Perfect view of paradise

Linda is a wonderful host. The condo has a wonderful view and it's just down the stairs to the beach. Also, a pleasant surprise is how close it is to the shopping and restaurant area. I would highly recommend this rental.

Heaven on Earth

We just left this beautiful condo. The minute we walked in we were all mesmerized by the condo itself and the magical view. The space was perfect for our family if 3. The extra large king in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The views!! From the front windows it was like a postcard. Looking at the palm trees and turquoise waters was surreal. One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The host is kind and always available to answer our questions..

Very accommodating owner and great location

We had a great vacation despite some rain. The unit and location is great and Linda was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Snorkeling trips were great. We had some minor issues with the directions to the stove and the bedroom AC unit operating easily, but overall we would highly recommend Linda and her place.

One of the few places we stayed so far with stunning view and instant access to a superb beach. The condo fits perfect for families and even single travellers. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable you find available by the owner. Nice beach condo

I stayed 4 nights at this beach front property, and first of all, it is a very safe area for families, there a really nice and clean beach right in front, no seaweed, also it’s mainly the people who are staying who visit the calm stretch of water. There a great swimming pool also. Linda is a very nice hostess, she left some delicious snacks for us. Highly recommended, only about an hour and 15-20 minutes from airport. Not noisy, no crazy partying, laidback vibe.

The place was very nice and right on the beach. Beach was clean and not crowded. It may have been due to the time of the year (May). Owner was very nice. The unit had everything you need like towels, bottled water and kitchen stuff. The town was great. Lots of food and drink options. Area was VERY safe. No complaints. Will be back next year, if possible.

Amazing!

Linda’s property is just a few short steps from the beach which made it the perfect spot. The view from the apartment is stunning and you can hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment is in a really neat gated community, there is no need to leave if you don’t wish. There are taxis and communal transportation that will take you just about any point of interest. We rented a car and in hindsight, it was not needed because of all the different transportation options. Would come back without hesitation!

Chac Hal Al - Stunning!

Chac Hal Al and this lovely condo are absolutely perfect! We recently enjoyed an entire month here and can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo is perfect with spectacular views of the beach and beautiful Fatima Bay. The swimming, snorkeling and beach lounging are as good as it gets. The private beach areas, palapas and loungers are in perfect condition and the staff keep the beach areas well-groomed and clean. Linda is a wonderful host who is always accessible and very helpful. No details are overlooked - Lots of fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and bottled water always in stock. Even a great supply of books and some first aid supplies if needed. We highly recommend Linda's condo at Chac Hal Al for your vacation!

Fabulous stay! Don’t think twice, book it!

You will not be disappointed staying here. Beautiful location. Great view from the balcony. Absolutely perfect. The beach and pools are great. You can snorkel right from the shore. The town has wonderful restaurants. You could sit on this beach forever and be perfectly happy but you don’t have to. It’s a great location to explore in any direction. Linda is a sweetheart and wealth of information. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars down the board is we had some difficulty checking in. We were already in Mexico coming here from another location. Unfortunately I did not get the check-in details and my phone was not going through to Linda. But we worked it out and we couldn’t have been happier. My advice is to make sure you have the check-in info prior to arriving to Mexico in case you have telecom issues. We will be back for sure! Thank you Linda for everything!

PERFECTION IN PARADISE!!

My husband and I just returned from a week at this beautiful condo in Puerto Aventuras. Linda is such a warm and gracious host. She has made every effort to appoint her rental condo with all necessary amenities. We arrived in to the area in the early morning and upon arrival to the condo, Linda had left cold drinks and fruit to welcome us with a sweet note. The condo is spacious and located in a quiet area of the development (trust the photos - they are a true representation of the rental). The condo has spectacular views of the ocean and it's location on the property allows for amazing ocean coastal breezes. Although the condo comes with air conditioning, the coastal breezes kept us cool even during the hottest season. The condo is located near many restaurants and is a perfect launch pad for local cultural and adventure tours. Linda has set up the condo with books, tour guides, brochures and an amazing catalog book of the area including shuttles and taxi details. We felt so thankful to have such a beautiful environment to relax in. Linda referred us to Avelino Cach, whom we used for our private airport transfers and to take us on a full day tour of Mayan Ruins, Tulum and Coba. What a wonderful experience... we can't recommend his services enough and honestly such a deal compared to other tours in the area. Also - once you arrive make sure to book a massage. Linda referred us to a local masseuse that came to the condo and was able to do a couples massage during our stay. What a treat and so inexpensive compared to what you pay for in the States. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better week. We loved staying here and look forward to returning again someday. So thankful for getting to know Linda and having her share her perfect little paradise with us.

