October stay

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for one week in October and it was a perfect base for us to explore the island, we had a car. The host was excellent and communication could not be faulted and we totally enjoyed our stay.

"Ok,the appartment was very clean and exactly as described with everything i needed to enjoy my stay.It''s located very close from supermarkets so it was very easy to do some shopping.It was also close from the sea with a little beach but i could easily reach the municipal beach which is bigger and offer a very nice view on the mountains and on an island.It was also very nice to explore the area with the bike.Thanks to the owner who was very nice and helpful. Well located apartment

We had a lovely holiday in Kokkini Hani. Right from the start, Manolis was really helpful and attentive - messages were quickly replied to, he arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport for us and he was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with supermarkets, bus stops, shops and tavernas just outside - and of course a lovely beach a short walk away. We are used to having to hire a car so having all this on our doorstep made a welcome change. At first glance, it’s not the prettiest of places - there’s no promenade lined with shops and bars - but there’s so much to see and do, it’s a great location to explore from and it has a quiet charm of its own. The warmth of the people and the good food topped it all off!

Fantastic apartment with huge outdoor space

We have had a lovely week in Crete. From the first time we messaged Manolis about the apartment he couldn’t have done more to make out holiday perfect. No query was to small and we always got prompt reply’s. From arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport to help around activities and sightseeing Manolis was the perfect host. The apartment has everything thing you require for a comfortable stay, including washing machine and ironing table. The balcony is huge and has a shaded area to escape the heat and was great for sitting outside to eat. Well situated next to supermarket and short walk to beach., age and bars. Would definitely return for another visit.

Had a great two weeks at this lovely apartment

What a beautiful place we had a large terraced in the sun most of the day it had everything that we needed loads of bedding and towels very clean and cooking appliances were also good free WiFi that was really fast short walk to a lovely sandy beach 150 mt and supermarkets and some great bars and eating houses and the bus stop is just down the road where you can travel all over the island and my favourite part of this review is we were due to vacate our apartment at 11.00am but we were not due to fly home till 22:25 pm i asked Manolis if we could store our cases and he came back to me and said we could stop as long as we liked as he had no one coming in until the following day so we had a full day on the beach and came back showered went for a meal before our flight home thanks again Manolis hope to see you again soon

A Perfect Retreat

We were hugely impressed by the property. Manolis responded quickly and efficiently to all our communications. He arranged a taxi from the airport on arrival and back to the airport at the end of our stay. He met us on arrival (quite late in the evening) and showed us around the apartment. He provided us with useful local information about shopping, eating out, local buses etc. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It has a wonderful large terrace with a shaded dining area. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge and the bedroom. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms are well proportioned, comfortable and well equipped. There is a large supermarket next door and convenience stores opposite. It is perfectly located for all local amenities. We had a very happy and relaxing holiday.

Just wonderful

Manolis organized a luxurious taxi drive for us and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived. We really enjoyed that sheets and towels were provided and basically everything you need. Manolis hab some fruits and water ready for us and already cooled the apartment down since we arrived in 35°C warm weather. He also had dinner recommendations ready. It was easy to contact him for any questions or trouble and the answers were always helpful. The beach is near and lovely and very kidfriendly. It is not photogenicly white and clean, but there is easy access, nice waves and we even found a little pool that is safe from the waves if there are any. It was very crowded, which we prefer to white sanded but crowded beaches. The bus stop is also just a few meters away and goes to Iraklion or to Malia. The busses are air conditioned but you'll maybe wait for one a bit longer. They are supposed to go every 15min, but were not on time at all, at least when we tried to take the bus. We had a lovely time in Kokkini Hani!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen super Preis

Wir hatten zu fünft eine super Woche in dem Apartment, es war zwar relativ eng, aber mit einem Ausklappbett hat es gepasst. Der Balkon ist schön groß und man kann dort super essen und seine Zeit verbringen. Außerdem hat man über eine Leite Zugang zum Dach des Apartments von wo aus man einen guten Blick aufs Meer hat. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und hilfreich und für den Preis nimmt man schon mal ein paar Quadratmeter weniger in Kauf.

Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir Infos brauchten, war Manolis immer da. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, die Wege zu Strand und Restaurants kurz, das Wetter unschlagbar. Geschäfte waren buchstäblich immer offen.

