Fantastisch! Immer wieder gerne.

Die Ferienwohnung hält was sie verspricht. Ca. 100m zur Promenade des Anglais. Es gib nichts in der Wohnung, was man in irgendeiner Art und Weise vermissen könnte um sich wie zu Hause fühlen zu können. Super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Bahnhof ist in 1,7km Entfernung zu Fuß in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen ist gerade einmal 6 Stationen mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Altstadt lässt sich durch einen schönen Spaziergang an der Promenade des Anglais mit schönen Ausblick auf die Cote D´Azur in 15 Minuten erreichen. Entlang der Promenade laden etliche Bars und Restaurants zum essen und trinken ein. Die Agentin Nathaly ist in der Bewertung nicht zu vergessen. Sie ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns im voraus die Buslinie zur Ferienwohnung genannt und war am Abreisetag so freundlich unsere Postkarten in eine Postbox zuwerfen. Die Kommunikation mit Claudio war ebenfalls sehr einfach und angenehm. Schnelle Antworten auf Fragen und stets bemüht.

Come ho sempre affermato in risposta alle precedenti recensioni, per me sono importanti i feedback ricevuti dagli affittuari e offrono anche l’occasione per rispondere. In risposta a quest’ultima vorrei fare alcune precisazioni: L’annuncio indica chiaramente un monolocale con foto esplicite allegate e le condizioni di affitto chiaramente specificate all’interno. Prima dell’arrivo del signore è stato verificato dal sottoscritto l’intero appartamento ivi compresa la persiana. La stessa verifica è stata eseguita alla partenza,ed il risultato è il seguente: La piantana che il signore ha ritenuto fosse rotta in realtà era perfettamente funzionante in quanto le prese collegate agli elettrodomestici, ivi compresa la piantana, sono comandate da altrettanti interruttori posti all’ingresso del salone. La persiana è risultata perfettamente funzionante anche dopo la partenza, la luce filtrata è quella normale di qualunque persiana. Un’altra precisazione riguarda la biancheria; L’annuncio specifica chiaramente che se l’ospite gradisce le lenzuola e gli asciugamani può noleggiarli direttamente in loco oppure possono essere utilizzate le proprie; l’ospite poteva benissimo evitare il noleggio. Come proprietario ho dato la massima disponibilità rispondendo e cercando di dar seguito alle numerose chiamate del cliente (alcune delle quali giunte alle 23:30 di notte) per richiedere istruzioni su come far funzionare un semplice condizionatore. Alla luce di quanto sopra e in virtù di quanto testimoniato dagli affittuari nei giorni immediatamente precedenti, non si è ritenuto che sussistessero i presupposti per dar seguito alla richiesta di rimborso del cliente che peraltro era pari ad oltre il 25% del modesto prezzo pagato.

Bellissimo appartamento!

siamo stati in questo appartamento due settimane e ci trovati veramente bene, arredato moderno, vicinissimo al mare ma sopratutto in una zona comoda e vicina al Centro,10 min a piedi da place macenà. Vicino a casa c'e un supermercato per fare la spese e una buonissima panetteria dove potete gustarvi delle buonissime brioches. Lo consiglio a tutti!!

Casa accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort al suo interno, balcone vista mare, pulizia eccellente, all'interno di un condominio ben strutturato. Ottima posizione vicinissima al mare e alla promenade des anglais e servita da rutti gli autobus per qualsiasi destinazione. Spiaggia adiacente libera, pulita con docce e staff di sorveglianza. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa locato per farvi una vacanza di mare ma anche culturale nella meravigliosa Nizza.

Per chi voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza....

A distanza di qualche anno ho soggiornato due volte nello stesso studio di Nizza ed in entrambi i casi il mio giudizio non può che essere entusiastico. Durante il mio ultimo soggiorno ho riscontrato che l'appartamento è stato ulteriormente migliorato e rinnovato rispetto alla prima volta: divano letto nuovo, nuova penisola nell'area soggiorno con tavolo e sgabelli nuovi; lo studio si presentava sempre in ottime condizioni fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole nella bella Nizza. Altro elemento che me lo ha fatto scegliere per ben 2 volte è la sua posizione strategica al mare, alla città e a tutti i servizi. Ottimo pertanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza a Nizza ad un prezzo assolutamente contenuto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato ancora una volta molto attento, organizzato, scrupoloso e premuroso verso gli ospiti.