As we come to the Condo we were impressed of the grand view from the living room. The owner of the Condo greeted us with a big fruit basket and fresh pressed orange juice and a little cake ib the refrigerator. The Condo ist really nice arranged with cozy furniture. Once a week there comes a woman to clean the Condo. Linda, the owner, also provides water. There are also items to enjoy the sea for example a swimming tyres. There are more than enough towels for the beach and the bathroom and the towels and bed linen were changed regularly. There have been some food as oil, salt and spices in the kitchen too. T the beach which is I think the best in PA there are always more than enough loungers and the beach has been cleaned every morning from seaweed. So it was always nice to take a bath in the sea. We really can recommend this cozy Condo and the friendly and helpful owner Linda for relaxed and great holidays. And we really can imagine to come back to this really great place. :-)

Let me preface by saying Linda was an amazing host. She is very communicative and a helpful resource for any questions at all. Arrived with a basket of fruit and some drinks in the fridge and a sweet welcome note to boot. The walk to the beach that has a lovely natural reef by the way to snorkel is literally about 30-40 yards to the water. There was alot of seaweed, but man do I tell you the polite staff on the beach worked from early a.m. to p.m. to get rid of it and to keep the sand as clean as they could by raking leaves and any other debris that may have fallen. The unit itself is very cozy and well equipped. We are bed snobs and the bed it what we always worry about when we travel. The bed was very comfortable and having a mini split and fan in the bedroom made for a good night's sleep. She provided all the water which was a true blessing for our water bottles. We stayed on property most of the time pool was amazing!We did venture out because we got talked into going to Akumal to snorkle with turtles and paid way to much. Either go on your own or through viator not the guy that hangs out where the restaurants are. Speaking of restaurants, next time we will stop and get food at the close by market, recommend stopping and getting on the way there. I went to a cute farmer's market on the property Saturday morning and bought tons of fruit, fresh farm eggs and baked bread which was our breakfast every day. Our other meals were mostly tacos and cerveza. Going back in April!

THE BEST! My Mom and I recently took a girls trip down to Puerto Aventura and stayed in Linda’s beautiful condo… We were absolutely thrilled with the whole stay.The level of thoughtful details Linda provided for our stay were way above and beyond anything we could have expected. From the lovely snacks, to the well appointed kitchen, to the extra towels and linens… We had everything we could possibly need and more!The property itself is also a complete dream! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Waking up to the views of the water, and the sea breezes was magical. The location is absolutely perfect as well. Walking distance to everything, while still managing to feel private and secluded.Linda herself was also so attentive and available for any questions we had along the way, and excellent with communication.We fully and completely recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking for their own piece of paradise while on vacation.Thank you Linda! The host is simply amazing. She was very attentive to our needs and presented an excellent property exactly as advertised .We will definitely recommend her 100 percent . Best experience we have ever had at a rental.

What a wonderful spot!

We could not have been more pleased. What a great spot, right on the beach. Quiet, safe, well outfitted. We got a basket of food, snacks, fruits, and more that was such a nice surprise. A couple cold beers in the fridge. Our host Linda was very responsive and helpful and a pleasure to chat with! Our friends stayed at Villa Del Mar and while newer and fresher, Chaca Hal Al was so much nicer, closer to the beach, more personality. A great location to town. We were really pleased. Just a dreamy place. Hard to leave and come back to rainy, grey March Seattle.
