Diese prächtige Wohnung auf der 2. Etage befindet sich im Komplex Villa del Mar II und verfügt über 2 besonders große Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem eigenen luxuriösen Bad, hochwertigen Möbeln und Betten, Marmorböden, Granit in der Küche und Marmor in den Bädern. Eine offene Bartheke führt in die Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was Sie für Ihren luxuriösen Karibikurlaub benötigen. Glasschiebetüren führen vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse mit Holzkohlegrill und direktem Zugang über eine Treppe zum Pool und Strand am Meer. Das Wohnzimmer und das Hauptschlafzimmer sind einfach wunderschön und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das türkisfarbene Karibische Meer. Villa del Mar II ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von mehreren fantastischen Restaurants und Bars, Cafés, Kirche, Friseursalon, Maniküre und Pediküre, Massagen, Fitnesscenter, lokalen Handwerkern, Apotheken, Supermarkt, Lebensmittelgeschäft, zweimal wöchentlich Bauernmarkt und Golf entfernt , Tennis, Hochseefischen, Schwimmen mit den Delfinen und Schnorchelausflüge machen den Apartmentkomplex zu einem begehrenswerten Ort. Great family getaway!

We really enjoyed this condo and Puerto Aventuras!! The pool is really nice and the beach in front is pretty private. We had all the things we needed to cook meals and delicious food around when we didn't want to cook. The Pub in town has a wide array of foods and were all delicious!! We will be back!!

Great place to avoid crowds

This was our first time in Puerto Aventuras. It is segregated little town. While it doesn’t have the white sandy beaches like Playa de Carmen or busy touristy area, PA has its own advantages when it comes to avoiding the crowds or not having piles of sargasso on the beach. The property is a true home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier. toys/games for the kids and many more. We loved having the big pool just steps down from the balcony and the kayaks on the beach.

Our Experience

This place had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was right outside the door which was really convenient for our kids. It can get noisy if there are a lot of people at the pool at night, but they are supposed to shut it down after 10:00. The biggest pain for us was check-in. The instructions by the property manager were terrible. There are many phases of condominiums and maps or signs are non existent. In addition, the instructions we were sent had the incorrect apartment number which was really frustrating. I tried to contact the property manager and she was a no show. Called the number and no one answered. I contacted the owner and she was very prompt to help us and got us help. At the end, we were able to get in, and enjoyed the place very much. If you rent this place, just make sure that you ask for instructions and contact information after hours. This will make your experience much more pleasant from the beginning.

Very nice condo

Other than having trouble checking in (DO NOT touch the black electronic box on the door!) and you need to push hard to get the door open- probably sticky from heat, the unit worked out great. Very clean, lovely porch and view of the ocean, very comfortable beds, fully-stocked kitchen, etc. We were very comfortable. Very close to village and restaurants.

Great rental in a great community!

First time to Puerto Aventuras and we really enjoyed the area and the rental. We were a group of 2 adults in their 70's, 2 adults in their 40s and a 10 year old, and the set up was great for our group. We visited at the beginning of February 2020. First off the rental was in a super secure area inside of a gated community, there was never an issue of feeling unsafe for any of us. In a lot of resort areas there is lot of "high pressure" local sales people that approach you, this was not present at all in Puerto Aventuras. Very laid back area with everything walkable. The condo itself was extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good in the showers. The grounds at Villa Del Mar 2 were well maintained. We saw staff a couple times a day cleaning up and maintaining the pool and beach area. We didn't rent a car or golf cart, everything was in very walkable distance from the condo. We walked both the beach path and road to the shopping and restaurant area with no problems. The only thing I would mention is that it was listed that there was a hot tub, but there is no hot tub for use with this condo. Some of the condos had private hot tubs on their balcony, but this unit did not have one and there is not a community one at the pool.

