Imagine waking up to rolling Tuscan hills stretching to the horizon, stepping out onto your private terrace with a cup of coffee, and realizing you have nowhere else to be.
No crowds.
No tour buses.
Just the church bells, the fragrance of home-cooked delicacies, and the peaceful rhythm of a village that feels unchanged for centuries.
You’ll naturally fall into the village pace: morning trips to the bakery, the perfect espresso at one of the local bars, wandering medieval towns and nearby nature trails, sunset aperitivo on your terrace with a bottle of Chianti and local specialties, and dinner at any of our four restaurants—including La Pergola, a nationally prize-winning pizzeria.
In the evenings, locals gather on benches in the piazza to share stories—and you’re welcome to join them. Our guests tell us this is the Tuscan experience they’ve always dreamed of.
The lower suite is the romantic heart of the home: an old wrought-iron bed, antique furnishings, its own full bathroom, and a magnificent view of the valley that will take your breath away every single morning.
The upper bedroom is spacious and modern in feel, part of the bright, loft-like top floor with a central skylight that fills the entire space with Tuscan sunshine. Its glass wall creates an open connection to the adjacent living room and terrace overlooking the valley.
A quieter third bedroom on the lower floor has a full/queen sofa bed, its own bathroom, and a wall-to-wall closet.
Guests love using it as a private reading nook, a remote workspace, or a retreat for anyone who wants a bit of solitude. In total: three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and space for two couples with children or up to five adults.
The open-plan kitchen centers around a large marble island where everyone naturally gathers. A striking travertine accent wall adds character to the space, and the working fireplace isn’t just decorative—there’s firewood ready for grilling on cool evenings.
You’ll find everything you need: full fridge with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, plenty of dinner and glassware, and all the utensils you need to cook meals worth lingering over.
The old traditional dining table seats six to eight, with additional comfortable gathering spaces in the upper and lower living areas. Original 14th‑century details—stone archways, hand-hewn ceiling beams, terracotta floors—blend seamlessly with contemporary Italian touches: modern comfort meets historic charm.

There’s a gym just 50 meters up the street and tennis courts nearby.
During spring, summer, and autumn, the village comes alive with an arts festival featuring music, theatre, and exhibitions, plus traditional food and craft festivals where you’ll taste the real Tuscany, showcased by top local chefs.
And let’s not forget our extraordinary Christmas Market in November, a unique and fun‑filled event.