Idealer Stützpunkt für Inselbesichtigung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und entspricht 100% die Beschreibung und unsere Erwartungen. Ist ideal für 2-3 Personen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, es ging auch nicht schlecht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist nur 15 Minuten Busfahrt vom Flughafen entfernt. Ist ein idealer Stützpunkt für Inselbesichtigung (wir haben ein Auto vermietet). Ohne Auto kann man selbstständig mit Bus oder mit organisierten Ausflügen reisen. Zu Fuss kann man einige Strände erreichen. Wir waren oft in die Strände von Malia (unmittelbar nach Malia - ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt). Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter. Die Leute von Kreta sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Ein toller Urlaub

Eine gute, solide Unterkunft mit einem wirklich guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Lage, mit Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten, kleinen Geschäften und natürlich dem Strand in fußläufiger Nähe. Da an der Hauptstraße gelegen, ist es manchmal etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört hat. Kleiner Punktabzug für die Ausstattung, wir haben vor Ort Putzmittel und einen Ventilator gekauft. Die Klimaanlage ist kostenpflichtig und nachts Lüften geht auf Grund der Mücken leider nicht. Fazit: Für den günstigen Preis allemal eine gute Unterkunft.

Appartement fonctionnel avec une grande chambre et une belle terrasse proche des commerces et de la plage (non surveillée). Malheureusement à notre arrivée, beaucoup de poussière et la vaisselle pas forcément propre.Environnement un peu bruyant (supermarché, couloir aérien) qui ne nous a pas dérangé.Nous avons été surpris,alors que sur l'annonce était inscrit parking gratuit couvert, de devoir nous garer sur la rue.Emmanouel est très réactif aux messages envoyés.

Le logement est idéalement situé : commerces et plage accessibles à pieds, plein de choses à visiter à moins de 2 heures de route. Il y a un parking juste à côté pour garer la voiture.L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, avec une terrasse très agréable. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis, ce qui libère de la place dans la valise.Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller des adresses (de restaurants par exemple). Il est très joignable.On a adoré notre séjour

Incroyable

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce charmant appartement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons ete mis en confiance avec douceur par Manolis.L'appartement est situé près de la mer et pas trop loin d'Heraklion. Manolis est d'une gentillesse très appréciable se rend disponible pour tout besoin (proposition de venir nous chercher a l'aéroport par un chauffeur et corbeille de fruit a l'arrivée.) Merci beaucoup je recommande vivement.

"L''appartamento è esatta...

"L''appartamento è esattamente come riportato nelle foto, molto comodo e funzionale, attrezzato con tutto il necessario e con uno splendido terrazzo!!! Si trova in una strada che offre tutti i servizi, dai supermercati (praticamente sempre aperti), alla farmacia ai negozietti per la passeggiata serale. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti dove puoi trovare una piccola spiaggia attrezzata a prezzi modici e a 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia del villaggio turistico accessibile anche a chi non alloggia in villaggio con 4€ o 5 € al giorno affittavamo 2 lettini e un ombrellone. Se poi si affitta l''auto in breve si raggiungono delle belle spiagge o siti archeologici. L''appartamento è ideale per una famiglia con bambini; il proprietario è molto cordiale, disponibile e attento ad ogni richiesta. Non escludo un possibile ritorno."

Bonnes vacances en famille

L’appartement est bien agencé. Nous avons profité de sa grande terrasse. Il est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région d’Héraklion riche culturellement et disposant de très belles plages. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est à l’écoute des vacanciers.

More than ideal location, size, and utilities, the rentee was more than helpful, always there for any queries. Would recommend for those looking for a trip where you can buy your own food etc.

Bel appartement et un très bon accueil!

Un excellent séjour passé à Hokkini Hani. Grace aux précieux conseils de Manolis, nous avons trouver très rapidement l'appartement. Un accueil très sympathique et de bons conseils pour aiguiller nos visites. L'appartement est joli et fonctionnel et possède une agréable terrasse . Il se situe néanmoins dans le couloir aérien ce qui apporte un peu plus de bruit.

Bon séjour

Très bon accueil. Heureusement que la fille du propriétaire parle français pour nous aider à l arrivé. L appartement est très propre et la terrasse très grande. Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour . En revanche les nuits ont été très compliquées car le supermarché est juste à côté et ferme à 23h . L appartement se situe en dessous du couloir aérien de l aéroport . Les voisins ont été bruyants et l environnement en général est bruyant . Nous ne regrettons pas d être partie en crête.