Jackie, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. the grounds are so well kept. you walk down from the balcony and within a minute you are right on the beach. best part we had the beach to ourselves. huge pool and at night it changes color. plenty of hot water. the place was very clean. everyone is so very friendly. Great condo for family!

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Jackie's condo. We ran into a few problems, but she was quick to reply to our concerns and tried to correct the issues swiftly. PA is a beautiful little town and a great home base to explore the Riviera Maya. We took several day trips to visit Tulum, Cozumel, Cenote Azul, and Xel-Ha. We also spent a couple days at the nearby Omni relaxing by the pool and snorkeling in the ocean and visiting the restaurants at the marina. In particular, we liked The Pub, Nauti Burro and Latitude 20. The kayaks available right on the beach were great for paddling out to the nearby cove and the pool at the condo was very clean and never crowded. The condo itself is well-appointed and clean with plenty of room for our family of four to spread out.

Poolside Oasis

This condo was the perfect place for our family! We especially loved the deck with stairs down to the pool that made access a breeze and the walkability of the Puerto Adventuras neighborhood. Both the pool and the beach were quiet and relaxing - we didn't feel the rush to reserve chairs as we sometimes do at other places. The condo itself is perfectly located and we had access to lots of fun things to do in the area. Our favorites were Cenote Azul and Tulum. Even closer was the marina where we loved watching the dolphins, manatees, and sea lions!

Paradise found

The only regret I have with the condo / complex is leaving The Vilas del Mar 2 is right on the pristine beach / the condo is spotless and well taken care of The pool and grounds rival any 5 star resort but without the crowds This condo has up to date appliances and is kept extremely clean I will return next year The owner promptly answered any questions we had Great local restaurants are steps away our fav is Cafe Ole for the worlds best key lime pie and happy hour There food is also great The listing is very accurate and I highly recommend this property

What a wonderful property.

What an amazing stay. Starting with the condo... It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. The beds are comfortable and the views exceptional. What made the condo for us, was that there are stairs from the balcony to the pool which is awesome when you have children. Now for location. Puerto Aventuras had everything we needed. Restaurants, Bars, Icecream shops, Dolphins and so much more. We will go back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We would definitely come back here!

The condo was very clean and cozy. Nicely, warmly decorated.. we really felt “at home” here. The deck area is great for enjoying meals and just hanging out in the evening, very nice pool area as well. A couple of minor changes that would have made our stay even more enjoyable would be a dishwasher, the installation of different shower heads (the existing ones have a little too much pressure that can’t be adjusted and spray water onto the bathroom floor) The a/c worked well but is a bit noisy and I might recommend a book for guests that includes the best places to eat, shop and visit. Overall a great stay ... you will love it here! We would definately recommend it :)

Perfect vacation spot

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful villa. The location and setting was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. After a day of Mayan adventures we would return to the immaculate grounds of Villa del Mar 2 and unwind in and around the beautiful pool or down on the perfect white sand beach. Everyone was so friendly and the kids loved absolutely everything; the comfortable beds, the pool, the beach, the manatees.... If you're looking for a safe, relaxing, and beautiful VRBO away from the overcrowded resorts this is the place. The location is perfect for all the wonderful activities in the area and allowed us to go diving in Cozumel (highly recommended), explore the ruins of Coba and Tulum, chartering a deep sea fishing and snorkeling adventure out of the marina, and swimming in cenotes large and small, etc.. I cannot adequately express how much we appreciated your rental and the positive impact it had on our vacation. Thank you again for everything!

Enjoyable and relaxing

We had such an enjoyable stay at your condo. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The beach was nice and clean and perfect for our little one to swim in. Local restaurants are about A 10 min.walk away which I didn’t mind but after walking back and forth for a few days, we decided to rent a golf cart. You will pay about 30 dollars a day even less if you rent for the entire week. Overall, our experience at puerto aventuras was great!

Had a great relaxing time!

