We also like how our central location is close to everything. We often go to Tulum and I like diving in the Cenotes! George, So glad the storm did not mess up your vacation! I was very happy that I could help you with the change of plans. PA is a private, gated community and our condo complex is gated with 24hr. security. We too feel very safe there. In fact, safer than many places in the USA. Isn't it a great place to unwind, relax and recharge yourself! Our maintenance crew does a great job and are always working to keep our place in top condition. Jessica, I am so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at my home. We too used to always stay at all-inclusive resorts. We liked them very much but I agree with you that they cannot compare to our condo and the location. Located right next door to the Marina, restaurants, shops, dolphin Lagoon, golf and tennis makes it like the best of all worlds and it comes with the beautiful pools and beach! We have had the condo less than two years and we are so pleased with it. There are many places you can choose to stay in the Riviera Maya. Mary, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. You are the first 4 star review we have ever received. We have always had 5 star reviews. I want to thank you for the valuable information you shared and your input! I have already instructed my property manager to purchase another hair dryer for the second bedroom. That was a very good suggestion. I will also have maintenance fix the slow drain problem in the second bathroom shower. Thank you for letting me know about this. A roll of paper towels should have been provided for you in the kitchen and all utensils should be clean. Will address this with the cleaning service. This condo, to us, is not a "rental property" It is our dream vacation home so we try to make sure everything is perfect in the unit. Your feedback will allow me to make sure it stays in top condition. and will provide an excellent experience for all our renters. The router needed to be reset and so I will update the information sheet that I send out to my guests. We will work hard to get that 5 star review from you next time! I am glad you enjoyed your stay.
