Inviting living room space features gas fireplace with 65-inch smart TV and sound bar. The house has a front screened porch off the kitchen/dining area with table seating for 8 and an adorable porch swing which makes a lovely spot for a morning cup of coffee!!

Master and 2nd floor bedrooms include TVs and full size ensuite bathrooms. 3rd floor loft bedroom doubles as a TV room for kids and includes 55in TV. Baby gates provided at all stairs. Pack n' plays and foot stools for the little ones available.

There is a wagon available for trips to the pool or beach. Beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach toys, towels and a roller cooler available for your convenience. Outdoor deck and paver patio area includes outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
