This unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, living room with furnished private balcony, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three flat screen TVs, DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds, plus one queen sofa bed. Common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, restaurant and lounge, covered parking, and three elevators. Parking passes limited to two per unit. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