A lovely location

A very good location located 3 minutes from the beach and near to bus station. Also pretty close to the center of the resort and nearby attractions: markets, malls etc. The owner is very sympathetic and carefully that everything to be ok. I strongly recommend to choose this location, proper for 2 person to spend a very nice holyday in Nice. I shall return next year.

Ottimo soggiorno a Nizza

L'appartamento è un buon punto di riferimento per una vacanza a Nizza: ben arredato, pulito e soprattutto comodo. È dotato di aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, TV al plasma (con canali anche italiani), forno a microonde e si nota che il bagno è di fresca ristrutturazione. Il mare, e quindi la fantastica "Promenade", dista appena 3 minuti a piedi e a 100 metri si può trovare un supermercato e una panetteria. Il soggiorno che abbiamo passato è stato molto confortevole grazie a questo tranquillo appartamento. Lo consiglierei volentieri a tutti coloro che desiderano andare a visitare questa città, sia per il mare che per la bellezza del centro storico e per i divertimenti che Nizza è in grado di offrire a turisti di qualunque età!

Très bon studio, propre, bien aménagé et très bien situé ( à 5 min à pied de la plage, 15min à pied du vieux Nice). Idéal pour un séjour à deux. Propriétaire très sympathique ainsi que la responsable d'agence qui remet les clés. Vraiment un très bon plan, je recommande sans souci ce logement!

"We had a perfect vacation in this studio. We are very glard that we use Homelidays. For the next visitors I would like to say, that this small, but nice and comfortable apartment has everything a traveler needs. So many dishes! For every type of cooking. Very many cleening stuff and poisions against insects. The house is situated close to the kindergarten, so there is a usual children noise, but only during the day. Naighbors are fery friendly, but have party at night sometimes. There is almost no free parking around, at least not in June, when we were there. Shops and beach is really close. It is a nice place to stay, if you don't want to check every small bad detail. I would not recomend this place to the picky visitor. And one more thing - the bad is really loud and not stable. And the shower is not for the tall people. Many thanks to the owner! He keeps the studio very nice."

"L'appartamento in sè è davvero come nelle fotografie, molto confortabile e funzionale. Il divano letto è comodissimo, ci sn microonde, frigo e persino la lavatrice! E' nella via dietro la promenade des Anglais, cioè vicinissima al mare!A piedi si giunge facilmente nel centro storico!L'unica cosa che per me sarebbe da rinnovare sn gli spazi comuni del condominio, ma poco importa, l'importante è l'appartamento, che è davvero bello!"

"Studio molto curato, anche nei minimi particolari e dettagli. Ottima e strategica la posizione e vicinanza al mare. Ottimo riscontro anche in termini di pulizia ed attrezzature. Wonderful studio well situated in a position very close to the sea and to the midtown. The studio is furnished with very good taste and it's very clean."

"L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, pulito e ben attrezzato. Davvero a due passi dal mare e comodo per arrivare nella città vecchia. La fermata dell'autobus si trova a 30 m dall'ingresso e permette di arrivare da qualsiasi parte. Spero di poter tornarci presto, sicuramente sarà il primo punto di riferimento quando vorrò tornare a Nizza. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, davvero molto gentile e disponibile, e alla Signora Nathalie che al nostro arrivo ha fatto di tutto per non farci sentire spaesati (tra l'altro parla molto bene l'italiano)."

"Giudizio complessivamente posiivo, l'appartamento è molto carino, pulito ordinato e ben attrezzato. La spiaggia è veramente molto vicino. Posizione ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Col Bus n° 12 arrivate dalla stazione ferroviaria sotto casa e viceversa."
