Sandy Feet ist ein hübsches blaues Häuschen mit einem kleinen Putting Green und einem Teich im Hintergrund. Eine geräumige Veranda bietet den Eingang ins Innere. Das tolle Zimmer verfügt über alle neuen Möbel und Kunstwerke. Es gibt einen Gaskamin und einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss, der das regionale Sportpaket und einen DVR enthält, damit Sie Ihren Tag am Strand oder am Pool verbringen können. Die Küche hat einen schönen neuen Tisch für 6 Personen und eine Kücheninsel für weitere 2 Personen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet viel Platz für unvergessliche Mahlzeiten zum Mitnehmen.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Ausziehsofa. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein angeschlossenes Bad. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein ausziehbares Queensize-Bett für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz. Zwischen beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich auch ein 3/4 Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Willst du den Kindern etwas Platz geben? Dafür gibt es ein Loft! Schicken Sie sie einfach die Schiffsleiter hinauf in den zweiten Stock. Die Kinder haben ihren eigenen Raum mit zwei neuen Twin-Size-Betten mit jeweils einem Rollbett. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player und viele Filme sowie einen Mini-Kickertisch.
Für diejenigen, die an ihrem Golfspiel arbeiten oder für Kinder, die nur lernen möchten, bietet Sandy Feet den Putting Green Park, der nur wenige Schritte von der Veranda entfernt ist. Übung macht den Meister! Die Hütte ist auch sehr nah an Tennis-, Basketball- und Volleyballplätzen. Die Kinder werden den Schlosspark lieben, der zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Strände des Lake Kai und des Lake Michigan liegen weniger als 2 Blocks entfernt. Außerhalb der abgeschirmten Veranda befindet sich ein Holzkohlegrill und eine tragbare Feuerstelle für Ihren Genuss. Sandy Feet versteckt sich in der Power Lane, einer der ruhigsten Straßen der Unterteilung.

Keine Haustiere und bitte nicht rauchen. Es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill für die Gäste.

Sonntag bis Sonntag Aufenthalte von Mitte Juni bis Mitte August erforderlich. Kürzere Aufenthalte für Frühling, Herbst und Winter Kurzurlaube willkommen.

Peaceful Vacation

The layout of the house is perfect for time spent together or apart. We found everything we needed in the house including beach towels which were a pleasant surprise considering BOTH of our families left ours at home. The kids loved having their own space in the loft and the adults enjoyed the privacy of our own rooms.We loved the resort amenities, especially the pool and basketball court. And the proximity of the beach was a bonus that we enjoyed every morning. We had adventures to the zoo and outlet mall and enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out at local restaurants. Can't wait to go back!

Great Stay...But could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: The house was in a great location (not on the main street) which we really liked. There's less traffic/people on the street...and it also backed to a really nice pond. The décor was very cute and matched the lake theme for the location. Also, the furniture, dishes and appliances were nice. It was great that the house also provided dishes for adults and kids, condiments, fire wood and coffee. There was also mini golf and fishing in the pond behind the house. The amenities at the resort were also awesome: beach volleyball, bocce ball, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis and more.Negatives: The house wasn't the cleanest and I think it could have been better. I would like to think my cleaning fee went to something. The rugs looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. The toilet seats were chipped and worn. And we saw a few dead spiders around. The outdoor shower didn't work, so we had to call maintenance in, they came the next day to fix it, so we appreciated that. Also, the resort didn't have an attendant at the kayak/paddleboard station for 2 days, so we missed out on doing that for part of our vacation, which was a bummer. Overall it was a really nice stay and we would stay here again, I would just ask that they inspect the cleanliness before our arrival.

Really nice neighborhood. The loft had a steep ladder which was not expected. Also could have used a few more blankets, some Igor’s were chilly. But over all the cottage was very cozy and functional.

This is a great location for going to the amenities within Beachwalk and for walking over to Lake Michigan. The house was immaculate and well decorated. It had every kitchen item we needed (a Keurig plus a regular drip coffee maker!) and nice towels and sheets.

Close to the beach, but in need of a de

Beachwalk is family-friendly, wouldn't necessarily recommend if you're coming with just friends. The place needs a deep-clean. Bathmats looked like they'd never been washed and I found some children's ibuprofen laying on the floor of the porch. Stains on the bedposts (like melted ice cream?) were also concerning. Firepit/grill/ in good shape and was nice that they had an indoor porch.

Loved the location and the house

Everything in the listing was accurate. Loved the house and the location. I didn’t think the communication from the management company was good. I had to call several times to get check in information even up to the day before. Also, we had a toilet clogged and asked twice for someone to come fix it and no one ever came.

Reviewer Comments: We ladies enjoyed the unique and special house and location for our Girls Getaway. This was my second time at this house. Look forward to coming back again. I did note to the property management team that the house did not appear well-cleaned for our stay with sand on the floors, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms needing a little extra care. The house needs a deep clean. This is very different from our experience last year.

Nice house

This was a great house to stay at for our Lake beach vacation. It was close to the beach, so we didn’t need to rent a golf cart. The screened in porch was amazing with the pond/ fountain out back. We ate dinner, and hung out on the porch every night. The kids loved the loft , although the ladder up to it terrified me. Everything was clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The AC unit struggled the day we moved in but the maintenance staff came out and cleaned the outside unit and replaced the furnace filter which helped, but I think that the freon level needs checked. We booked again for 2020. Our crew loves the pool & beach & the family time.