Really enjoyed Puerto Aventuras once again, even though it is a bit “wacky”. Encountered “Hogwarts” the pot bellied pig on his daily morning walkabout , the agoutis and the noisy bird serenade every evening. The condo was perfect for us, but would have liked a small vacuum cleaner. Great beach for little kids and the seaweed was cleaned up everyday in front of the complex. The first 3 weeks were almost seaweed free, but for the last week, “Swimming” in the ocean meant a walk past the Omni to get in the water. This is a problem all along the coast and can vary daily. One suggestion for the condo association would be to increase minimum rental days, as in some units the turnover was anywhere from 3-4 days, a bit disruptive. Any maintenance problems were swiftly addressed. Thanks Jackie and Steve for sharing your lovely spot, hope to return if fate permits!

Fabulous property exactly as advertised!

Everything was exactly as advertised! The condo is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, spacious and well stocked! The management team and owners were responsive, kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this unit for a short or long stay. Everything you could ask for is right here! My only regret is letting this secret out!

We appreciate Jackie sharing her ocean front condo

Wonderful ocean front condo with every amenity to make our stay very comfortable. Close walk to nearby shops and restaurants which are open during the holidays. The housekeeping service was a great Christmas gift for myself. They even do the dishes! Shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are provided which made our luggage lighter. Our family especially enjoyed the Apple tv which inspired me to buy one once we returned home. Beautiful and walkable beach was fantastic. Thank you for having us as your guests, Jackie.

Wonderful condo!!

What a beautiful condo!! Amazing view and great beach for snorkeling. Our family has 3 teenage kids and they loved to walk out to the beach, the pool, Netflix, big comfy beds and 3 bathrooms. Everything you need is in the condo. The condo is comfortable, convenient and beautiful. It feels like home. We also loved the location. Short distance to tulum or playa and a great, safe marina with shops and food within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil and Stunning!

Wish we could have stayed! Jackie was great to work with and helpful with all of my questions! The Condo was more than we expected. Pictures are very accurate. The unit is well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The ladies that cleaned were thoughtful and thorough. The beach is perfect for little ones to play and swim (we did not have any with us on the trip but noticed this) and its the only condo area with a wall to stop the seaweed from coming in heavily with the tide. The grounds crew did a fantastic job keeping everything beautiful. The area is very safe and we enjoyed walking to the Omni hotel along the beach and into the little town. ( 5 min unless you strolled like we did) We walked back at night as well with no worries. We did the FatCat snorkel trip which was fun but bring your own gear and snorkel right there in front of the Omni, it was great. Saw many fish, stingray and turtles. If you rent there its not like Hawaii, limited supply 15 a day if its even available. $75 us to buy however there are some snorkels at the condo so we just bought a mask and had a wonderful time! We enjoyed Café Ole for happy hour and food, Jessies for Gelato. We contacted Rosa at Blue Caribbean for airport transfers with Curt who also stopped for us at the market for our weeks food. He also took us on a Mayan adventure (Chichen and Coba) one day. Leave at 6:30 am to be one of the first before its hot. Good shopping there too. Then we went for a great lunch at Villadaldo and enjoyed authentic Mayan food. Off to Coba which is the ruin you can climb, such a great day! We had a great time and Curts local knowledge beat the tour groups any day! We also went to Xplor for zip lining, river floating in cenotes and off road. All this with a really nice buffet lunch. Highly recommend if your the adventurous type. Get there when they open and head right to ziplines first. This place was one of our best vacations and will go back again! Steve and I have travelled to the Mexican Caribbean more than a half a dozen times since we were first married and absolutely love the people, culture, food and the amazing Caribbean sea. We have always dreamed of owning beach-front property, so when we finally began our search, the Rivera Maya became the obvious choice. When we learned about the community of Puerto Aventuras (which we had never visited), we soon travelled there and instantly fell in love. We purchased our condo on that first house hunting trip. With each visit, we seem to find more things we just love about this little village and we hope you can too!
