Phoenix IX ist eine der neuesten und luxuriösesten Eigentumswohnungen am Golf! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster in das Gerät zu genießen. Mit über 1.570 sq ft ist das Gerät sehr geräumig und neu eingerichtet.

Dies ist eine 'Premium'-Einheit, die Ihnen unter den' Select'-Einheitspreisen angeboten wird !!! Wir haben alle neuen Möbel am 14.11.18 installiert !!!

Ausstattung sind in dieser Phoenix IX Wohnung reichlich: das Gerät mit Full-Size-Geräte, Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine bestellt, 48 TVs in den Schlafzimmern "Flachbildschirm HDTV im Wohnzimmer mit Wand 32 montiert", Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Kingsize-Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Es gibt einen Außenpool mit gesichertem Kinderbecken, einen beheizten Innenpool im 7. Stock mit unglaublicher Aussicht, zwei Jacuzzis, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter und eine Tennishalle.

Es ist ein 25 Jahre alter Mindestalter das Gerät behalten, die ohne Anspruch auf Ersatz für die Verletzung erzwungen wird.

Great location

The condo was spacious and perfect location for us! The beach was not over crowded. The condo needs a little attention (minor repairs and a deep cleaning). I am assuming it has been rented nonstop this summer, so I guess it’s expected! They had some mildew/mold in the second bathroom around the vent on the ceiling and the sleeper couch was disgusting (food crumbs, toys, and dead bugs) when we pulled it out to make the bed up to sleep in. I would stay here again because these things didn’t ruin our trip!! We were very happy with the space and location.

Great view and condo

Overall our stay was great. Great view to the South and West, the condo on the eastside of this condo sticks out further than this one and blocks the view to the East. Condo overall was in good shape, but had a lot of minor maintenance issues. Lights burnt out, floor base tile taped to wall, toilets didn't flush right, had to hold the handle down. The bed in the second bedroom was great nice and firm. Overall a great rip no issues that took away from our fun experience.

We were right on the beach, amazing views, and away from the busier beaches during spring break. Still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping. Mike was quick to respond to any question. Everything about the condo was absolutely perfect!! The views of the gulf were beautiful!! We watched the dolphins swim each morning and evening from the balcony. Would recommend staying at this condo!!! One suggestion I have is listing the types of beach umbrellas/shade that meets requirements of the beach. We had a Sun Ninja everyday we were on the beach. On the last day it was an issue. Condo security came to us and said if Beach Patrol asks us to move we will have to. Beach Patrol came and said technically the Sun Ninja didn’t meet requirements but we had no where to go farther back and not be in the way of emergency vehicles and we were fine to stay in the spot we had set up. Around 4pm Orange Beach Police came said they wouldn’t make us move at 4pm but wanted us to know….we explained what Beach Patrol said and he was good with that. Beach Patrol also suggested a Cool Cabana to meet requirements over a Sun Ninja. Early evening a family with a Cool Cabana came out. We talked to them about the issue. They said last year they were told the Cool Cabana did not meet requirements even though it only has one pole that goes in the sand. Clarifying what IS and IS NOT Beach acceptable would be great to avoid the drama we experienced yesterday. Trying to prevent sunburn should not create so much beach drama.

Almost 5 Stars

I was set on awarding a full five stars, and for most of the stay, this condo delivered. The space was impressive, the facilities top-notch, and the building's minimal occupancy meant no overcrowding. The real MVP? The weekend security guard—his service was amazing.That said, things took a nosedive at the bar. We noticed that the ice had an odd taste, and a closer look revealed a disturbing layer of black mildew or mold on the internal ice maker itself. I followed the check-in instructions and emailed Phoenix Rentals with a snapshot, but they never got back to me. Admittedly, I waited until the end of our vacation to raise the issue (I didn't want to have to deal with scheduling someone to come over and take care of something on vacation), but the lack of response was what bothered me the most. On top of that, the refrigerator’s door ice dispenser didn’t work, so I had to open the door every time I needed ice and deal with pulling out the automatic ice maker(first world problems).I can only hope they got it clean before the next guest arrives.
