for two parking passes. We ask guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to their arrival if they wish to have any parking passes removed, and this information is emailed to all guests ahead of time. The parking pass should have been removed during the guest’s first call, and we sincerely apologize that it wasn’t. HORRIBLE PlACE NEVER AGAIN

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st the condo. The beds were horrible so uncomfortable and itched all over didt get much sleep. The master bathroom shower every time turned on would spray out to left and get floors wet . Every morning I would drink coffee on balcony and would get smell of weed so bad had to go inside. The A/C could not keep up and was hot. We kept balcony doors and curtains closed to try and keep it kinda cool. The bed sheets were marked in permanent markers with the room# very tacky. The coffee pot would leak water all over. 2nd the pool could not enjoy with kids . They would throw hard footballs taking the whole pool . Falling on top of kids to catch ball ask them if they could move a little so we wouldt get hit and them fall on us. They thought it was funny . Amongst a lot of other things. No Respect or courtesy. 3rd the beach chairs to rent. That was a joke that was a waste of a lot of money they set up so for back from beach and everyone would set up in front of you so close. with there personal stuff you couldt even make it to beach. I can keep going but I think my message is clear. My family and I go to orange beach every year but I can say we will not be returning to BlueWater or orange beach for that matter. Horrible place NEVER AGAIN

If a condo is not up to par, we can send housekeeping or maintenance to address the issues. This guest never contacted us to allow us to try to fix the issues stated in the review. We're very sorry about the bed, shower, and coffee pot situation. Unfortunately, all of the other issues are out of our control. Great location & amenities!

We were more than pleased with the location, amenities, and response time of the property management. We had an issue with the AC and contacted property management. They were very quick to respond with maintenance and provided three additional fans for the bedrooms. The rental wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were not properly cleaned, silverware/utensils in the drawers were dirty, previous guest’s clothing was under the bed, and the comforters were not washed. I believe this is a problem with the cleaning crew and not the property management. The mattresses in the unit need an upgrade, and the room with the double beds needs the bed frames secured to the headboards/wall. Overall, we were pleased with the convenience of the location, the amenities, and the timely response by property management.
