Thank you so much for your stay! As with all renovations and contract work these days, it is taking longer than quoted. When all is complete there will be additional elevator support for pool deck and beach access with upgraded systems. September all will be completed. You folks were such gracious guests and took such great care of the unit! Much appreciated!!

The discount was applied as discussed. We were at the unit numerous times to assist with the remote which worked as long as wee were there, and was told that the difficulty with the remotes were due to your age. Toilets worked when maintenance arrived and evidently you folks had stopped it up and he stayed thirty minutes and tested it. Worked perfectly. The invoice had already been provided to you, which you signed off on electronically, so not sure other than the fact we could not provide daily assistance with items which were working, what else we could have done for you folks.

I wish you had reached out with any of these issues per the access details. We inspect each unit after cleaning and just prior to checkin. Also in each unit there are start up products as referenced in the unit details - one full roll of toilet tissue individually wrapped in each bathroom - full individually wrapped paper towels, hand soaps, dishwasher pods and dishwashing liquid. This is a condo not a hotel room and our housekeeper for this unit gets the most positive feedback with photos submitted upon completion of her cleanings. We do appreciate your stay.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your stay! We no longer make beds as we had folks complain as they were not sure if they had been slept in. The linen service delivers them shrink wrapped and are placed for guests to know that they are cleaned according to guidelines and leave no doubt. The other items I will check on! Thanks again!!

It is really a shame that between what you said and the photos of the unit prior to your checking in, compounded by our Ops.Mgr arriving to inspect and being told something entirely different, that it has come to this because you wanted money back. This scam has hit a lot of people this year. This is why we have housekeeping take photos after cleaning at each check out and the units being inspected the morning of a new check in. You changed your stories numerous times and of course the evidence we had on file and the emails were very self explanatory. There is no mold - that was a metal vent cover with a couple of rusted spots. However, you know that. We will not be held hostage by threats nor blackmailed - as you stated that was all you were looking for. We don’t give free vacations and we now have a legal team that all business have had to use for this very reason. You might want to review the laws surrounding this issue. Really sad that it has come to this.
